Bianca has recently completed a 500 hour Yoga course in India, a big focus of which was the breath and how to effectively control it.
Of course, we all consider ourselves experts in breathing as it's something we do constantly and usually subconsciously. However it's due to the fact that the act is usually subconscious that we are not doing it as effectively as we could. As we take a more deliberate approach, we find a much more effective way to breathe.
