Scott Specker, a close friend of Chris's, is our guest in this episode! He made the leap from the corporate zoo to the wild! Like many of us that made the leap, he was fed up with not having a sense of purpose at his job.  He had a fairly good job but looking at excel sheets all day was not fulfilling for him. Once he finally broke out he started searching for ideas. He met with a franchise broker and landed on a painting business. He now owns a Five Star Painting franchise. Along with some great insight into his life he also touched on how to properly scale and hire employees. We would like to thank Scott Specker for coming on the podcast!
