In this episode, Estella, Nandini, and Helen are talking to students about food and groceries! As students, it can be difficult to find healthy, good-quality food on a budget so they’re asking students where they like to shop and where they go for cheap food on campus. 

This episode also includes an interview with the Good Food Centre, TMU’s student food bank. Tune in to learn about how food insecurity impacts students and what resources are available to you!
