Sticker charts, reward charts, token systems almost always work, until they don't.
I've seen sticker charts backfire more often than not, especially when used in a way with neurodivergent children to manipulate or change their behavior. In this episode, I detail why I don't love using these approaches with neurodivergent children and an alternative way to think about discipline. In the end, you can make the decision on what works best for your family.
