GlobalScot Evelyn MacLean pioneered as one of the first women in oil and gas in Scotland. From her early days at the Nigg fabrication yard in the Highlands, to leading supply chain and procurement in Houston, Texas, for organisations including BP and Halliburton, she describes an approach which combines determination and collaborative leadership. She is currently advisor to the International Oil and Gas Producers Association, passionate about diversity and inclusion as a driver for the workforce of the future.
