Establish a Morning Routine AKA Your Glitter Routine

Establishing a routine that makes you feel good is very important. Your mental health, spiritual health, physical health, and joy must all be nourished by a routine every day, whether you do it in the morning or at the end of the day. Having that habit of doing something that feels good every day can help you reach those big delusional goals you have. As a result, I decided to bring back my morning routine.

A few ideas you can add to your routine:

  • Journaling- Manifesting, gratitude, Goal Setting
  • Moving your Body (Maybe getting out of the house)
  • Meditation
  • Getting ready for the day
  • Listen to or read a book

Are you ready to glitter your day? Let's get right to it. I'm the Samantha Parker, and here's your daily dose of glitter. Hey there, glitter busty. Welcome back to the show. Okay. Yesterday I was telling you guys about how I went back to the gym, right? And how I did it for my mental health. So I felt like, you know, I had a purpose and a drive in the day, like a destination.

And for me right now, it's the gym. Okay. But another thing I've been doing is I've been reestablishing my morning routine, and this all came about again, like I was talking about yesterday, from just being a little painfully aware and realizing that my mindset.  and stuff was in a bit of a shit cycle. I was in a total, like I didn't wanna do it anymore.

I don't enjoy this. There isn't a point to life cycle that, that's where I go. Okay. Just keeping it real with you guys. And I was like, you know what? Part of, you know, my word of the year delusional is I'm gonna bring back my fucking morning routine and one of the things that has helped me the most since I kind of call this like some sort of awakening I had and when I quit my job in 2015 and I started to build my own online business, it's a really, it's a mental game.

And one thing I did was I got really strict with my morning routine. And so I decided 2023, the year of the morning routine is fucking coming back and I'm just telling you what I'm doing. Maybe you wanna take a few ideas, maybe you don't. But it is really important that you establish something that when you wake up, it makes you feel good.

And maybe it's not when you wake up. Maybe it's when you go to bed. You guys know I'm a huge fan of end of day journaling. Maybe it's in the middle of the day, whatever. It's when you get that break, who cares? You do it whenever you wanna do it. But my morning routine consists of doing a hundred things that I'm grateful for.

And then I do some timed like manifesting writing. And this goes back to my year of delusional, because lately my brain and my shit cycle of mentality has wanted to be like, remember you used to do that before and look how it turned out. Well, you know what? My life was pretty good. My life is pretty good.

So it's the mental talk. I'm doing this for my mental health, mental, emotional, spiritual, physical. All the things benefit from this. So let's just break down my morning routine here really quick for you guys. I know I started to, I'm a little. All over the place, like talking in circles, but you guys are following.

I know it. But mine consists of, you know, getting up, working out, going to the gym, , and then coming home, taking a shower, getting ready every day. I get ready. It makes me feel really good. Eating breakfast, drinking my coffee. Sometimes I'll go out and get coffee.  And then writing down a hundred things that I'm grateful for.

And then I will do my manifest writing where I just will write as if it's already happened. You know? And I, I fill up a whole page in my notebook. This is what I love to do and it feels really good. And then I just listen to my book and this is all before I've jumped in to work. And those things, you know, where my brain has to like kick into high gear.

And, you know, just living in my little delusional bliss . So wherever you got, I, I just encourage you to either establish a morning routine, maybe we'll just call it a glitter routine. You guys put it in your day somewhere, okay? All right. Love you guys, and I'll see you tomorrow.
