Hello, my name is Jackie Baxter and I am 32 years old. I caught COVID the week before locked down in March 2020. And I've now been ill for 16 months. This is now known as long COVID. 

Through this podcast, I hope to bring together a lived experience from those of us with long COVID, alongside some experts and practitioners who are working to help us. 

I'm hoping that this will make us feel less alone. And like there may be some light in these dark times.
