Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode of the show! Today we talk about some of the exciting changes coming to the show and also discuss the importance of giving ourselves a break from some of the things we love and have committed to in order to avoid burn out or any other negative effects of over exposure. All too often we set the bar too high for ourselves and then we beat ourselves up when we miss the mark. It is important to find self-discipline while also giving yourself a little creative freedom to deter from your plan every now and then. if you're to the point where you're strong enough in your habits and routine to take a break without a few days turning into falling off the wagon entirely, view it as a celebration of how far you have come! If you're not strong enough in the patterns you have set, give yourself a little time to prove you trust in yourself to proceed after small breaks before you take any. AKA, if you're only 3 days into implementing better eating habits, it might not be the greatest time to throw in cheat day just yet.
