Spencer comes from a line of entrepreneurs with a background in building and contracting. He started with stuffing envelopes when he was a kid for his family business and decided there was no way he wanted to do that for the rest of his life. Years later out of college, he started a social media agency. His uncle then reached out and asked if he wanted to run the social media division in the company and took their remodel division from 2 to 10 million!
