It is a much less obvious truth in modern society, but no less relevant. The endorphasm is the moment during movement you feel anything is possible. Clarity. Speaker 1When I was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer almost five years ago , I think most people thought that my world would fall apart , but it didn't . And really , as a result of that diagnosis , today I am more connected , more alive and more purposeful than I ever was before . And yes , I still live with cancer , but , most importantly , I live with gratitude , joy and an unshakable sense of health . Every single day , I have witnessed people rise from the ashes and thrive . I have supported people rising from the ashes and thriving , and so can you . I am a foot soldier in the fight against not just disease but unhappiness and an inauthenticity , non-authentic life . I've dedicated my life to teaching people how to take back their health and live boldly .
Speaker 1I speak at hospitals and conferences and corporations to share one basic message . Obviously , I share more than just one , but that each and every one of us have the power to change our lives , starting right now , in this moment . And wellness isn't just about eating better or exercising more . It's about stepping in to your power , believing in yourself and living with intention . It's about stepping in to your power , believing in yourself and living with intention . It's about connecting with your body , your emotions and your purpose .
