Hey everyone! Sorry for the late delivery on this episode, but with the holiday weekend and all the festivities in getting ready for my short trip and still attending work and my classes, I got a little behind in editing.

Today's episode is the last segment of our 3-part episode with my mom where we discussed various topics and had a lot of fun doing so! Today we discussed the importance of getting yourself away from environments with a very "black and white" and "Inside the box" way of thinking. The beauty of spirituality is that it can mean something different for everyone! Gate keepers, guru's and organized religion sometimes have a way of making us feel like we don't belong, or our feelings and beliefs aren't valid, or that we have to be a certain way in order to gain their acceptance but I am here to tell you that if you are kind and have good intentions in all that you do, there is no "right or wrong" answer to what you should or shouldn't choose to believe in. The world is your oyster, and no matter what you choose to believe, there will always be people in your corner cheering you on and respecting your right to be unapologetically you!
