In preparation for my UK Property Tour, I used the filters on Spare Room to build up an XL database of HMO rooms that were achieving the highest rates. 

I excluded everything except rooms with en-suites and bills.

 

My spreadsheet included columns for:

 

·      location

·      rents

·      amenities,

·      the dates the adverts were listed

·      how long the adverts had been up for 

·      managing agents

 

I then had Zoom meetings with the agents achieving the top rents.

 

I’m now having face to face meetings with some of them as well as sourcing agents as I enter the final few days in the UK.

We typically work with time poor professionals get a good return on their money by investing with us. To schedule a call to discuss
