Okay, so first test. So we're gonna test power. And then from power, we will test strength. And then we can test grip strength as well as an additional test, as well as cardiovascular, um a cardiovascular test as well. But basically what we're gonna do is we're gonna test power first. And when we test power, we're looking for a number. Yeah? So we get your power number for your lower body, power number for your upper body, a power number for your core, a power number for your right side, and a power number for your left side. And then out of these power numbers, we will see how you measure up to how powerful you are, and these numbers collectively together will predict your swing speed. And if you're say, for instance, if these all these numbers are really, really low, but you have a high swing speed, there's a chance that you've got more, uh, you're more susceptible to injury or breakdown because your body can't handle the swing, the speed you're swinging, so we would bring that strength up, or if you're not swinging as fast as you should based on your power, then that would be technique. Or if you want to swing it faster and your power's down, then we get your power up so you can swing it faster. Then what we'll do is we'll test your strength because when it comes to power, it's a combination of strength and speed. So if your strength is down, we're not gonna work on speed as much as we're gonna bring the strength up before we work on speed, and then if your strength is fine across the levels, then what we will do is you work on speed. You still can do strength and power, but you work on speed because that's the level that's obviously down, yeah? So the build up into your power. So we're gonna do these tests. First one you're gonna do, you're gonna do a jump test. Now, easiest way to do it, take measure. Um, you're gonna put your arm up against the wall, up against the wall, make a mark where the top of your finger is. And what you need to do is you need to jump higher and go jump as high as you can, and then you measure the gap between the two. Uh, way to do it, you can do it here. Say, for instance, this seeding here, I know it's 21 inches for me. So if I jump up and I touch the ceiling, I know I can do a 21-inch jump, and then other ceilings can be different. But what you the easiest way to do it, put your hand up against the wall, make a mark on the wall, jump up and do that, um, and then jump up as high as you can with a mark. Other ways to do it, you can put like um chalk, crayon on your finger. So when you jump up, make a mark on the wall, and then you measure the gap between the two. That will give you your vertical jump number. If there's if you go to a gym and they've got a jump mat, you can just do uh jump on the jump mat and it tells you exactly what your foot jump is.
