Yeah, and scientists really know about that. You know, our if we come to think about it, our brain, right? Uh our brain, if we connect it to certain technologies, can be used to quantum jump or to remote view or to uh use it with the technology, use our brain, there's already a computer, as as you talk, as we know about it, and implementing the technology to your brain, and I know Elon Musk has been working on certain things like that, other people that I've been talking to in the military that have been working on projects that work with with your brain and with your heart, because your heart also has 40,000 neurons. If you come to think about it, everything is vibration, everything is connected, everything is a frequency. So just it if if you come to think about it, everything around you is quantum in a way, so everything is technology. If we get into the science part of it, but the technology now, I think this is gonna be part they're releasing the the files of the UFOs. Okay, they're releasing videos, other people that are I'm talking to, they're releasing their videos now, and I think I send you a video of that about the interdimensional beings coming in and out from our existence, our dimension.

Who is holding this release? You know, we got people like me, people like you, other soldiers that have been through these experiences, and we're we're bringing out our experiences, what we have done. You know, if I if I tell you the missions I have been going through over here in Eglin Air Force Base, um, I was stationed here in GSB, um, group support battalion, the seventh group special forces unit. And I know a couple of guys that were here that have been and are still doing missions, and these missions consist of interacting with okay, I'm gonna say forbidding knowledge, right? Um, portal technology, um, time manipulation, okay, finding these ancient relics that are all over the place. Why we went to Venezuela, okay. Um, these devil seven point what earthquakes that happened out of nowhere and hitting Japan and also hitting somewhere else, uh California in the same time. What's happening? Uh we know things, and this war going on in Iran right now. Why is it happening? Uh that we're we're finding these ancient ancient technology that has to do with quantum communication with the interdimensional realm, right? And every time they they find these technologies, Billy, they find a library that is really near it.

Uh they call what Vivanas or whatever you want to call them.

They've been wanting, or they've been getting and acquiring this technology, obviously, for quite some time. Yeah, the military. Yeah, yeah. Uh, a friend of mine was actually in that uh on that team that blew open the door to the deeper area of that museum to go take artifacts. That's what their mission was.

Yeah, this is uh uh interdimensional being coming out from this bubble-like portal, and this I actually got it from I call him a friend now because we've been communicating for a little bit right now. His name is Michael Bautista. I don't know if you ever heard of him, he's uh former Green Beret, and you know we were just talking about uh certain things that you know happens in soft units, and we were laughing about it. But over here where I was stationed, they always separated a group of people that have these type of abilities, they have a psionic abilities to bring these things down or to open these um uh interdimensional things, and they they have it registered. And I think this is one of the things that um Steven Greer showed in the press conference, but he also showed one of my pictures that I took uh of a TR3B when I was doing a meditation, and I took a picture of a TR3B and they showed all this to Congress. But this this video right here is the real deal, it's no AI, it's been through forensics and all that. And I'm trying to help push this video out because it it's it's a real deal. When when you experience this, you're watching in video and people feel chills, but imagine seeing this face-to-face, and you see these beings coming out from these bubble, bubble type of dimensions, and they communicate with you with sign language or telepathically. When I say telepathically, they have the technology to um push vibration through your skull and into your brain for you to hear what they're trying to say in your own language.

Uh yeah, that'd be great. So yeah, this quantum field and this quantum field uh push is so strong right now. You know, when you have a congressional hearing over something dealing with science and dealing with the quantum, and in the last 10 years, you know, quantum teleportation has been accomplished now through through particles, through electrons, um, quantum um information, quantum teleportation has been accomplished in a great way. They've actually been able to transport a lot of data from one point to another, right? And so they're getting better and better and better at this uh at this teleportation. The thing that I believe might be holding us back from doing like a full-blown person is understanding the location and the actual vibration uh and the um you know spin rate of each individual atom, which is just a storage problem. But now they have the DNA hard drives coming out, which these DNA hard drives can store an immense amount of data. So I think they're gonna go with the biological hard drives to be able to fuel the or I guess use it for storage capacity for the quantum teleportation so that we can move one a person from one place to the next, unless they probably already have something like that. But I'm talking about like for civilian use in maybe 30, 40 years, that's probably what we would need uh uh biological, you know, um liquid and hardware coming together, DNA and storage capacity coming together to to store information in a volume to remember how to reassemble the person on the other end. But uh but this is this is crazy, man.

When I worked in NASA over here in ASCII's, well, they're working before um they're they're trying to do smell now. Like, okay, they're gonna send a machine to Mars and they're gonna quantum uh teleport, measure the smell, and then that same that same mathematical equation is gonna come back to Earth, and we're gonna be able to smell how Mars smells like. They'll send one to Titan, and we're gonna smell the methane gas of Titan, how it smells.

I know how to do that. Um I don't know how to do it, but I know how I know what because I've been studying this science. I could see that it's so real because what happens is uh you take a sample of the molecule, right? Smell is just a molecule. Yeah, you take a sample of the molecule of the atmosphere, or even a rock, or anything you want to smell, and you get those molecules into the teleportation device. What happens on one side, it disassembles those molecules and turns it into data, it transmits it via either entanglement or either just a simple light data stream where it's piggybacked on light wave, and then it'll just take a few light seconds to get back to Earth, and then you it then the the location, the local unit here will reassemble uh those molecules, and then from there you can then smell the molecules. So that makes a lot of sense.

It doesn't move in a round circle, so getting the coordinates right, also, that's why you have to send another device to a fixed location and have that device already fixed there that can carry the same information of this other device, and that's where they can do the the quantum leap.

Yeah, when I went to the space symposium back in this is 2018, uh TS Clearance in private space. Nice. And they were talking about something that at the time I couldn't talk about. Now I can because it's all been published the quantum mirror. And so this quantum mirror, they discovered, of course, what we know now is that we're all we're inside of a quantum field. It's attached and connected to everything everywhere at all times. And and that they were saying that um they had were able to isolate. A portion of the field, and they would take a photon and they would put data packets on the photons and send them into this mirror. The photons would then come back, but they will come back with different packets of data. And yeah, so they were hypothesizing that these photons came back from the future with information, but they haven't been able to decode the information yet. And now they're experimenting. Well, at least that's what they're disclosing now. But I think that they I think they're getting glimpses of future realities now. Uh, and this could be also another reason why these oligarchs and elites are scraping the world for everything, uh, trying to acquire everything, trying to steal, rob, pillage, whatever they can do. I got a good idea that they may begin, maybe at the beginning of realizing that their time is almost up. Oh, yeah. It just seems like it, you know.

So I know it's it's it's coming to light, you know, and and everything that we have been saying, you know, you have been saying, and other people that in this field, you know, uh yeah, it's coming to light, it's coming to light, and I believe I believe that everything has to do with the love frequency, you know, what we all carry, though every consciousness is thinking the same thing, you know. And this is what you were talking about, so this is kind of interesting.

Now, Billy, how how how do you think this would be possible? I know you explain it, but like a a little bit more.

Yeah, so basically, when you're talking about teleporting something, it's really interesting because you're talking about destroying the the information at point A and then recreating it at point B. So what happens is at point A, where they take the sample, the sample is converted into data, and sample number A is actually destroyed, and then it's the data is beamed to uh you know the location in this particular case would be Earth at a receiving unit. That receiving unit takes that data, reassembles the molecules on that site based on the data from the other one. So basically, what happens in teleportation, the one that arrives at point B is actually a clone of the data or the molecules from point A. It's not exactly the same, although it looks the same, smells the same, seems the same, everything's identical, but it's actually a what they call a facsimile. And uh, and so point A is actually been so when you if you when we get to the point where we're teleporting people, just understand that when you are teleported, every single time you teleport, you're being reincarnated, literally, because the version of you that was disassembled at point A is actually dead and gone. Oh my goodness, yeah.

The reassemble version is like my you just broke my neurons right now because they're gonna start doing this with consciousness first. That's that's the thing. Consciousness is gonna be teleport first. People think, oh, it's gonna be people. No, no, we have these technologies that are probably 300 or 500 years more advanced that is transporting consciousness. Well, the avatar program, you know. Why why do we have this movie The Avatar? They're gonna, they're gonna and like you say, it's it's a clone of your consciousness, yeah. And you you can jump in a a biological being or a mechanical being, or a ship, or a something that has is a life, yeah, that can carry a consciousness.

Anything that can hold a consciousness, a robot, a ship, a structure, uh, another cloned body. You know, I wrote about this in my book eight years ago, Compendium of the Animal Tablets. Eight years ago, I wrote about this, and I wrote in there uh about the Avatar Project, which is from DARPA, where they're taking a field soldier, they have a symbiotic consciousness link with a robot, you know what I'm saying? And then the robot, the the soldier is controlling the robot from its own consciousness, and that way, if the robot's destroyed, the symbiotic link is just disconnected, but the soldier never dies.

They they put you in this bed, and you can they can teleport your consciousness to a mechanical machine or a avatar of yourself. Wow, a replica of yourself. That's crazy that matches your DNA. Disclosure is gonna be is gonna be for the ones that have stomachs, yeah.

Because right now, what they can do is they develop the ability to turn a skin cell, your own skin cell, into a stem cell. So now what they can do is they can take a skin cell from you, turn it into a stem cell, culture that one stem cell into a culture of stem cells, and then they can turn this that culture of stem cells into what they call a synthetic embryo, and then they put it into an artificial womb, take it to term, and a cloned version of you will then be given birth from this artificial womb. Uh, and in this way, they've been making hundreds of these synthetic babies worldwide, but they all claim that they're not letting them grow up, that they're destroying the embryos and everything. I don't believe it. I don't believe it. And the cult the goal, obviously, is to take that perfected clone of yourself, grow it to any age specified, and transfer your consciousness into that uh new avatar, which this quantum technology is just phenomenal for, isn't it? Taking your mind and sending it. Here's what I'm thinking too, JP. What if you know how right now we have MKUltra, they have all these mind-bending technologies, they can remote control a human. Yeah, what if they can target a human from space and in some way quantum teleport that person's consciousness out of their body and replace with another another consciousness?

So and and that goes hand in hand, um, Billy, with you know, there was uh uh an army soldier over here in Crestview, Florida from Seventh Group Special Forces Unit, the Army base that went to a congressman and he said, Yes, there's uh there's bases, there's underground bases that have connections with ETs, and they're making babies together. And and and I I just want to put this out there. You did you hear about that? You remember when that came out?

Former Congressman Gates. Congressman Gates, he said, and what's the crazy part is they were abducting a lot of homeless people off the streets to utilize in these hybrid alien mating experiments. Congressman says this, yeah, openly. I mean, that's just like that's mind-boggling. I mean, that they're doing this hybridization program between aliens and humans by taking people off the street who nobody will miss, predominantly the homies.

I know it's not this is worldwide, it's like another another unit of government, it's like another top top layer of world outside space government that's connected to other things, you know. It scratches like I told this to Emory Smith one day. What what what what we're seeing right now is the dust that's on the furniture, all this information. When when you take the dust out and you open up, that's when you're gonna see, like, oh crap, oh my goodness, what the heck, you know. That's yeah, and that's where people are finding over there in Egypt, south of Venezuela, the center of Goiania and Brazil, uh, Machu Picchu, um, the center of the Atlantic, the center of the Pacific, you know, and it's gonna get it's gonna get crazier for a lot more people. Um, yeah, and it's gonna affect all the religions around the world, the information that's gonna come out, you know. We can't talk much about it, but when it comes out, it's gonna come out with a bang.

Yeah, listen, uh the Vatican, you know, they built that Lucifer telescope. They built a telescope called Lucifer, and they built an underground base beneath the telescope, and the telescope, according to the Vatican, was built to look for alien life. And the quote at that time was that the Pope can't wait to baptize the first alien. So they're trying to get into the narrative, you know, trying to bring it in. And I heard a lot of these big time pastors have been getting read in in skiffs about aliens.

She had a uh a church over here in Orlando, and she helped me in my marriage and all that, and she never had a problem with the law, never had a problem with the law. She's she's straightforward. Um I'm just gonna give her the the the give the initials. Um, her initials is V B S. Okay, that's her initials. Um, but ice out of nowhere, she knew some information that I don't think you know she should know, but she knew it and out of nowhere something happened that they took her in, and now they're trying to ship her back to Brazil. But in that same time, inside when she was in in jail, basically, yeah, she got a stroke. So sometimes they try to take and eliminate you inside, yeah. You know, and and we've been I've I've been talking to congressmen and and pushing out to stop her to go to Brazil, and she was about to go to Brazil, she was about to board the plane, and they took her off the plane.

Yeah, you see, this whole ice thing, and she's still alive, and I and hopefully this whole ice this whole ice thing to me, JP, it's been a manhunt. I think it's I think it's disguised as trying to get illegal aliens out of the country, but I think it's much deeper than that. I think, like you showed me the dust on the book, the dust on the furniture. I think it's much deeper than that. I remember a story in the Bible about Harod, King Harad, searching desperately to find the next messiah who was who proposedly was Jesus, aka Yeshua, uh, but as a as a baby, as a child, and he ordered to have the firstborn or the youngest boys, wherever they could find him, just slaughter them, just take them out.

Yes. So he went to go hide in Egypt. You're right, correct. And so it this is almost reminding me of that same story, yeah, where there's this manhunt. They don't know exactly who what this is why Harad, King Harad, was killing all the boys, all the babies. This is just kill him. And I think that when you look back now on when you look at this current ice situation, could there be something they saw in that quantum mirror that they've now identified a potential something that's going to alter a future reality or play out a future reality that they don't they don't want to see? But because they can't identify specifics, they just said, you know what, just go grab all these people. Let's just get them all and eradicate as many as we possibly can. Uh, I'm it's a hypothesis, but maybe it has something to do with something much deeper than just getting, because it seems it seems so nefarious and so dark. It's not just about getting illegal aliens out. That's what they're pushing in propaganda. I think there's something so much deeper and so much more dark than what we know. And like you say, it's just the dust on the furniture. We're only scratching the surface of what they've told us, but they have a much more deeper, nefarious meaning or or um um agenda behind what we see. Yeah, it's crazy.

Um, but I think, Billy, what we need to do right now, you know your truth, I know my truth. We are telling our truth out, and we need people to ride the same roller coaster that we're riding. See, when you go to a theme park and you get on a roller coaster and there's a line behind you, they don't know how the roller coaster is. You go first, you we rode the roller coaster, we're riding this roller coaster, and we get to the other side and we tell the other people, hey, get on this roller coaster, it's an amazing roller coaster, and wait till you see what's on the other side, yeah, you know, and when they get on, guess what? They're gonna get on the next time with you because they know what to expect, and that's why we need to bring um bringing this beautiful disclosure, bringing this beautiful um knowledge, forbidding knowledge, bringing this beautiful um information to the public that they always want to hear, I think is gonna be a beautiful 2026 and 2027.

I was more interested in trying to see was the experience that I had back in uh 2010 similar to what he's now putting out and did he do his research and it was it just perfectly aligned. It was perfectly aligned. So whoever he interviewed, wow, you know, because if you go back to my oldest interview, which probably be 2016 about my experience, and then watch the movie, you're gonna say, Holy shit, this is the same story almost in terms of like the financial connection and the yeah, um and the um the the um the encounter, you know what I mean?

Yeah, yeah. Um I really I was crying. Um I don't I know two two years, not crying, you know, but you know, two years ago it takes you over. Two years ago, I talked to a a producer that is actually working with Steven Spielberg, and he was asking me weird questions about it. And there's a scene there that they're walking in the snow, and in 2008, I told that story to to to David Wilcock and to Dr. Michael Sala back in 2008 of me walking in the snow and not feeling the coldness of the snow following this orb into into the woods. So that scene really, really, really touched me.

Yeah, you it makes you relive the experience all over again. I was sitting there with my one of my sons went to the movie with me, uh, and I I was I I was there. I was I had to go see it twice because I was so stuck in reliving the whole experience over again and getting kind of emotional over it, I had to go back and watch it a second time just to see whatever I whatever I missed. Um, but I was taken back a little bit. I had to really sit back and just be quiet for a couple hours after that one.

I was like, uh, you know, the storyline, like you said, but the when they're following you, you always having your head in the swivel, that technology, quantum technology, uh remote viewing that can well.
