Things quickly unravel when a passenger suffering from paranoid delusions spots her FBI folder and starts taking hostages. The team heads to Texas to try and resolve the situation, but before you know it a second team member is taken hostage. Plus, Tanner calls Alexander Hamilton a messy bitch, Moneka schools us on American history and we learn a bit about Ralph Tortorici, this episode's inspiration.
