Welcome to the bevy podcast. I'm hired Howard, your host here on the bevy. We have fun, thoughtful conversations with friends. Pull a seat up to the table Come chill with Yo what's up. What's up. What's up. It is gratitude. Day. Number 15, day. Number 15. How are you doing today? How are you? Have you been practicing that name thing that we talked about yesterday? If you haven't caught that episode. You can pause this episode and go back and check that one out. Because, yes, we are doing a little experimentation and evolves our names. But. Anyways, back to the matter at hand, how are you doing? You know, today was an early, early, early day for me. My daughter. Woke me up at four 30 in the morning may have been earlier. I didn't see a clock. But it was way before the sun was up. And she was hungry. Very hungry. And despite me trying my best to get her back into bed, she would have none of it. So I make. Her. Some breakfast, maybe it's a pre-breakfast cause it's not too early to actually have breakfast. And she spills it. Moments later. So yes. Oh, it was. A start. To the day. Anyways, it gets me to, what I want to share today about my gratitudes is that I'm. Grateful. For being a parent. It is such a joy in the gift to speak a parent to my daughter and to my son. I've learned so much. From them already. My daughter has taught me ballet My daughter has me doing Paseos era best. She's a very good coach. Very good coach and it warms my heart so much to see how she interacts with my son. Her baby brother. When he cries show. Go over to him. Hold his hand. Sometimes she'll even sing to him. So sweet. So, so incredibly sweet. And as a parent. Yeah, I am just so grateful. That I have the privilege and honor of. Journeying in life with them. And yes, sometimes it means early wake ups are going to bed late or as is the case now. Getting through some sleep. Regressions, but it really is a. A joy and it gives me some perspective too. It makes me really thankful for the tremendous parenting job. My mother did. I mean, I can commiserate. Much more. I already knew she had done. A stellar job. And I already knew that she had so many things that she had to do. As a parent, but now I can really understand. Just a little bit better, what she was going through. So shout out to you, mom. I'm very grateful for you. I love you. I also want to remind you that you, yes, you are loved. And there is someone. In your life for whom you bring joy. And the measure. Of uniqueness that no one else can get. That's what I have for you today. Until next time take it easy Peace.
