Lets talk mental health with Dr. Earl Wright

Did you know that there are around 280 Mental Illnesses? On this episode of Adulting 101 I speak to Dr. Earl Wright, Consultant Psychiatrist and President of the Jamaica Psychiatric Association who speaks on the topic of mental illnesses and the various types. He shares with us that the most common mental health disorder is depression and it affects more women than men. In Jamaica nearly a 1/4 of the population will suffer some symptom of depression at some point in time. Dr. Wright shares with us what depression is, the symptoms, how its caused and the treatments for it.
