And today we have my wife Pastor Catrice and she'll have a word for you. Go ahead Catrice. Amen, thank you so much Marc. I just thank you God that you are going before us, you are going behind us Lord. You are just preparing the way Lord that this word would hit the bullseye of the hearts that are listening right now, that minds would be changed, that settings would be renewed right now in the name of Jesus and that demons would flee at the name of Jesus Christ. Today I wanted to talk to everyone about holiness. Holiness is so important in this hour because without holiness different situations cannot be cleansed. And in this hour we need to cling to the Lord Jesus Christ because he was sent by God to make a way for us. That if you're looking around today and you just need a way out of this darkness, out of depression, out of the things that are just going on in this world, if you don't have Jesus Christ you need Jesus Christ because Jesus Christ made a way. He is the light that can cleanse and push back the darkness that is in your life. And so today I implore you to think about holiness and holiness in your life. In the physical if we're looking to just simply clean our dishes, to clean our house, to clean the floor, we have to use something clean in order to clean something that's not clean. And so what I'm saying to you, if something is unclean you can't use a unclean cloth to clean something that's also unclean because the result is that it would still be dirty. Because when you start with something that's unclean and that's dirty it doesn't have the capability, the attributes, or the characteristics to cleanse something that is unclean. And so today we're focusing on us being the tool, we're the cloth being used by Jesus Christ because it is not I that live but it's he that lives in me. And so Jesus through us is cleaning robes and creating robes of righteousness for us but we have to have a clean standard. We can't do what the world is doing because the world, if they don't believe in God, is not the standard of righteousness in order to get something clean. Remember we go back to the original thing that I had said, if there's something unclean it can't get something clean if it's unclean. And so let's go to John 17 14 to 17. For all intensive purposes we prefer the Amplified Classic because it expounds on a number of things. Jesus is saying, I have given and delivered to them your word. He's talking to God and he's talking about his disciples and he's praying for his disciples and he says, I have given and delivered to them the word, the message, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world. Do not belong to the world just as I am not of the world. I do not ask that you will take them out of the world but that you will keep and protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, worldly belonging to the world as I am not of the world. Sanctify them, purify, consecrate, separate them for yourself, make them holy by the truth. Your word is truth. So in this section right here Jesus is talking and he's praying for his disciples. He's talking about the holiness of his disciples and he's saying to God that make them holy, consecrated, separate, and set apart. And this is what Jesus died for for all of us, for all who believe this is what he wanted for those who are disciples of Christ, for you to be wholly set apart by the word of truth and to focus on that. So God has called us to be holy and keep in mind we need to be holy because we need a standard of cleanliness to allow Jesus to work through us and Jesus is doing the cleansing. So Jesus is the standard of righteousness and if you are in Christ you are the righteousness of God in Christ. So in Leviticus 11 45 it says for I am the Lord who brought you up out of the land of Egypt to be your God you shall therefore be holy for I am holy. So God is calling us to a holiness. He literally says you shall be holy as I am holy. So God is wanting us to be holy. When Jesus was praying to him Jesus asked that we be holy and consecrated and set apart and not be in the world but passing through. So we need tools to be clean and the tool is the truth of the word, washing of the word. And we see an example of washing of the word in Ephesians 5 26 where the positioning of a husband praying for his wife and a wife positioning praying for the husband and submitting ourselves unto one another as the body of Christ. And in this particular passage it's just referring to the husband praying over his wife and washing her with the word. And so it says in Ephesians 5 26 so that he might sanctify her having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word. So if you are wanting to cleanse your spouse or anyone we have to have the washing of water with the word. So this is the standard it is not my opinion it is not anyone else's opinion but this is the standard of which God has presented to us to allow the body of Christ to be cleansed of the things that are unclean. So in order to do this Jesus said that we need to be set apart we need to be consecrated unto the Lord. So we're going to be living sacrifices and it says in Romans 12 1 to 2 appeal to you therefore brethren and beg of you in view of all the mercies of God to make a decisive dedication of your bodies presenting all your members and faculties as a living sacrifice holy devoted consecrated and well-pleasing to God which is your reasonable rational intelligent service and spiritual worship. So God is calling us to a service and a spiritual worship of him and that spiritual service and worship of him is done through us being a living sacrifice holy devoted and consecrated unto the Lord. This is how we are staying clean through Jesus and through being consecrated and knowing that we are not in the world we are of the world we're passing through and also in this same chapter Romans 12 verse 2 it says do not be conformed to this world this age fashioned after and adapted to its eternal superficial customs but be transformed changed by the entire renewal of your mind by its new ideas and its new attitude so that you may prove for yourselves what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in his sight for you so we really need to digest this remember this is Romans 12 verse 2 and this is calling us to something it's showing us that we cannot be conformed to this world we don't belong to this world if we're doing what the world says if we're saying to ourselves oh it doesn't matter this is what everybody else is doing if you're holding yourself to a higher standard to God Jesus Christ in your in the Holy Spirit then you are called to a higher standard and you are not to do what the world is telling you to do but we are to follow what the word is telling us to do because only by the water and the washing of the word can we get to this point where we are living sacrifices holding an acceptable and pleasing unto God and we want to be pleasing unto God and we want to do the work of the ministry and even as you're sitting here now and in your listening even if you don't understand it everyone is in a position where we have seen people going through kovat we have seen people suffering through sickness we have seen people in bondage and God wants to use you today to set those people free but first you have to have Jesus Christ in you in order to set people free you have to have a standard of holiness that is not wrapped up in the world and what the world is doing and what everybody else is doing we need to be sanctified and set apart unto Jesus Christ and there's a period behind that because if that is not the case Jesus is the way Jesus is the truth Jesus is the life and there's no other way that we can get to the father and we must be a living sacrifice so that those around us can be set free because that's the joy that is set before us that our brothers and sisters can be set free that family members can be set free that people that you work with can be set free that people that you meet on the street that are suffering that they can be set free because you've been called to a higher purpose and so we all want to be called to that higher purpose and how do we do it I'm going to recap again by the washing of the word by being sanctified consecrated and set apart Jesus himself prayed that for his disciples and so if Jesus prayed this for his disciple and you're listening right now and you want to be a disciple of Christ it's not too late to be raised to a higher standard all you have to do is believe on the Lord and those who believe on the Lord they shall be saved this can be your portion this can be your inheritance it is not too late you are not in hell and so there is still time time to repent time to turn away time to consecrate yourself to holiness if you are going to a church and they're not telling you this this is something that you need to read for yourself I have given you the scriptures I have given you the tools so that you may search for yourself and in Romans 12 to it says that you may know for yourselves we can look around to other people but God is saying you have to sanctify yourself you have to set yourself apart so when we're going into a church or into other buildings where people are preaching to us they can preach to us but it's up to us to examine the word it's up to us to say I want to be sanctified and set apart I want to be held accountable I want to be washed by the water through the word and if you're asking for that this is the way and if you haven't been taught again it is not too late look in Romans 12 to it will say it all right there so fret not fear not for God is with you he will direct your path commit yourself to the Lord today pray to him and say God I don't know everything but I know that I want to be set free God I don't know how I don't know who to go to would you help me today God would you send someone in my path to help me to have clarity in this someone who would want to answer my questions and use the Bible as a reference point God we just thank you for the people who are listening right now God that they are being set free and being washed by the word God God's word says my people perish because of lack of knowledge because of lack of wisdom do you want to lack wisdom and knowledge when you see your loved one suffering when you could reach out and lay hands on them and they shall recover according to the word but you need to have Jesus Christ in you you need to be consecrated and set apart you need to be holy as God is holy because that is the standard of righteousness in order for you to walk and be the way God had intended you to be and the way he sent his son to die for us to pay this price so that we can walk in this so let's just move on to Luke 11 18 and if Satan also is divided against himself how will his kingdom last for you say that I expelled demons with the help of and by Beelzebub so this is Jesus talking back to those who are accusing him of casting out demons by Beelzebub and he says now if I expelled demons with the help of and by Beelzebub with whose help and by whom do your sons them out therefore they shall be your judges but if I drive out the demons by the finger of God then the kingdom of God has already come upon you so to expound on this it goes back to the reference that I used in the beginning if something is unclean Beelzebub wants to cast out another demon which can be Beelzebub the two will cancel each other out because they're unclean so if you are unclean if you are not sanctified set apart holy consecrated as your form of worship unto the Lord then right now it's something that you want to desire you want to be cleansed so that you can go forward and pray for those people who are suffering and so by the finger of God because Jesus Christ will be in you the kingdom of heaven will already have come nigh upon you if you're casting out demons by the finger of God and Christ is in you so sometimes you're in situations and I know that a lot of you probably have questions right now but know that the word says that deliverance is the children's bread if this is in the Bible then this is a part of your freedom and I implore anyone who's listening today if you are in a place and you're trying to learn what you need and you have not been equipped go to the Lord go to the Bible all the answers are in there search the word and you will find it you will find the truth because Jesus is the truth and only by the truth shall you be set free if you were in bondage and you're going through things that means you haven't received the truth and by you receiving the truth you would be set free if you're having depression if you're having anxiety there's a lot of people just dealing with different spirits spirits of fear just feeling darkness feeling heavy you can be set free today God wants to set you free he paid a price for you to be set free and so it is literally a crime that you are not being set free and that you need to be equipped with the tools I implore you today get these tools today search the scriptures for yourself so that you may know the truth and that you will be set free today thank you Lord thank you so much for for just guiding them in this truth Lord thank you Lord for just setting them free thank you God for just directing their footsteps directing their paths Lord and helping them to just be a living sacrifice unto you so we're going to just read over Romans 12 to you and we're just going to pray into the precepts that are in this section because I think that this section it's just so important for us to be taking in today so it says do not be conformed to this world so right now Lord if there's people listening that are conformed to this world if they're wrapped up in what popular people are saying if they're wrapped up in what famous people are saying if they're only listening to what other people say as their guide in this life Lord help them to not be conformed to this world to not be conformed to popular beliefs to not be conformed to worldly standards which keeps them in bondage and keeps them depressed help them to not be conformed to friends because that's what their friends are saying help them to not be conformed God to what's popular and what's going on and what everybody else is doing God help the light to come into their eyes help them to only see you God that you would bring more wisdom and more light into their eyes so that the light would pierce any darkness that is in their body God thank you Lord that they would have ears to hear and eyes to see what the Holy Spirit is saying to the church so that they may be set free thank you God that you're bringing wisdom and dreams right now Lord so that they may come to the fullness of the knowledge of your truth in Christ right now today as they are listening right now I just thank you God that you have paid a price for them for this freedom and that they will be set free today if they just call upon the name of the Lord so that Jesus would be living in them making Jesus their Lord and Savior making Jesus their standard making Jesus their form of righteousness that they can fully repent and turn away fully turn away Lord from the things of this earth that will lead them astray that will keep them in bondage and that will keep them from having freedom I just thank you God that you are using everyone who is listening at the sound of my voice that they are being set free that the truth is setting them free today God that you are pressing forward Lord to the body of Christ Lord those who hunger and thirst for righteousness it is there for you today freedom is there for you today righteousness is there for you today the price has already been paid take a hold by belief if you've never tried it try today taste and see that the Lord is good if you don't believe anything that I'm saying you can go into a quiet place and you can just try it and if Jesus doesn't work for you then you can just go back to what you're doing but I guarantee that Jesus is going to work for you when you decide to make Jesus as Lord if you come into his kingdom and you say Jesus is Lord but you go back you go back to the lifestyle that you're living if you're someone who had been just fornicating and drinking and lying and gossiping and the different things that are in the Bible I implore you not for me but for you that you would set a new standard today that you would make a new commitment unto the Lord today that you would open up your heart and mind today and give Jesus a try Jesus did not die on the cross for you to be tormented here in life but he died to bring you life and life more abundantly and it's for all who believe those of you who have not been accepted in certain places Jesus has paid the price for you those for who are depressed and feel like you can never get out of this path that you're in Jesus paid a price for you if you're outcast and you're not liked by other people Jesus paid a price for you there are none who are excluded if you just believe on the Lord and so that's what I'm here to tell you today that you can be transformed by the washing of the water through the word that you right now sitting in your places you can be transformed God does not intend for you to continue on this same path and all I can do is to speak this to you and I am believing that the light is hitting hearts and minds right now and people are being changed because they simply were not told the truth but right now this beacon of light is going out this message is going out so that you may know the truth and so that you may be set free I implore you to try Jesus today you will have such freedom I just thank you God for the freedom of these listeners right now in Jesus name so it also says in Romans 12 to it says so that you may prove for yourselves so a lot of times we can hear what other people are saying to us and we go to places where they're popular people teaching and sure they know the word but Jesus paid a price for you to know the truth you yourself to know the truth and that's what you want to have because when you have the truth then you are set free if somebody else knows the truth then they're set free and you're coming to places listening to their freedom and you're admiring them and you're listening to them because they're free but they're free because they know the truth because they know Jesus and so you need to know Jesus so that you can know the truth so that you can be set free by the washing of the water through the word today taste and see that God is good so that you may know for yourselves what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God and so I know in today's society sometimes it can be a challenge to even know what's good and what's acceptable what is God's will God set a standard and he gave you the word so that you may know the truth so that you may have a standard of righteousness sometimes if you're brought up in a different standard you won't know the truth you won't know that that's incorrect there was a time when I would answer the phone for someone that I knew and they said answer the phone I would answer the phone and then the person would ask for them and the other individual would tell me tell them I'm not here and so I would constantly say that and think nothing of it but as I grew in the word I realized that's lying they are here and so we want to call ourselves to a higher standard not what everyone else is doing and we also want to realize that halfway is not clean so if we have a clean glass of water and we have a dirty glass of water if you use a semi clean glass of water that that glass of water is cloudy there's stuff in it that still will not get the shirt clean that you're trying to clean because if there is substance in the water come on now I'm talking to somebody if there's substance in the water if there's dirt in the water that dirt is going to get on you so if somebody is using a standard that that's less than what God's standard is their dirt can get on you I'm talking to somebody today their dirt can get on you if you are using a standard of righteousness a standard of cleanliness that is not the standard that God set aside you will not be clean let's go back to what the scripture says be Elzebub cannot cast out be Elzebub so if you were using something that is not a hundred percent clean and everyone is telling you oh it's okay it's all right this is what everybody else is doing what difference does it make if you have a semi clean shirt what difference does it make if you smell a little no Jesus paid the price so that you can be 100% clean and you have a process where you are constantly washed by the word after you say that you are saved you have an opportunity to go into the word to be washed by the word to be cleansed by the word so that you yourself may prove what is the good and perfect will of God come on somebody how delicious is that I have gone myself to so many places trying to have understanding but it wasn't until I turned to God God who is the symbol of righteousness that he would have mercy and grace upon me so that I would be washed I would be clean I'd seen so many other people be washed and be clean but I'm just like Lord what about me and I literally had someone tell me no this is not for you and I was in darkness because they told me that it wasn't for me but when I read the word for myself I got to see yes Jesus paid this price for me so I implore you today if you are sitting there and you think this is not for me it is for you and I implore you to just taste and see and if you go to a place compare what they're saying to the word so that you may know the truth and the truth may set you free if you don't understand what they're saying to you I implore you to ask ask them what scripture this is so that you may be fully set free if you go into a place or you're relying on someone else to read the word for you you will not have the truth because that person did the work that person did the washing of the word through the water and it was not you that did the washing of the word through the water because they can't pay a price for you only Jesus paid the price for you and so if you were not in the presence of the Lord if you are not reading the word and being washed by the word yourself that means your portion your inheritance has been passed by not because God didn't have that price paid for you but because you did not get in the word and allow the word to work on you so that you can be clean so many times we can be in places and we can say well I'm still not clean I'm going to this place I'm trying to get clean I'm trying to find the truth we have to work out our salvation with fear and trembling that is pointing to us that to get into the kingdom of God it is up to us because we have free will and God wants you to be free today today if you were listening to this God I just thank you Lord that you are setting captives free right now in Jesus name I thank you that this word has gone forth and it is hit the
