As women, we are often taught to be seen and not heard. We are asked to play small, behave modestly and don't live too loud. This translates into women being reluctant to share and celebrate our successes. We often blush when someone recognizes our accomplishments. We play down the things we do well. We brush off recognition.
I would like us to shift that narrative and begin celebrating our successes. The more we lean into celebrating our own success, the more other women can be inspired to celebrate their own success!!! So let's celebrate!!!
