Hey everyone! In today's episode I discuss some of the biggest reasons we allow ourselves to procrastinate. These reasons include, getting overwhelmed and opting out entirely, negative self-talk that discourages us from trying and probably the most obvious, simply not wanting to do the task because it is not something we enjoy having to do.  

How do you know if you're procrastinating or if you're simply not ready to take the plunge just yet? We discuss noticing the difference between the two. We also talk about not allowing ourselves to get caught up in little details and holding ourselves back in our progress, when the step can be skipped and re-visited later on.
