In this heartfelt episode of Moving into Wellness, Gloria is joined by fellow graduates Trevor Dalton and Brendan Crawford for a candid conversation about the challenges of staying grounded during the final stretch of their master’s program. Together, they reflect on moments of struggle, falling out of healthy routines, and the power of returning—with the help of movement tools like breathwork, meditation, music, and community. This episode is a reminder that even when we drift, we can always find our way back—and we don’t have to do it alone.

For the end of September, Karin is sharing two separate versions of sound. The challenges with recording and wanting the experience of sound meditation to be ideal were going to lead to a talking episode about how I didn't like either recording. Instead, I backtracked and decided to share edited versions of both, one brief and one a little longer.
Soundscapes can be relaxing, thought-provoking, and healing. My goal is to do more in-person sound meditation offerings in 2024 and I hope that, if nothing else, these renditions of sounds give a small idea of what sound meditation can encompass.
