After a fantastic Backstraight Meet Up we're a but worse for wear but did make it to the stadium for a jam packed evening (Some of which we don't really remember).
Team GB won double relay Gold and the Irish fans had plenty to celebrate with HEP Gold for Kate O'Connor and 1500m Bronze for Andrew Coscoran.
Andy Diaz Hernandez jumped the 4th best TJ or all time and Julien Weber clinched a last gasp JT title with a huge CR of 90.40 whilst Andreas Almgren's runaway 10 victory left us confused.
But the highlight of the day occurred in the morning when Jaz's one and done qualification left us elated and impressed a certain Long Jump Goat the legendary Heike Drechsler, who joins us on the pod for our favourite interview of the week.
