Again, I want to say this again, I'm sorry, I don't need to keep beating this
point. I cannot adequately express to you the urgency of the hour. And when you
hear what she's got to say, you'll understand, but I wish she was able to be on
tonight on this program because what she has to say is so important that we need
to listen. Remember I said in the last episode that the Hotties will probably use
the actions and the protests of all the little Marxists as a distraction for
something much bigger, and I still believe that's probably going to happen. So Sarah
and Boone will be filling us in extensively, and in the interim, stock up time
began last week. No, again, I'm trying to drive this point home deep stock up time
started last week actually long before that if you don't have adequate ammo supplies
can good supplies other food supplies a garden going whatever water supply what
generator electrical supply you need to get it now this well especially if you live
in florida everybody in florida has those things already, of course, because we live
in Hurricane Ali. But you stock up people, get it done,
start doing it at your next paycheck, even if it's just a few items, canned goods,
trauma supplies, whatever. It's very important that you get these things ASAP.
All right. Now let's shift gears a little bit. And if you remember, and I think it
was the last episode where the Department of Justice filed an amicus brief in favor
of the plaintiff against the state of Illinois for their assault weapons ban.
And the Prickster did not like that one bit. He got upset about that as you can
probably understand. I mean, he is a flaming communist and that robs him of power
that he supposed he had already. These communists like him,
they love to wield their power, but they're afraid to wield it too much when they
have an armed citizenry out there. That's what all these assault weapons bands are
all about in every state that they're in. It's about protecting the government, not
protecting the people. They don't have the stats to back them up when they talk
when they start talking about public safety and gun control enhances public safety.
The facts are not on their side and they know this. They will make up any kind of
lie. They will contrive and craft and manufacture any kind of evidence or assertions
that back them up but when it comes down to the fact game, they have none.
Now, Prickster got all ticked off about DOJ siding against him as the king of his
state, and he didn't like when they said it was unconstitutional,
that assault weapons ban, and he said when they did that, that it was wrong -headed.
That's, I mean, that's an ironic statement. Coming out of someone like Governor
Prickster there, J. B. Prickster. I mean, he's a caricature. You ever seen him?
Take a look at him. He's revolting as can be. But I'll be referencing an article
by Greg Bishop writing for the Center Square, and I believe this was out of
Illinois. This is the June 16th article. It says, The U .S.
Department of Justice is telling a federal appeals court that Illinois guns and
magazine bans is unconstitutional. A three -judge panel of the Seventh Circuit U .S.
Court of Appeals is accepting briefs in the lawsuit challenging Illinois's 2023 ban
on semi -automatic firearms and magazines over certain capacities. The lawsuit comes
from the Southern District of Illinois, where a federal judge last fall found that
the law violates the Second Amendment to keep and bear arms. Well, obviously, there's
at least one federal judge in Illinois that's got some constitutional sensibility.
Yeah, I think he's going to come into play a lot, probably already has, but
definitely will in future Second Amendment cases in Illinois. Back to the article.
Last month, the state filed its appeal briefs, I mean, it's appeal briefs arguing
the ban on more than 170 semi -automatic firearms, including the popular AR -15
platforms, restricts dangerous firearms, yeah, only from peaceable citizens,
but not from criminals, and addresses societal concerns about mass shootings,
okay? Both of these alleged public safety and societal concerns by the state are,
for lack of a better word, fictitious. Yeah, they don't exist. They're fallacious.
This is a farce. They pulled this one out of their your end. They're manufactured
and propagated by the media. They don't even exist. Number one, it should be a
foregone conclusion to anyone but the willfully stupid that any firearm can be
dangerous in the wrong hands. I mean, none of these people that crow about disarming
the citizenry say one word about disarming the cops. As a matter of fact they carve
out exceptions for the cops, that is, they're enforcers and protectors,
but never for the people. Ah, I told you it's about protecting the government.
Oh yes, they will, they will give certain, they will grant back certain rights to
their law enforcement officers, knowing then that they will side with the government
in a pinch and not against the government with the people. Second,
society is not as concerned about, you know, the assault weapons as they are trying
to lead us to believe. Even if there was a great public outcry for gun control
within the state of Illinois, the federal government as well as well as every state
government is completely forbidden from enacting or enforcing any arms control laws at
all according to the 2nd and 14th Amendments. My goodness, these guys pass laws
demanding we obey their laws when they refuse to obey the Supreme Law.
And I want to know when we're going to start enforcing that with strict and dire
penalties. It needs to happen yesterday. we need to start passing legislation against
the legislators. The article continues the four plaintiffs groups filed their reply
briefs earlier this month arguing there is no historical analog from the country's
founding era of governments banning commonly owned firearms. In an amicus brief
filing, citing with plaintiffs Friday, attorneys for the DOJ said the district judge
got it right that Illinois's ban on AR -15s and similar firearms is unconstitutional
because they are commonly owned for lawful purposes. Okay,
while I appreciate that the ruling went in our favor, what is this fallacy known as
commonly owned or lawful purposes. You see that anywhere in the Second Amendment?
I mean, it's assumed, of course, that the people are lawful people and use them for
lawful purposes, but it doesn't matter if they're commonly owned. Again, I hate when
people make constant references to these standards as if they're a good thing.
They're not. They're a double -edged sword. Never forget that. The filing said,
"History confirms that the Second Amendment's test suggests possessing weapons for the
common defense was a core aspect of the pre -existing right to keep and bear arms."
I like that part, yes, because it is pre -existing. That means the government has no
say in how it's, you know, exercised, unless we violate a law against somebody else
and their rights. Pre -existing right to keep and bear arms that the Founders
codified in the Second Amendment, the filing stated. Governor J .B. Prickster reacted
Monday, shocking. He probably had to put his fork down long enough to make the
press conference and run right back in for a fourth helping. He said, "Look, Okay,
change of administration. They obviously don't understand the damage that is being
done across the country where there are no assault weapons bans.
That's all you got, JB? That's the best you got to come back with, really?
I mean, do you care to cite any examples of such a direct, provable correlation
between no assault weapons bans and mass shootings? Of course not.
There is no such thing. It doesn't exist. Like I said, it's a fallacy.
It's fictitious.
Prickster said, "Opponents of the band don't accept the positives of restricting
access to firearms." Well, probably because there aren't any.
Oh, well, we're trying to restrict them from the hands of bad guys. Well, bad guys
are going to get in one way or the other. So you can't restrict them from good
guys hoping it's going to affect the bad guys because it won't. Of course, they
already know this. This isn't about defending letting people defend themselves. This
has nothing to do with any of that. This is about stripping the citizens of
Illinois of their ability to defend themselves against the state. Period. He also
said the number of killings went down significantly. And so they're just, they're
making, uh, they're just wrongheaded on so many things. And this is one of those.
And he said he's referring to when he said there, they don't accept the positives
of restricting access to firearms. Oh, and he says, uh, that was done temporarily by
the federal government in the 1990s. Well, there literally is zero evidentiary
statistics that corroborate that lie. And quite the opposite,
and to the contrary, there were 16 major mass shootings during the assault weapons
man time span of 10 years here in this country, one of which was the infamous
Columbine Massacre. Even if, even the ATF.
The ATF even came out with a study saying that the ban had zero impact on violent
crime. Wow. How about that? The article continues the DOJ's filing notes that mass
public shootings accounted for fewer than 1 % of all firearm -related homicides in the
the states between 1966 and 2023. Okay, there you go, Prickster.
Did you happen to check that out? No, he didn't want to because this isn't about
the facts and this isn't about public safety. This is about J .B. Prickster being
the king of Illinois and having all of his subjects under his thumb and and all of
his enforcers do his bidding. That's where this comes down to. Assistant U .S.
Attorney Harmeet Dillon posted on X that the Second Amendment is not a second class
right. See you in court, Illinois. Okay, then you get her done, son, and don't you
pull any punches at all when dealing with his people. Hey, also, 35 state attorneys
across Illinois filed a brief arguing in favor of the plaintiff saying that the ban
is unconstitutional. That's 35 states attorneys in Illinois.
Okay, that ought to tell you something there JB.
From the brief from the Illinois state attorneys are it says as years, we go to
work every day to deter such crimes and command justice for victims and put those
who do harm to our communities behind bars and protect our residents by strengthening
the justice system and enforcing the rule of law. It is in service to that same
rule of law that we urge this honorable court to support and uphold the
constitutionally protected rights enshrined in the Second Amendment. The right of the
people to own commonplace firearms so they can defend hearth and home and live
freely with the means to secure their own and others ultimate safety. Amen and amen.
This isn't just about hearth and home though. This is about yourself outside of your
hearth and home. That's right, because defending yourself outside of your home is
defending your home and family, because you are an indispensable part thereof.

And we've been talking about the DOJ filing against Illinois and their assault
weapons ban and how Prickster got all wound up about that because it robs him of
power and he can't now he can't operate as tyrannically as he really wants to
because well if the citizens get to keep all those assault weapons and I cannot be
safe again yes it's about keeping government safe That's what all of these things
are about, period. Now let's slide on over to Illinois on the far left coast
because they have been using some tactics that could very well take root in every
other state within the country. They are, as this article I'm about to reference
says that they're about to lay hold and, uh, and lay down a trifecta of tyranny
there in the state of Oregon. They are launching a full scale, multi pronged attack
against the second amendment rights of the people there of Oregon. I, people of
Oregon, I challenge you and I beg you start chipping your money all in together,
pull it together and start filing massive class action lawsuits against the state,
uh, multiple aggrieved parties, sue them. And matter of fact,
uh, even name particular parties and recommend them to the DOJ for prosecution for a
violation of 18 USC 242. Check it out.
Violation of rights under color of law. Every time there's a gun control law passed,
that state has violated that statute. Everybody involved in the passing of that is
guilty of violating that. That is an imprisonable offense. People,
this is a weapon at our disposal. Let's start using it, especially all of you out
there in Oregon, all of you in California, all of you in all of the communist
occupied territories. And yes, I'm talking to you out there in Rhode Island too,
because the scum bags in your government just filed just to propose an assault
weapons ban there. They want to strip you of arms that you could use to defend
yourself should they wax Spotic of You. This is about keeping government safe,
not just safe tucked into their little ivory towers there, but safe if they decide
to really get heavy handed with you, because that is the natural digression thereof.
This is an article I'm referencing by Mr. Ryle. He's an editor -in -chief at Amoland,
his first initial, F. Ryle, R -I -E -H -L. I hope I'm pronouncing your name correctly,
Mr. Ryle. It says, "When law abiding citizens in Oregon are still tangled in the
court battling over measure 114, anti -gun lawmakers in Salem are wasting no time
launching a three -pronged legislative assault on the Second Amendment and the Second
Amendment rights. In a recent conversation with Bearing Arms host, Cam Edwards,
Oregon Firearms Federation Executive Director, Kevin Starratt, laid out how three
radical bills,
HB3075, 3076, and Senate Bill 243,
could effectively make firearms ownership ownership in Oregon a privilege reserved only
for the rich and connected? Well, that is their goal. That's usually what happens in
these little, what should I call these little kingdoms, these little communist
kingdoms. They want the government armed and nobody else. And if you're part of the
government, if you're with them, if up hold their ideology and propagate it for them
and with them? Oh, oh, you can have a gun. But none of those peons that don't
think like we do. Yeah, that's us conservatives. Article continues. Let's break it
down in simple terms. If these bills pass, it won't just be harder to buy a gun.
It will nearly be impossible unless you're willing to fork over hundreds of dollars
in fees, navigate a bureaucratic maze and wait months, possibly years,
for the government to say you're allowed to exercise your rights. Now people, this
is not an unusual tactic this in and of itself. This has been used in multiple
states already. They want to make the exercise of your right as troublesome as
possible and therefore dissuade you from exercising it freely, abandoning it,
and then they could say, "We did that friends they're right. They gave it up." And
that's exactly what they'll say. "We made it possible for you to freely exercise
your right." At least that's what they'll allege. And by the way,
this is a very insidious weapon. This thing called fatiguing.
Only despotic governments wield this weapon known as fatiguing,
fatiguing the citizens into simply abandoning the free exercise of their rights.
You know King George did that? All of his little arrogant minions did that because
he made sure that they towed the party line. Yeah. And you can read about that
complaint. We complained against that in the Declaration of Independence. Yes, these
despots love to do this. They love to fatigue you to where you go.
You know, screw this. It ain't worth it. I'm done. There you go. That's what they
needed. And now they've seized more of your power. So, bill number one,
HB 3075. They call this measure 114 on steroids.
And I don't have time to go into measure 114. I spoke about it on this program
before. It narrowly passed in 2022 by less than one percent of the vote.
And the courts have kept it on hold due to some serious constitutional concerns.
It basically created a permit to purchase system that was in a very real sense,
a backdoor gun registry. That's what it came down to at that. And then comes 3075,
which is the 230 % price hike on the one that was imposed in measure 114,
plus a lot of bureaucratic red tape, a lot more of it actually. And so if you
want a permit, you're going to have to pay 150 bucks upfront and then $110 every
time you renew the permit and you have to take a safety class too and that safety
class has to be state approved and that safety class does not even freaking exist.
Isn't that great? They set it up for failure. This is why liberals and socialists
and Marxists should never be allowed to be serving in elected office in the United
States. That should be a test that if they uphold Marxist values and do a
background check all the way back to kindergarten on them and see if they've ever
espoused any Marxist values, any socialist values. And if so, they should be
stricken, forbidden outright from ever, ever entering public office or even for that
matter, even running For election
Here's the kicker Once you get the permit it still does not allow you to buy the
gun. It just lets you apply to buy the gun and That's followed by a background
check that some reports say could take months literally and then once you finally
get that Well, you got three more days to cool off 72 hour mandatory waiting
period. And then you have House Bill 3076, which is a direct assault on the arms
supply of the people. Now, how many times have we said this? You look at all the
heavily gun -controlled areas, they also heavily gun -control and regulate all of the
businesses there in the state, all of the gun businesses. Most of them basically
make you get a state permit as well as the ATF permit to run a gun shop,
and then they do spot inspections just like the ATF does. So this is an assault on
the arms supply. This is also treasonous, by the way. It's a,
as the article says, it's a brutal regulation package targeting gun dealers.
The bill would turn small town FFLs and mom and pop gun shops into endangered
species while requiring expensive licenses, ridiculous facility upgrades,
and constant video surveillance even if you're just running a home -based FFL.
And don't you worry, they'll be attacking those soon enough. Dealers would also face
mandatory classes for employees. What classes? Well, they haven't specified yet.
Oh, but when they are specified, the retailer will have to pay for them.
I assure you. Mm hmm. Old fingerprinting, fingerprinting for the gun dealer and
everybody else in the shop. We understand that a gun retailer
Uh, has the, what should I say the, uh, it's mandated upon him to run background
checks on anybody that works in his shop. Now correct me if I'm wrong on this,
some of you gun retailers out there, I don't, as far as I know, that's how it is
where I work. I'm not sure if that's just a company policy, but I'm pretty sure
that's a federal policy handed down by the ATF. You can't have somebody working
there who's a felon. So that's something that already takes place, but they're saying
fingerprinting. Fingerprinting for who? Everybody that works there. Well, next thing
you know, you're going to say, "Oh, we've got to fingerprint your customers, too."
Oh, don'ts think they wouldn't do something like that. The dealer will also have to
face unannounced inspections, not just from the ATF, but from the state also. The
Department of Justice dictated rules on how to, that is, the State Department of
Justice, not the federal, on how to lock up firearms, how to strengthen windows,
doors, and even alarm systems, and be assured that the rules will change often and
be strict and more strict and more onerous every time.
Now, remember, all of these regulations are being crafted by people who hate the
Constitution. Don't you? Listen, this is not hyperbole. Listen to me. They hate their
fellow Americans like you and me. They wouldn't think twice about killing you and me
and our whole families. And these are the people that are making these laws. These
people are, for lack of a better term, communist operatives, whether they realize
they are or not, whether unwittingly or wittingly, they are communist operatives doing
the work of the Chinese Communist Party and the American Communist Party. The goal
is to destroy the firearms industry there in Oregon. Don't you make any mistake
about that at all? And why would you do that? To dry up the arms source for the
citizens of the state. That is the only reason it has nothing to do with trying to
keep criminals from getting their hands on guns. They've already proven they love
criminals. They're a sanctuary state for illegals, as far as I know. I could be
wrong about Oregon. So they have no problem violating federal law as it is.
Democrats are lawless people. They ignore our laws. They ignore the supreme law and
they craft their own laws But then demand 100 % locked up obedience there,
too Then you got Senate bill 243 72 hour delays and new gun free zones Yes,
the Senate bill 243 introduces a 72 -hour waiting period for purchase approval,
a ban on so -called rapid fire activators, like force reset triggers and such,
and notice this also, have you noticed that the communists, whenever they get a hold
of the government of one state, they start wanting, they want to set up little
satellites in every city. They want little satellite dictators in every city.
They do. They don't like, what should I say, preemption laws where the state law
reigns supreme and that no municipality may craft a law that's stricter than the
state law. So if the state of Florida says, you have a three day wait on handgun
purchase and a municipality says, no, we're making it 10 days. The state of Florida
says, well, whoever wrote that is going to get kicked out of office. You could get
a $5 ,000 fine that comes out of your own stinking pocket. There you go. Have you
want to persist? You might even end up in jail. So they like having all these
little other desk spots all over the place so they can reinforce their gun control
and all of their Marxist policies and dictates. So new powers for local governments
to ban lawful, concealed carry in public buildings, and even in places like the
Oregon Zoo. Now gee, what could possibly go wrong when you've got multiple communists
in multiple locations and positions of power and they guarantee you they're going to
transform them all into gun -free zones, mark my words, even the Oregon Zoo.
That means if you're a law -abiding, concealed carry license holder, you could be
criminalized for accidentally wandering too close to city hall or a park near a zoo,
because the grounds are also off limits under this bill, according to the article
here. What have I said? How many times? Gun control is about protecting the
government, not the people. He wandered too close to City Hall. The seat of
government here in the city and he brought a gun too close to us. He has violated
our sovereignty somehow. You like their little kings.

only one county within the state, and that's Marion County, And why? Because the
courts are polluted with leftist judges there. If you wanna file a challenge to
this, you can only file it in Marion County. Well, first of all, none of you have
the right to say that it can only be filed in one certain county, but they're
doing it. Remember I said, these guys are audacious if nothing else.
So yeah, you can only file the bill in Marion County. So if you live anywhere
else, I don't care if you live a thousand miles away, you got to drive to Marion
County to file this bill or pay your attorneys to go to Marion County to fight
this bill and your attorneys will be charging you handsomely for the driving time on
of that, uh, what's that going to make people do? Well, it'll make them give up
and just say, well, the heck with it, I'm not a challenge in this and that law
will stay and be confirmed by the inaction of people not going after it because
let's face it, who can afford to sue the state? That's why all of you out there
in Oregon need to pull your funds together. This This is another example, just like
the historical example of King George, using the process of fatiguing people to keep

restrictions and Oregon's Democrats know it. Even worse, Oregonians,
