Palm Sunday
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Palm Sunday starts with a word a lot of us sing but don’t always understand: Hosanna. We slow down and name it plainly, “save us, we pray,” because that’s the heartbeat of real worship and real Christian faith. If you’ve ever kept Jesus at arm’s length because closeness would require honesty, repentance, or change, this conversation is for you. We’re drawing a bright line between being a fan of Jesus and being a follower of Jesus, and why distance can feel safe while discipleship costs something.
We walk through Matthew 21 and the triumphal entry, from the overlooked “go get the donkey” obedience to the way prophecy points to a humble King. The crowd waves palms and lays down cloaks, and we talk about what surrender looks like in normal life: immediate obedience, forgiving when you would rather delay, giving more than spare change, and offering your testimony even when it makes you feel exposed. Hosanna becomes a daily prayer for deliverance from our own mess, our bad decisions, and the chaos that sin brings.
Holy Week is also an invitation, not just a timeline. We point toward Good Friday reflection and Easter Sunday celebration, and we take seriously the question Jerusalem asked: “Who is this?” That question still opens doors for sharing Jesus with friends, family, and coworkers. If you’re ready to stop spectating and start following, listen all the way through, then subscribe, share this with someone you’re inviting to church, and leave a review that helps more people find the message.

Next Steps And Blessing
Jason BrownThat's right, Hosanna. Friends, today we're talking about this idea of Palm Sunday. Can you give a hand to the Lord and thanking him for this opportunity to worship? Praise God. You know, we want to talk about the difference on this Palm Sunday between a fan and a follower. See, there's a big difference between a fan and a follower. And I think sometimes those who are Christ's followers, we come to Jesus more as a fan than we do as a follow of Jesus. And I can give you an example. Today is a is celebrating his entry into this, into the Holy Week as he came into the city, his triumphal entry. This is what we celebrate today as the church across the world. And in doing so, we think about what it really means to count the cost to follow Jesus. And I can tell you there's a big difference between just a fan and a follower. You know, I have a lot of friends who, though I'm a pastor, we're still friends. It's okay. I still love them even though we disagree. They still love me even though I disagree with them. How many people know you can be friends with people and still disagree with them? It's okay. You don't have to agree with everything they do in order to love a person. I know because God loved me. And I was way, way, far away from perfect. And so the difference is we are those who love people, we can disagree with them. And I have many people who they're not living for Jesus, but they're a fan of Jesus. They're a fan of Jesus because Jesus is a good guy. They're a fan of Jesus because Jesus is teaching people how to be sacrificial, how to love people, how to how to look at themselves and take take the plank out of their own eye before they go in the speck in someone else's to go the extra mile. They're a fan of Jesus. But I'll tell you this, they have not accepted Jesus in their life. They're just a fan. They're a fan from the outside, like, oh hey, Jesus. Hey. What's up, Jesus? Maybe I'm talking to other people that don't live in America. Um, this is how lots of people I know treat Jesus. They love Jesus from a distance because Jesus is safe from a distance. Jesus is safe from a distance because Jesus is over there where I don't have to get close and be real about all of the frailty and all the sin and mistakes in my life because his holiness radiates that when I draw near to him. So I just keep him at a distance. And I'm a fan at a distance. Friends, here's the thing. We're never called to be a fan of Jesus. We're called to be followers of Jesus. And what that means is that we are those that don't just wave at Jesus from a distance and go, hey Jesus! But we instead we come clear and humbly, and we come and we understand exactly who Jesus is. And as we come to him, we say, Lord, I am broken. I want all of you and I ask you to come into my life, become the Lord of my life. And Lord, where you're going, I will follow you because I'm a follower of yours. Lord Lord, I'm not just a fan. I'm gonna be a follower of who you are. You say amen to that. And see the difference that's there, and even in our own lives, and even as those who are followers of Christ, it's interesting how sometimes we feel safe and okay to just sit in the back and be a fan. Friends, we are called to be a follower of Jesus wherever we go. And so let us be those that let Jesus shine. Now, I'll tell you, I'm a soccer fan. Um, we talk about it sometimes, you know, when it comes up with American football and some things like that. But, you know, soccer is the world's sport, and so it's a thing where there are a lot of fans and there are a lot of fair weather fans. How do you people know what I'm talking about? You know, like the World Cup is coming up, so everybody who's American-ish, they're like, Yay, America, yay! They don't follow soccer, they don't really care. But you know, they're they're like, you know, I like America, so yeah, America! Right? Like, you know, nobody on the team. You couldn't list anybody. If they're like, I'll give you a million dollars, Mr. Beast appears out of nowhere, he offers you a million bucks in a suitcase. Name one person on the team, you're like, I got nothing. Uh was it Jesus? Was Jesus on the team? I know we have a lot of Hispanic players. Is Jesus on the team? It's a safe bet, actually. But see, there's a difference between a fan and a follower. You know, one of the things that that real followers, real people that really cheer the supporters of their team, they they go in their stands and before the matches they put up a tifu and they they put these big, massive, uh, impromptu pieces that come up. And a team recently did that, and I'll show you what they put up. This is pretty amazing. This is from a Serbian team where they put a face of Jesus as they went into the Easter week. How great is that! How amazing is that? Let that be what they put up. Now, there are all sorts of other evil ones or political ones that people put up. No, they got charged$90,000 as a fine for putting up Jesus' face at a soccer match.$90,000. You know what? I'm glad they did. I'm glad they did. Because what it showed is the real heart behind some of this stuff and the struggle that's there. You know, other teams, the same week, put up a big devil one, they put up other things. You know what these guys did? They put up Jesus and it cost them something to do it. See, they're not just gonna be a fan, they're gonna be a follower. And friends, whenever it costs you something to do it, then you start to be a follower of Jesus. Because you count the cost every day, and then you say, Lord, I know I'm broken, I know I mess up. Lord, forgive me, help me move forward after you. That we would be those that say, Hosanna, Hosanna, which means save us, we pray. You know, early on, I thought Hosanna was the same thing as hallelujah. You know, I thought it was an exclamation of worship to God in this way, but no, exactly. It means this. It means save us, we pray. Some translations would have it as please deliver us. And friends, I can connect to that idea. I need him to save me. I need him to guide me, I need him to deliver me out of my own bad decision making. I need his help. So I will say, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Lord, save me, Lord, save my family out of the mess, out of the mistakes, out of the curse of death and hell and sin, out of the chaos that I live whenever I fall into those things. Lord, save me. Hosanna, Hosanna. Friends, that we wouldn't be those that live in destruction, but instead that we would cry out to the most holy God, to the living God. We would cry out to Jesus, Lord, save us. Lord, save me. Have your way in us. Hosanna is what we say. Say it with me, church. Hosanna, Lord, save us. Today, if we haven't had a chance to meet, my name is Jay. It's a blessing to be with you here on Palm Sunday to be worshiping together, and we welcome you to Cornerstone. What a blessing to be able to worship the Lord freely in this country and be able to lift up his name. Would you say amen to that? Thankful for that. And we talk about how none of us are perfect, all of us are following after Jesus where he's leading us to go. So that means that our ambition is to be those that continually follow him where he's leading, that we want to be more like Jesus. Say it. Be more like Jesus. That's why we love God, we make disciples, we reach the world. We kicked off last week talking about this idea of leading into the holy week with to the cross. And as we did so, we licked, we looked to this to the word of God and we were highlighting what the Lord was saying to us in Matthew 20. It says, See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and scribes. They will condemn him to death and deliver him over to the Gentiles, to be mocked and flogged and crucified. And he will be raised on the third day. Somebody say amen to that. We talked about what it means to be those who embrace what God is doing in us. And today we do the same with Palm Sunday as we look to this idea, this concept of Hosanna. Lord, save us. Give your Bible, your tablet, your phone. We're going to have you open to Matthew 21 and looking here, highlighting verse 9. It says, and the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, Hosanna to the Son of David. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Lord, we pray over your word today. Lord, thanking you, Lord, as you challenge us and charge us to be those that walk after you. Lord, we give you all the praise and all the glory. We pray that you would come and be in our lives and breathe upon this word today. Lord, that it would challenge us, that we would turn our hearts towards you, for you are the only salvation. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Now we pick up here with Holy Week. And the idea of Holy Week is just talking about the events that Jesus did on our behalf as he went towards the cross. This Friday we'll actually have a very powerful time of reflection together. We want to invite every single one of you to come and be a part of it as we have stations of worship and reflection. And it's an opportunity for you to come. We're gonna have a live worship. It's from an hour from seven to eight. And we're actually gonna have stations around the room. And if you've been a part of it before, you know how different it is from a normal service like this. So we'll have worship happening, but it's actually very much you reflecting on every area of how God speaks to us. And there's something powerful about taking that time to do those things on Good Friday, on the day marked that Jesus gave his life upon the cross. And that's why next week, then on Easter Sunday, is his resurrection. It's Resurrection Sunday. And so we get to come together next week and we get to celebrate the Lord. Let me encourage you to come, bring your family, bring a friend, invite them to come. It's a natural day for people to want to come to church. So bring them to church. Amen. And so as we look to this idea, this concept as we come into this week, each one of these days reflects something that was happening in that biblical timeline. You open the gospels, you'll start to read and see how Jesus speaks to us and how he speaks to his followers, the steps of what happened as he came into the city. And it's really powerful because each one of those things starts to unveil the concepts that God would have us to get involved with. We pick up here in the story in Matthew 21, starting in verse one, and it kind of sets the stage for Jesus coming into the city. It says, Now when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethpage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, Go into the village in front of you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, The Lord needs them, and he will send them at once. Now, what's interesting about this story that I think I didn't pick up in the in the past was that there was an immediacy to what Jesus was telling them to do. Now he's telling them that they need to immediately go and do these things as he's asking them to do it. And I can tell you, as somebody who sometimes drags their feet whenever God asks me to do something, that's not the easiest thing to do all of the time. Now I know no one else does that. Everyone is very immediate in the way they respond to the Lord. I'm thankful that I can learn the lesson for you guys. But this is what sometimes I do. And I don't want to do it. It's like what Paul says I do the thing I don't want to do. I don't want to do it, but what I'm doing is I'm fighting my own nature because God is saying something to me that I rather not do. Like, hey, you need to say something nice to this person that you might be mad at. And I'm like, Well, God, I'm still working on the forgiveness thing that you told me to do last week. He's like, Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. And I'm like, that means I gotta forgive him. And then say something nice. He goes, Yeah, yeah. What do you think I was asking you to do the last thing last week for? So you had time to process this week's agenda item. Gonna try over here. So how often is that exactly what happens? But I love this. They immediately get up and do what he says to do. So they've been following, they've been tracking, they understand what's happening. There's other stories that happen before this moment. There's a bunch that happen right after this, but I love it because what does it say? Immediately he says, if anyone stops you, just tell them what you're doing and they'll give you whatever you need because the Lord needs them. I love that. The Lord needs them. Friends, whenever the Lord, whenever Jesus is the Lord of your life, then you'll be willing to do whatever he wants you to do right now. And that means you'll be willing to give whatever resources he wants right now. Which sometimes is easier to give a buck than it is to go and give your time. Or it's easier to give a buck and even give your time to serve if you don't have to give your testimony and actually be out there invulnerable to someone else. The Lord needs them. He needs your talent, he needs your testimony, he needs all the things. That's why he has you as a follower. He's empowering us to be a part of the story. I think it's amazing that we're even in the narrative at all. That he even included us in it. He could have just been like, and then the cults and the thing just come into the picture already ready, and they're like, that was dope. Did you see that? That was awesome. But he instead he chooses us to go and do these tasks that don't seem like anything. How important do you feel when you have to go be the one that gets the donkey? I could tell you, man, our crew around here, we're in the ceiling, we're in the floor, we're in the walls. I don't, we've lost some members. I think they're in the wall still. It's one of these things where it's like, none of that is a glorious job. None of that is cool. Last week, when Pastor Angus was literally jumping on the dead branches and then using a chainsaw to cut them and get them into a container we rented, none of that was glorious. I mean, he looked pretty glorious doing it, but none of it gave him any glory. That's that's the go get the donkey job. Go get the donkey. But see, here's the thing the Lord needs them. The Lord needs it. So whenever we go and we set up a table at the Mercy House, whenever we go and we do this task or that task, whenever we're doing whatever the Lord asks us to do, it's good because the Lord needs you to do it. He's asked us to be a part of his story. He we get to be a part of his story, really, is how it works. And he needs you to get involved and to do it. So the Lord help us to respond with immediacy, with an urgency that we would say, Yes, Lord, what would you need me to do? It continues in the story here this morning. Picks up in verse 4, it says, And this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying, Say to the daughter of Zion, Behold, your king is coming to you, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of the beast of burden. Friends, this was to fulfill prophecy. This was to fulfill the word of the Lord that came from the prophet of old. The very words that so many would they would recite and they would memorize and they would think about that. No one thought about going and getting the donkey being a part of the prophecy. But it is. It's because the Lord needed the donkey to fulfill the prophecy. Because the Lord was coming in a humble way. We've talked about it before. He wasn't coming like a conquering king upon a chariot. He didn't have an army in front of him full of stallions. No, he comes in on the work animal, on the humble animal. He comes in a humble way. No pomp, no circumstance, no things running in front of him with banners. No, so what happens is what the Lord so often says, if we don't cry out and worship the Lord, he says, the rocks will cry out. So because there was no big gallantry from the Romans, then the Lord sparks the hearts of people, and they make an impromptu one as the Lord comes into town. And there's something powerful about this moment as we start to pick up in scripture here where it says the disciples went and did just as Jesus directed them. They brought the donkey and the colt, and they took put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. We've talked about before how a person's cloak, it demonstrated who they were, their status. It's your outside garment, it's the thing you wear every single day. It's something that is valuable. And so they're willing to take off what signifies them uniquely, and they give that and they put that down upon the donkey so Jesus could sit on it. And I love that idea about us getting rid of these things and giving them over to God because He is worthy. And so we give him everything. And as he comes into the city, it's the entry, the triumphal entry. As he comes into the city, it's this moment where the city herself, in that personified way, is welcoming the king, the messiah that has been awaited for all these times. They're welcoming the Messiah in, and you can hear it in what they're saying. And as the word starts to set, it says that most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Some of you today, you guys, you guys got a little bit of a palm branch on the way in. Any of you guys have your palm bran with you? If you have it, you can wave it at me. And you could imagine what this would be like. And we got you the little one so you don't kill your neighbor. But what a cool thing, you the team that did this, uh, Pastor Angus and Angie and the team that did it, and the guinea sticks for you guys. But you can imagine as you're waving as Jesus is coming in. This is way cooler than a foam finger. It's way cooler than the loud noisemaker at the Sun's game. This was giving worship to Jesus on his way into the city. And there's something powerful about that because that's what signified the Caesars was the wreath and the laurels that they wore. It's this very demonstration, it's a it's a worship. In that day, they wanted to be worship as living kings, but the only one that was actually worthy of the worship is Jesus Christ the Messiah. And so as he comes into this city, they start to rejoice and they start to trim this thing that's precious. We understand we're from the desert, it's shade. You guys know what I'm talking about? When you start trimming shade, this is like this is important, friends. This is very important. You're giving up shade. You know how long it takes to regrow the shade. You know what I'm talking about? They're like, no, no, no, Jesus is coming. Kill all the shade. They're like, kill the shade, kill all the shade. Jesus is coming. And they start to worship Jesus with all that they have. And they start to wave the palm branch in the air and they start to cry out, Hosanna, Lord, save us, and proclaim who Jesus is. I love it. It picks up here, and the crowds that went before him that followed him were shouting, Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, Hosanna in the highest. Friends, they're saying, save us, son of David. Save us. David came anointed. Remember, he received the anointing after Saul messed it up so bad. So the Lord sent, he sends the prophet to go find David, and he finds someone who was after his own heart. That's what David was, was someone after his own heart. And so the Lord made a promise to David that I will have someone upon this throne from your lineage forever. And it looked like God had been lying to him because remember, after Solomon, everything went awry, it went messed up. And in the two places, you know, they Judah starts fighting Israel and they start having infighting, there's wars, and they get carried off by the Assyrians and then the Babylonians, and it's a mess. And even in their current time, the Romans own the spot. They don't even govern themselves. So what they're saying to him is that he is the promise that we've been waiting for. That he is the Messiah, and that he is alone the one who can save the people. So, friends, they're declaring that he is the Son of David, he is the Messiah. Messiah that we've been waiting for. So, friends, let's worship the Lord with all that we have. And so that's what happens in this moment is that they're worshiping God with all they have. They declare to him, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Please deliver us. What does it say? It says that he is blessed. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Friends, in the same way, we get to receive that same blessing as we align ourselves with Jesus, as we are those who declare, Lord, you are the source, you are my strength, you are the one who can solve my situation. Lord, save us. And the blessing of God will fall upon his people because they will know the intimacy of their Savior. Friends, not as a fan at a distance, but as a follower close to Jesus. So that we can be those that draw near to him to experience the blessing of his presence. I don't just mean blessing upon what you do, though you'll have that, but you have it from being in proximity to the source of blessing. Which is whenever we align ourselves with Jesus, then we're close to the blessing because he is the blessing. And so we draw near to him and we do reproclaim Hosanna in every area, Lord, save us. Have your way in us. Continues here in scripture. It picks up in Matthew 21, verse 10. It says, When he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, Who is this? And the crowd said, This is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth of Galilee. Who is this? We've been talking about how each one of us is challenged this year to lead a person to Jesus. And during this season of Easter, this sparks something in the hearts of people of why they would do all these things they're doing. Why are people waving a palm branch? What is that about? Why would people come and reflect on Jesus' sacrifice on Good Friday? What is that? Or why are you so happy about the resurrection? And you get the opportunity to answer this question. Who is this? Who is this Jesus? See, they got it partly right. They say that this prophet Jesus is from Nazareth of Galilee. What they're reaffirming is that he's actually connected to David's lineage, but what they got messed up is that he's just the prophet. Friends, he's not just the prophet. He is the Messiah. He alone is the answer. And so for us as Christ followers, we're blessed because we get to receive this answer in Jesus Christ. We get to say, Jesus, I believe you are who you say you are. Come into my life, Lord. I draw near to you. Lord, forgive me of everything. Lord, I want to walk after you as a follower of you. And as I do, I experiencing the blessing of God. Because I'm right next to the source of the blessing. And so we decry, Hosanna, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Hosanna, Lord, save us. This week, as you go about your week, as you're thinking about this, the Good Friday moment that's coming, as you think about the Easter Sunday that's coming, and you start to mess up, you could say, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Lord, whenever I have a bad attitude or when I have a bad mindset, or I start to say things that I know are against your will, Lord, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Save us. And what does it say? It says, Hosanna in the highest Lord, from the very highest point we align with you. That Jesus, you are the authority, that nothing can stand against you and your authority. So, friends, in every circumstance and every season that we're in, Jesus is with us and he's on our side. He's the one who is the victory. He is the answer. He is the million dollars riding in on the donkey. More than that, because a million bucks is just temporal. He is eternal. And so as we welcome him into our lives, as we welcome into our family, into our community, as we live for Jesus as a follower and not a fan, we decry, Hosanna. Lord, save us. Today, friends, we have the opportunity to do just that. And come and make an altar with God. As we start this holy week, we do so with intentionality. That we would be those that draw near to him. That we welcome him into every part of us, in every area. That we don't get it wrong and stay a fan at a distance. Oh, that's the prophet Jesus. He's a nice guy. No, my friend. That you would draw up close and near, because he's the one that's drawing near to you. And you would say, No, I'm not just a fan, I'm a follower of Jesus. And I say, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Lord, save me, save my family, Lord, that we would walk according to your will, according to your ways. Save us. Today there's an opportunity as well. Maybe you're here, you never answered that question of have you embraced Jesus? Friends, today is your opportunity to do so. Each person needs to make a decision on accepting Jesus Christ as their savior. No one can make it for you, not your friend, not your nana, nobody. It's just you. And so you have to make a decision about what you are doing with Jesus. Friends, he loves you, he sacrificed everything for you. He took all of the sin of the world and the shame of the world upon himself. All of your mistakes, all of your sin, all of your brokenness, he took upon himself. And when he had taken it upon himself, he went to the cross. And the cross to us is something remarkable because it is a place of torture and death. It's a place of fear and evil. And Jesus took those symbols and he paid for all of our shame and all of our brokenness and everything that separated us from the Father. He took it on himself. And as he died upon the cross, he switched the meaning of this evil thing to something of freedom and forgiveness and revelation and mercy. Because my Lord Jesus, he took all of my mistakes upon himself and he died there on that cross. But friends, he is not dead, he is alive. And so, friends, we get to celebrate in what he did for us, what he did for me, what he did for my family, what he did for yours. We get to celebrate those things because we know that he is not dead, he is alive. And as we look to the scripture, it says, the Apostle Paul writing to the church at Rome, because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Friends, today is your day. It's your opportunity to say yes to Jesus. I'm asking if you're here in the room, if you just stand to your feet right where you're at, as Christians are praying and heads are bowed. Friends, if you're online with us, wherever you are, take a moment for what God wants to do in your story. As Christians are praying, friend, you're here today. Maybe you've never made a decision to follow Jesus. Today's your opportunity. Or maybe you have made a decision to follow Jesus in the past, but then you've wandered away from actively living for him. More of a fan and not a follower. Today, friends, is a day to recommit your life to Jesus. To say, Lord, I'm so sorry. Forgive me of my sin where I've fallen short. I want you to come into my life, be the Lord of my life. As heads are bowed, I want to ask that question of everyone here. If that would be you and you would say, Pastor, I just want to make that decision today, maybe for the very first time, or maybe to recommit my heart to Christ. If that's you, if you just raise your hand right where you're at, I just want to indicate and recognize you today and praying that prayer with you. We see the hand that's here. There are others that are raising their hand. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. The others, we see a hand that's there as well. Thank you, Lord, for these that are making the decision today. Thank you, Jesus. I'm gonna ask if everyone would they would pray this prayer out loud after me. Lord, thank you for loving me. Thank you for sending Jesus. I believe Jesus died on the cross for my sins. I believe he rose again. Forgive me of my sins. I surrender my life to you. In Christ's name I pray. Amen. Amen. Friends, we rejoice if you make a decision to follow Jesus today. Praise the Lord. Hey, if that was you, and there were several hands that went up today. Take a moment, take a shot of this QR code and follow it so that it can put resources into your hand so that you can be better equipped to follow Jesus. Friends, today, each and every one of us are challenged to start this holy week in seeking after the Lord and after his presence. I'm gonna challenge every person to come and make an altar with God, asking the Lord for more of who is of his presence, more of his anointing, more of his guidance, his wisdom, his provision for us. That we would be those that don't stay at a distance like a fan, but we draw near to him as a follower. Lord, we come to this altar today, Lord, we open up our hearts, our lives, Lord, to you. Asking, Holy Spirit, for an impartation of your presence, of your personhood, Lord, that we you pour yourself out upon us. Lord, that we would be those that in this holy week, as we come and make an altar, Lord, that we remember the great sacrifice that you have done for us, that you have made on our behalf. And so, Lord, we decry cry and we declare, Hosanna, Lord, save us. Lord, that you would come and your presence would be a blessing. More of you in my life, we pray, Lord, in our lives today. Lord, as we come to this altar, we open up our hearts to you. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Celeste BrownWell, next Sunday is Easter, and so we want you to bring someone with you. Invite a family member, a coworker, anyone that you know, bring them with you. We're gonna have Easter egg hunts after both services for the kids. Rain or shine. I say that as though we're gonna have rain. Um, but yes, come. It's gonna be awesome. Make sure you have water so that way they don't overheat. But it's gonna be a great day and it's gonna be fun.
Jason BrownLet it be so, Lord. We need some rain. Let it be so. Hey, uh, another way you can invite people is on social. So make sure we we put something out on the church uh app and so you can take a look at some of those things on our social media. Repost that, add to your story, invite some people to church. It's gonna be an amazing time at Easter next week. Before we go, I want to pray this blessing over us. The Lord bless you and keep you. Or make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you. Or lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. Lord, I pray a blessing upon your church, your people. Lord, you empower us by your spirit to live your love out to those around us. Pray all this in the powerful name that is Jesus Christ. Amen. Amen. Know this. We love you very much. You're a cornerstone. God bless you, and have a great week.
