Day 8 of my UK Property Tour.

Today is Saturday and  I find myself on the M6 heading north to Blackpool at 9 o’clock in the morning to talk to a bungalow fliiper!

Yesterday, I coined a new Property Term, called Some Money In.

It’s the opposite of All Money Out and it refers to the idea that most of us can expect to have to leave some money in a deal when buying 3 bed houses to convert to 6 bed HMOS.

One way to account for money left in is to flip properties for profit so I go to Blackpool to meet a bungalow trader.

After that on the way back to the East Midlands for the last few days of the tour, I stop off in Stoke to watch a random football match as Port Vale take on Steveage in League One.

We typically work with time poor professionals get a good return on their money by investing with us. To schedule a call to discuss
