Out of the initial 63 victims who were abducted in the recent Kaduna-Abuja train attack, over 30 vulnerable victims are still believed to be in captivity. This disturbing situation has led to protests in both Kaduna and Abuja. For many of their families, the question remains; how have these victims spent over 100 days in the hands of their captors without being rescued?
