This week we meet Betty. You may remember her from her instagram fame a couple of months ago when she won double gold at Worlds, but that wasn't the coolest part, she was also awarded her Black Belt by Professor Diego Bispo at age 65!!
She started training BJJ at 54 years old because... she didn't want to join a book club!
This is truly one amazing Journey with so many fun stories.
