Welcome back to The Legacy Life! After an extended hiatus, AIRROC's NextGen Council is proud to kick off season 5 of the podcast. There has been quite a bit of activity at AIRROC since our last episode. Our new hosts, NextGen's Joel Ridd and David Silvers, are proud to interview Katie Reynolds as the first guest for season 5. As our listeners might recall, Katie is a founding member of NextGen and the host of the first four seasons of this podcast. Since June 2025, Katie has taken the reins at AIRROC as the third Executive Director in the organization's history. During our conversation, Katie explains how she ended up at AIRROC after beginning her career doing consumer bankruptcy in New Hampshire, and the lessons she learned that are sure to be of value for other young professionals getting their start in the industry.
