When it comes to growing your business, visibility isn’t just about showing up more.

It’s about building a system that keeps working for you… even when you’re not online.

Most business owners are stuck relying on Instagram to bring in leads, constantly posting, trying to stay consistent, and feeling like everything slows down the moment they stop showing up.

Which is exactly why your visibility feels exhausting (and honestly… unsustainable).

But the brands that are consistently growing and bringing in new clients aren’t *just* relying on daily content.

They’ve built visibility systems that compound over time - so they can show up *less* while still consistently bringing in new dream clients…

When you have a website that’s optimized for SEO, content that’s working for you behind the scenes, and platforms that continue driving traffic to you...your business starts to feel a lot more stable (and a lot less stressful).

This episode will help you shift how you think about visibility so you can start building long-term, sustainable growth (while taking weeks off from IG).

In this episode, we cover:

 • The mindset shift that makes visibility feel easier and more sustainable
 • How SEO actually works (and why “page six” is part of the process)
 • How to use long-form content to compound your visibility
 • Why doing less (with intention) is more effective than trying to be everywhere
 • How to use data to refine your strategy and attract more aligned clients

If you want to build a brand that continues to bring in leads (even when you’re not posting) this episode is for you!

Ways we can work together:

Welcome And The Real Goal

SPEAKER_00

Hello, hello. Welcome to Amplify Your Brand and Business, the podcast that helps you create a brand that sells out your offers 24-7 so you don't have to. And today we are talking about exactly that. We're talking about how to build a brand that has sustainable long-term visibility without burning the F out. And the reason I'm talking about this today is because I today is day one for me of a six-month 182-day challenge focused on sharing with you how to organically grow visibility for your business. No matter what stage you're in, if you're if you've been in business for a while, if you have a website that's kind of performing, or if you are brand new to business and you are nowhere to be found on Google and you're like, how do I get people to find me? How do I actually get money into my business? That is all about what this challenge is. And I want to break down why I'm doing this challenge, but also what I'm focusing on. Because my my challenge, my encouragement to you is to is to join me on this journey because truly I have found the ways that I've learned the most in my business. It's not from downloading like freebies, it's not from just trying to learn a bunch of things on my own. It's not necessarily just investing thousands of dollars into courses where I don't actually have an ROI and get my money back. Like the things that I have felt like have exponentially grown my business are when I can learn things in real time alongside somebody. And if you're a long-term listener of this podcast, maybe this podcast is that for you. And if if this podcast has helped you grow your business, if it's helped you to create better systems, if it's helped you to step out of your comfort zone and do something that you never thought you'd be able to do, if you have implemented anything in your business that you feel like has helped you grow, please share that with me. That's just a side note. I love celebrating you. I love celebrating your growth. I love just like being in the weeds with you and actually just like celebrating every single thing because those small things are how you grow long term. Those small things where in the moment you might think, oh, it's not really a big deal, or oh, I just did this one thing, or oh, I just like tweaked this one thing, but it's not like it's made a big difference yet. Those things sustained over time are the things that create exponential growth inside your business. And so if we haven't met yet, quickly, I'm Krista Marie. I'm a website designer, I'm a brand strategist, and a brand photographer for women business owners. And over the last six years, I've coached hundreds of women inside this podcast, programs, communities. And in every episode of the podcast, I'm here to help you create a brand that does the heavily heavy lifting for you. A brand where you don't have to be on 24-7 in order to get new clients. A brand where you don't have to be constantly stressing about like being visible, beyond being online, actually having a strategy that works for you even when you are taking a break, even when you haven't posted on Instagram in a month. Like having a brand that actually supports you and that brings in new leads is the entire goal. It's the entire plot, right? And so a little bit about this challenge. I'll tell you first what my expectation is for this and kind of how this idea even came to mind. I will say, this was an un, this was I felt completely unhinged. I was in my car, I was driving back from getting a massage. And side note, anyone who gets massages, do you find that when you go to get massages, you get like your most creative business ideas? This has been my reality for the last few years. Every single time I get a massage, I feel like on the way home or during the massage itself, I get this like creative download that I'm like, it I feel like it's a write-off. I know we're in taxis and I'm like, that has to be a write-off because it's giving me all these fantastic business ideas. But I digress. So I was coming home from my massage and I had this realization that my newly launched template shop is in a really interesting position right now because it's in a place where it's very similar to where my ideal clients come to me when in their business. So what do I mean by that? I just launched the template shop uh, I guess like almost two weeks ago now. And I just seven or eight days ago um did all of the SEO optimization for it, which I totally spaced. I meant to do that when I launched, and then I realized last week, oh, I haven't done that yet. So last week I sat down, I did all the SEO optimization for it, and so that's only been running for about a month, but or sorry, for about a week. And in the week, uh really in the last few days since actually like getting it, Google re recrawled my website, like all of my pages are indexed, everything is looking good. And so I'm being shown in Google, but I'm in position like 58 or like 60, depending on what you search me for. I could show up on page six, I could show up on page eight, I could show up on page nine, like it's kind of all over the place depending on what you search for. And for so many of my clients, this is where they come to me. They come to me because they feel like they are not visible on Google. Some of them aren't even visible at all. Like a lot of my clients that come to me, they they don't have any sort of SEO implemented, and so they're not even searchable. It doesn't matter. You could go to page 20 and you still haven't found them. Because I understand SEO, like I am visible with the template shop, but clearly page nine, page 10, that's not the goal. The goal is to eventually get to page one. But I realized so many of my clients come to me feeling this pain point of people aren't finding me, I'm not searchable, like I don't know how to get more clients. This is a business that like nobody knows about. How do I get more people, like more visibility, more eyes, more people in this business so that I can make more money, so that I can book more clients. And so I had this thought today of this is really interesting because my my normal website, heychristenarie.com, that has been in the top two one to five of Google search for the last few years. Like, I don't really worry about that website being visible on Google at all because autopilot, it's just always at the top, like truthfully. And so I haven't really been in this position in a while where I'm like, oh, this is what it feels like to like not be at the top of Google. And so I had this idea of creating this visibility challenge because what I have found, and this, if this sounds like you, please know. I have also been here before too, where your business isn't being found by people on Google, you're not getting leads consistently, you're feeling this consistent pressure of I need to post every day on Instagram, I need to get go viral, I need to be creating reels, I need to be doing all of the strategies, and then I need to be on Pinterest and I need to be XYZ, I need to be doing all these things. And then all of a sudden, because you haven't actually created a strategy around those things, you're just kind of like haphazardly posting, creating content, trying to do what's working, trying to be everywhere. It's not actually a long-term strategy that works because you burn out in like a matter of days. And I know this because I've been there. I know what it feels like to do that. I know what it feels like to have a business that isn't bringing in consistent clients and to approach your marketing then from this place of I need to do everything because nothing seems to be working. And it's really interesting to me because over the years I have learned so much about SEO, about long-term visibility strategies that I actually am kind of visible on all of the places. Like I have a very solid Pinterest strategy. Right now, I think I have pins, I have nine pins going out every single day for the next like eight months. And I did that over a matter of like a few days. Like, I have a very solid Pinterest strategy that I know will continue to grow and get me visible over there. Um, I have this podcast where I'm creating content and I have done that pretty consistently besides my little break I took last fall. But like otherwise, we're rocking and rolling here on the podcast. I have Instagram, which I haven't been as consistent as I like on Instagram, but I have been pretty active in stories on Instagram. But part of this challenge is also just to re-spark this vibe for me. I tend to work best. This has been me for my entire life. I tend to work best if I have like a deadline. If that's you, you might be like me too. If I don't feel like I have a deadline or if I don't feel like there's any accountability, uh, it's really easy for me to not do things. And so this challenge is kind of a culmination of things. It's number one, a way for me to bring people to bring you along with me in the journey to show you exactly what I'm doing, exactly the things I'm trying, what I'm finding is working, what I'm finding is not working, looking at the data, looking at the numbers, like teaching you how to approach your visibility strategy, but not through just like education, through real time, like this is what I'm seeing, this is what I'm doing, this is what I'm learning, this is like this is how I'm approaching visibility. Because I think that's going to be so beneficial for you to actually then implement when you think about your own visibility strategy. But this challenge is also helpful for me because it's me drawing my line in the sand and saying, I'm committing to doing this for six months. Like there's no, there's no turning back now. Like there's no, I've already now said this on Instagram, I've said this on the podcast. So we are in it to win it, right? We are here. And so part of the reason for me also is because it's giving me that level of accountability of I want to show up for you. I want to help show you all of these things. And so I'm committing myself to doing it. And so, all this to say, I have spoken to so many people who 2026 is their year where they're like, I want to be more visible. I don't want to feel like I have to be constantly on Instagram 24-7 in order to get clients. I don't want to feel like if I go away for a week for a vacation that I'm gonna like all of my inquiries are gonna stop coming in because I'm not posting and I'm ghosting my feed. For so many other people that are newer or just starting off who really don't have a solid client base, like Instagram doesn't even feel like it's working for them for how to get clients. And so they're trying to figure out their SEO, they're trying to figure out Pinterest, they're trying to figure out how to grow an email list, like they're trying all of these things, and then nothing's really working, and they're just like burning themselves out in the process while also not becoming more visible. And so my goal here is to like let's pull back the curtain, let's do this together. Like, I know what it takes, I am fully aware of what these next six months will likely look like for me. I know what I'm committing to, and I am like dedicated to following through and actually showing up and putting in the work. But I also know because I've seen it happen, when you actually have a strategy where you don't burn out, when you have ways of doing things and there's intentionality behind it, there's a purpose behind it, there's thought, there's data, like you have a visibility, you have a visibility plan that is backed on data. You're not just posting to post, you're not just writing blogs to write blogs, like you're actually looking at the data, seeing what's working, what's making people click, what what is interesting to people. Like when you can take a step back and stop frantically posting everywhere because you feel like you have to and you can actually be strategic with your plan, that's when everything actually works. And I've seen it happen. And so this is my invitation for you. Like, I will maybe talk about it a little bit on the podcast as I'm learning things. But if this is really interesting to you, if you're like, I really want to learn more about visibility, even if you're just like curious, because you're like, Krista, how how are you doing this? Like, what are you doing? Like, even if you're just a little bit curious about what my process looks like and how I think about visibility, I want to invite you to join me. The best way to do that is to just join the email list, which I will add a link below. But you can head to hey Christamarie.com forward slash email, and you can just join the list there. And then every week I'm gonna be popping into your inbox with just what I'm finding. I'm not gonna be spamming you with this. It's not gonna be like every single day me emailing you, like nothing crazy like that. But every week I just want to pop in and I want to tell you like pull back the curtain, be honest about here's what I'm doing, here's how I'm thinking about it, here's what's working, here's what I'm gonna try. Because so much of a visibility strategy, so much of finding out what works is just experimenting. Like it's not putting crazy expectations on I'm gonna do this one thing and it has to work. Like it's seeing what works. It's seeing, does this work the way I hope it's going to? Like what content or what posts are people actually engaging or reaching out to me after reading? Like it's so much about having that curiosity mindset. But I think so much of us get caught up in this like, if it doesn't immediately work, we like freak out and we throw out the whole system and try to find like a new way of doing it. And so part of my purpose of this is like, let's explore this together. Let's allow it to be messy, let's allow it to like, you know, be a little unexpected and you know, maybe be a little surprising at times. Like, let's just play and let's commit. Let's commit for six months and let's see where it goes. So, all that said, this is my invitation for you. If visibility is your goal for 2026, head to heychristenreed.com forward slash email. Let's tackle a visibility strategy. Let's like learn how to do visibility in a sustainable way. I will teach you my tricks. I will teach you the things and the systems I already have set up that allow me to be visible without really having to do a whole lot. Um, and let's just let's actually do it. Let's commit, let's decide. Uh so thank you so much for being here. I am so excited about this journey. I'm, you know, like most things, I'm also terrified a little bit. It reminds me of when I did. If you have been a longtime listener, you might remember in 2025, I committed to doing seven weeks of daily podcast episode drops. So for seven weeks, Monday through Friday, I ended up releasing 35 episodes over the course of like the seven weeks, which when I first made the decision to do that, I thought, this is crazy. Like, why am I doing this? This is gonna be too much. I'm gonna burn out. I'm gonna run out of things to say. I had all the excuses in the world as to why I shouldn't do it, and I did it anyway. And it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made for myself because during that season, I felt so lit up. I felt so creative. The content was flowing, the ideas were there. Like, I had never felt so excited and aligned with my business as I did in those seven weeks. And so I want to encourage you like sometimes it takes acting on the crazy idea. The thing that you're like, this might be too much. Like, I is this crazy? Am I gonna burn out? Like, not in a I'm gonna make this like crazy 57 point plan and try to follow it to a T strategy where you're worried you're gonna burn out, but just like that that idea that you're like, that stretches me. That pushes me. Can I actually do that? Like, can I put myself out there? Can I commit to something that feels a little bit scary? Sometimes it takes us doing that to actually find the gold. Sometimes it takes us doing that to actually get into that place in our business where we feel more lit up than ever. And like, isn't that the whole goal? And like, isn't that the whole point of this business is to actually enjoy doing it. So thank you so much for being here. I hope to see you on the email list. I cannot wait for those of you that decide to tag along on this journey. It's gonna be a wild ride. And if you know me, like we keep it real around here. So I just I cannot wait to share more with you, share all of the behind the scenes, and in the meantime, thank you so much for being here. I hope you remember you deserve to have a brand that does all of the selling for you. And I'll see you in the next episode.
