Record Breaking Endurance Swimmer and Motivational Speaker Lewis Pugh

January 28, 2019

Paul Blackbeard & Lewis Pugh

Described as 'The Sir Edmund Hillary of swimming' Lewis Pugh has certainly lived up to that mantle.

He was the first person to complete a long-distance swim in every ocean of the world, the first to swim across the North Pole, the first person the swim the length of the River Thames, the first person to swim the width of the Maldives... the list goes on and on.

Perhaps even more impressive than his swimming achievements however, is the role he played in raising awareness for various water related environmental causes over the years.

In 2010 he was named a Young Global leader by the World Economic Forum and was appointed as the first United Nations 'Patron of the Oceans' in 2013.

It's a true priviledge to be able to sit down with Lewis and we hope you'll get as much from this conversation as we did.
