Well, there's a little interesting article from Breitbart coming out of Denver.

they did now that caused these protests, helping homeless. Yeah,
those evil Christians. My goodness, weren't we recently chided for not helping out
strangers and deporting illegal aliens? But now these Christians are helping the
homeless, and now they're being protested by the
commofascist, yes, the communist. Oh, it's funny how that works. I'll post the link

the Washington,
Washington state, which is a bastion of Communism, one of the Communist -occupied
territories of the United States, they are trying to,
of course, cinch down the controls on firearms there. I'm going to remind you there
is no single gun control law that is going to do everything that they want it to
do, until a gun control law simply strips every last firearm from the hands of
conservatives in Washington state. The communists in Washington state are not going to
be happy. And that's just the bottom line.
All gun control laws, whether proposed or enacted, are designed by the enemies of
this country. That's right, domestic enemies. And if you are a Democrat communist,
you're a domestic enemy of the Constitution. And I have the receipts to back up
what I'm saying, unlike y 'all when you called us terrorists. And they are,
all these gun control laws in Washington, Oregon, California at all are designed to
disarm those that the Democrat Communist party views as their enemies.
Oh, also the who the Islamo fascist view as their enemies.
Disarmament is a warfare tactic. I'm gonna remind you of that again. There's only
one reason anybody ever wants to disarm you and that's to make you weaker than them
so they can do to you things that they know they should be shot for. Yet none of
it has to do with public safety. Don't lie to me. If you're a Democrat communist
and you want to take issue and you claim you want gun control for the sake of
public safety, bring your happy little butt onto my program. You all have a standing
invitation as most of you already knew because none of you, none of you have taken
me up on the invitation. Gee, I wonder why probably because you know you don't have
the goods and the receipts to back up your crap, but yet the offer still stands.
Bring your happy little self on the program and tell us why and how gun control
actually engenders public safety and lends there too. It doesn't.
Look at New York and all the other disarmed territories in the United States,
especially those that have been disarmed for a long time, and you'll see that
violent crime rules and reigns the streets. You recently had in an outburger leaving
Oakland. Why? Because of the crime. They were tired of their employees and customers
not feeling safe because of all the criminals wandering around the streets and
wreaking havoc upon their society there. The only,
the only thing that gun control engenders is power for the tyrants and the
criminals. It doesn't do anything, anything at all for the people. So an article
here by Frank Sumraw titled Washington gun law president. Washington is just trying
to invade the privacy of responsible gun owners regarding new restrictions. But that's
very true. That's all they're trying to do. This is not about stopping crime. This
is not about keeping bad guys from buying guns. If they really wanted to keep bad
guys from buying guns, they would crack down on the illegal markets. Yes, the ones
actually selling 99 .9 % of all the guns to all the bad people. Here's the article.
Forced that triggers a device that accelerates the rate of fire of AR -15 style
rifles will not be returning to Washington after the Trump administration agreed to
not redistribute them to states involved in a coalition blocking the devices return.
Well, this is only a portion of the article thus far, trust And by the way,
no state is exempt, Mr. President, according to the 14th Amendment. They should all
have those force reset triggers sent back to their lawful owners after they were
confiscated, illegal, and stolen by ATF agents for all intents and purposes.
The trigger modifiers were seized. They don't modify the trigger at all. No,
they don't. No, they enhance the action of the trigger, but the trigger is still
the same dad gun trigger that was in there when they bought the dad gun gun. The
trigger modifiers were seized by the federal department, in other words, the ATF
scumbags, while President Joe Biden was in office but were ordered to be returned to
their previous owners throughout the country under President Donald Trump, except in
the 16 states that created a coalition to block the return of forced reset triggers.
And why did they try to block the return of the force reset triggers? Because they
fear them. That's why. Anything the Democrat, Communist and the Islamophascist fear,
they're going to try to ban. That's what they do. Of course, they want to talk
about us wanting to ban porn in schools, while they want to ban our means of
defense. Funny how those those two things seem to clash. Bill Kirk,
the president of Washington gun law said on the John Curley show recently said what
happened is that the ATF promulgated a rule under the Biden administration that said
these triggers standing alone constituted machine guns and attempted a federal
confiscation effort.
Subsequent lawsuits proved that the ATF had acted contrary to the Administrative
Procedures Act, because they did, and in a settlement agreement between the ATF and
the National Association for Gun Rights, or NAGR, and you should be a member, agreed
that they would withdraw that rulemaking order and return all of the confiscated
triggers. In other words, the ATF illegally enacted and enforced laws against these
items and their owners and are now forced to return them. This should never have
been an issue in the first stinking place. The ATF should have been reigned in a
long stinking time ago. They should have never thought for a second that they could
do the things that they did, but Here we are anyway. Kirk added what happened in
the interim time between the confiscation and return date is that many states did
pass laws that banned those items specifically. By the way,
they did that understanding that this just may happen. In other words,
these things may have to be returned. They knew it was being challenged and
therefore they went into their state legislatures to ban these items before they
could be returned. This was a concerted effort all by these communists and other
domestic enemies of the Constitution. What the Attorney's General wanted to say,
Mr. Kirk continued, "If we have these laws in place, our people shouldn't have those
items returned." That's what actually happened with that.
Washington is a state that defines automatic weapons by rate of fire rather than
function of the trigger as the federal statute is. Meaning any device that increases
the rate of fire beyond the statutory limitation can be outlawed. Okay,
well, good thing Jerry Michelek doesn't live in Washington State, or they would come
and have his hands removed next week. I can make a gun fire just as fast with my
belt loop and my index finger and my thumb, and I can produce the same rate of
fire any of those FRTs can produce. I'll be glad to show it to you one day. If
ever we meet up at the range and I have one of my carbines with me.
Washington State is wrong, by the way. They have no constitutional authority to enact
any such laws in the first place. The article continues, the states involved in the
coalition to block this gun modification alongside Washington are, oh,
and here's a smorgasbord of communism for you, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode
Island, Vermont, and the District of Columbia.
Yeah, shocking, isn't it? A K -I -R -O host, John Curley,
asked a question on his program. He said, "Why does somebody who has one of these
"need one of these?" And gee, I bet some of you that listen to this program
regularly know what I'm about to say here. And that is, well, Johnny Baby, for what
reason do you need to speak freely there on K -I -R -O,
sir? What do you need to speak your mind for? I mean, couldn't you just shut up
or maybe speak slower and speak less words? I mean, there's no reason to use your
assault speech like that to attack the rights of others? What reason do you need to
attend church? What reason do you need the police to show you a warrant prior to
entering your home? What do you need those things for, Johnny? He continued,
does it not actually turn the thing basically into an automatic weapon? No, it
doesn't. An Automatic Weapon is a weapon that fires multiple rounds with a single
press of the trigger. Okay? These are not single presses of the trigger. Each round
fired using an FRT device fires one round for each press of the trigger.
Okay? By the way, hate to break it till you hear Johnny, baby. We the people
already have the right to own fully automatic weapons without any oversight by the
government. Oh, I know that just probably blows your teacuttle sky. Hi there,
baby boy. But it's the truth. I know you don't like that. You don't like the
people that you hate possessing automatic weapons. But we have that right nonetheless.
Bill Kirk stated, he said, "I don't know if anyone does need one." He says, "I
don't think we define rights I need, amen and amen, Mr. Kirk. Now another thing
happening in Washington state, effective July 1st,
that's when it took place. All gun stores, listen,
with $1 ,000 or more in monthly sales,
wait a minute, thousand dollars or more? Why would they make it a thousand dollars
only? Oh, I think you know why. Two also help shut down home gun dealers who
sometimes may only make 500 to a thousand dollars a month in their own sales.
Yeah, a thousand dollars a month. I I do $1 ,000 in sales where I work usually by
lunch and probably well before that. I mean, that's a slow day. If I only made $1
,000 in sales by lunch, that's a really slow day actually. I remember on our Black
Friday several years ago, by noon, I don't think I had one sale less than $4 ,000.
One, Each sale was $4 ,000 or more. There were guys landing helicopters out on the
front lawn to come in there and take advantage of our deals. So $1 ,000 or more in
monthly sales, they're required to have an audio recording, listen to this, of every
conversation that takes place inside the shop.
Really? Why? Why is it so important for you to record the conversation of peaceable,
lawful, responsible gun owners who are in there to buy a firearm? This has not a
dead gum thing to do with public safety. This has everything to do with garnering
information about the people that the Democrat Communist Party hates in Washington
state. That's what this is. Nothing else. Nothing less and certainly nothing more.
The law comes, this law comes in addition to requirements of needing 24 -hour video
surveillance, bars, grates, and security screens on all windows and commercial grade
metal doors for each point of entry. Well Most commercial establishments already have
commercial grade metal doors on them. So I got a feeling that these people are
gonna step up the requirements for the thickness and resistance of these doors.
I really do believe that. I think these requirements are gonna continue to rise even
if there's not a single smash and grab type robbery in one of these stores. So
think about this, you're a small dealer now, according to July 1st in Washington
state, you know, 20 days ago, you have to have 24 hour video surveillance.
That is recordable video surveillance, recording both audio and video and bars on
your windows, security grates, security screens on all your windows and commercial
grade metal doors for every point of entry on your shop. People,
I will tell you right now, having been a general contractor in the state of
Florida, I can tell you right now, just replacing one door, one door with a
security upgrade in any particular commercial building like this.
If you run a good security door, that's going to cost per door approximately $3 ,000
a piece. That's Florida, by the way. That's not talking about Washington state where
the communists have risen prices through the freaking ceiling. That's Florida. That's
just Florida around three K. Can you imagine what it takes in Washington state?
Possibly four to $5 dollars per door. How much are these security screens?
Oh, the legislators don't care. It don't matter to them. They're trying to shut off
the arms supply to the people of Washington state. That is the people they hate.
That's conservatives, okay? Kirk said they're just trying to invade the privacy of
lawful responsible gun owners. I believe that too. They believe that somehow or other
gun stores are contributing to the gun violence problem when in fact they're not.
No here's where I'm gonna disagree with you Mr. Kirk. They don't believe any such
thing sir. They actually know that isn't true. This is a direct assault on supply
lines of We the people there in Washington state and it is nothing less sir they
don't believe any such thing they know good and dad going well none of these laws
are going to enhance public safety and they don't care okay let's start calling
these people what they are they're domestic enemies of the constitution that's my
term for them from here on out i'm not going to sugarcoat it you're domestic and
enemies of the constitution because you're filthy communist and you're trying to
disarm the people because you have evil intentions in mind. They're also,
don't call them gun control proponents, call them what they are, anti -rights
activists. Let's start calling them what they are. Kirk shared that at the very
least, the audio was only required to be stored for 90 days. Yeah, that's for now.
"For now, yeah, what happens when they say you have to keep it indefinitely?" He
claimed that the original law would have put many stores out of business due to the
infrastructure changes needed. He said, "What the listener needs to be aware of is
that any time you see a camera inside a gun store right now, on the inside of it,
there's a microphone that is recording the audio "That's taking place underneath it."
So again, he said, "I don't want this "to have a chilling effect, "which is exactly
what the state of Washington "wants to have on the FFL industry, "but I want people
to be mindful of the fact "that they are in fact being recorded "when they step
into their favorite gun store." Well, that's kind of the case already in a lot of
gun stores. It's just the onerous mandate of but on small mom and pop type gun
stores there in Washington state. And they know it's gonna put a heavy financial
burden on them and the goal is two fold. One is to run small dealers out of
business and then inhibit the sales of the larger dealers there in Washington state
and have a chilling effect on the free exercise of people's rights because some
people don't want to go in there and have their face and their voice recorded
knowing that the state is going to probably keep it.
Shockingly the gunstores can tell that he said they believe they need the audio to
ensure that firearms are not being sold to people who are otherwise unlawful in
possessing them. No Mr. Kirk, that's their excuse. They don't believe any such thing
They don't believe that They uh, they already know sir that gun stores are able to
tell very quickly Whether someone's a lawful purchaser or not by going through what's
known as ready for this a background check If that's federal law now You must go
through a background check prior to purchasing a firearm. In spite of the fact the
NICS system is so horribly flawed that it has a 95 % false positives rate,
but you've heard me talk about that before. Be assured that it's going to soon be
state mandated that all these recordings be either stored indefinitely,
which is going to cost the dealers more money, or surrender to the state government.
Bet me. Bet me. They're going to do it. This law is only the next step to more
anti -rights laws. After this brief commercial timeout, we'll come back and talk about
how Rhode Island lawmakers have passed a bill to ban the sales of soft weapons in

Before the break I told you when we came back we'd talk about Rhode Island and
what's going on there and how the lawmakers there recently passed a bill to ban
sales of assault weapons. Oh Royce it's just the sales.
Yes it's always just the sales first and then it's the manufacture and then it's
the possession of it. This is only a step, people. This is only a step, okay?
Here's an article by Kimberly Krusey and Haley Golden or Hallie Golden.
I'm not sure how you pronounced that. This is from the Associated Press from
Providence, Rhode Island. They are reporting saying Rhode Island's Democratic -controlled
State House on Friday, in other words, the Communist -occupied State House, approved
legislation that would ban the sale and manufacturing of many semi -automatic rifles
commonly referred to as assault weapons. The proposal now heads to the desk of
Democrat Governor Dan McKee, who said in a post on the social media platform X on
Friday that he plans to sign the bill into law. Shocking. When that happens,
Rhode Island will join ten states that have some sort of prohibition on high -powered
firearms, not on all high powered firearms, only the ones that scare them,
you know, like tactical rifles. Yeah, there's plenty of other much more high -powered
weapons like 30 ought six bolt action rifles 308 270 at all.
This has to do with the ability of these weapons to be used in combat.
And yes, you can call them weapons of war if you want. They'll only become weapons
of war if you scumbags try to take them from our hands. By the way, all of you
in Rhode Island need to adopt this same mindset, okay?
They said that These high -powered firearms that were once banned nationwide and are
now largely the weapon of choice among those responsible for most of the country's
devastating mass shootings. Well, they're more the weapon of choice for lawful
responsible citizens and police officers and even federal agents, far more than they
are the and a choice for mass murderers. So how come that's not part of your
equation here? The free exercise of our rights has never been contingent upon the
misuse of firearms by evil people. Gee, but I think y 'all already knew that because
y 'all know goodness thinking well that this has nothing to do with public safety.
Gun control advocates, what I call anti -rights advocates, have been pushing for an
assault weapons ban in Rhode Island for more than a decade. However, despite being a
democratic stronghold, lawmakers throughout the country's smallest state have long
quibbled over the necessity and legality of such proposals.
Such illegal bans are only a necessity for tyrants and domestic enemies.
You're welcome. The bill only, only,
only applies to the sale and manufacturing of assault weapons and not possession.
Yeah, for now. We're not stupid. We know how you people operate.
We know how you that hate America and the Constitution operate. This is only a
step. This is only for now. Oh, we're not trying to take them from your hands.
No, not now. But you're going to. Only Washington State,
as we've already referenced, has a similar law. Residents looking to purchase an
assault weapon from nearby New Hampshire or elsewhere will be blocked. Federal law
prohibits people from traveling to a different state to purchase a gun and returning
it to a state where that particular weapon is banned. Well then my fellow Americans
in Rhode Island, it's either time to send your state legislature and the state
police and all of your local police officers a resolution of non -compliance and
justifiable resistance against the implementation of this new law. This is how you
handle this. You let them know that there are potential life and death consequences
of it. Roy, come on, you're talking about insurrection. No, I'm talking about the
people of Rhode Island standing up and defending their God -given bloodbought rights.
I'm going to tell you right now, you state legislators there in Washington state and
Rhode Island and the rest beyond, all of you scumbags might as well walk through
any national cemetery and piss on the graves of our fallen people who died to pay
for these rights. You may as well do that because that's exactly what you're doing
and that ticks me off bad. I can't lessen it. There's, you can't lessen your
indignity that you're trying to inflict upon the people and their blood -purchased
rights. So yeah, send them a notice of non -compliance.
You tell them flat out, you are not gonna implement this. We'll manufacture our own
AR -15s at home if we dead gum well want to. And anybody that comes, I don't care
if you're wearing a badge, you come to our door to disarm us. We reserve the right
to defend our rights with deadly force." Wow, Royce, come on,
man. You really want to clash between the people and the cops? No, I don't. And I
think if the people stood up to everybody and said, "Yeah, you enforce this, there's
going to be a freaking fight." You watch what happens then. Watch what happens. You
know what's going to happen? Nothing. The state will back down if the people stand
up under arms and say, you're not doing this. We're gonna buy all we want.
We're gonna manufacture all we want. If we wanna sell one to our neighbors, we're
gonna do that too. And if you come and try to stop us, us peaceable, lawful
citizens, we have the right to resist your enforcement. That's what all of this is
gonna come down to, by the way, all across the country, whether on the state or
federal level. When we stand up and say, you're not going to do this. If you do,
we're going to shoot you. I guarantee you things will change. Uh, they're not
stupid. They don't want to die. Yeah. Royce, man, you're,
you're getting really radical. Freedom is radical. Freedom is scary.
Freedom is dangerous. 'Cause you have to let other people have it too.
Not just your enforcers there in Rhode Island. Not just your enforcers there in
Illinois, in Washington, Oregon, California, New York, at all.
Either that or once you just move out of Rhode Island. But don't bring the crap
here that got you into predicament up there, all right? The article continues, nine
states and the District of Columbia have bans on the possession of assault weapons.
Yes, you can't possess one. Why? Possession equals intent. If you possess one,
then you intend to overthrow the state because that's what they're going to say.
Possession of assault weapons covering major cities like New York and Los Angeles,
Hawaii bans, even assault pistols. What is an assault pistol?
Democratic representative Rebecca Kislak described the bill during Florida debates
Friday as an incremental move that brings Rhode Island in line with neighboring
states. Well, you're not supposed to be in line with neighboring states. You're
supposed to be in line with the Constitution. She said I'm gravely disappointed.
We're not doing more. Of course you are you filthy communist and we should do more
and Given the opportunity to do this or nothing. I'm voting to do something.
Ah Yes, the old we must do something line Yeah, which gave us the Marjory Stoneman
Douglas Act of 2018 down here in Florida. And yes, I'm still ticked off at you,
Randy Fine and Debbie Mayfield and Governor Voldemort Scott and Marco Rubio and all
the rest of you little pinko scumbags who inflicted this upon the people in the
name of doing something, we gotta do something. So you people,
all of you lawful citizens, you must concede to having your rights infringed just a
little bit further to make these people placated into the fires of hell with your
placation. All of you, we must do something. Oh,
that's funny. Cause I remember when we were trying to do something like put trauma
kits in the classrooms of schools, all of you that claim you need to do something
decided to do nothing and said, no, we don't want that. I thought you were all
about saving lives.
Critics of Rhode Island's proposed law argued that assault weapons bans do little to
curb mass shootings and only punish people with such rifles. Very true. The assault
weapons ban of 1994 -2004 in the U .S. During that time period,
there were 16 very high -profile mass shootings, Columbine being one of them.
Republican Senator Thomas Paulino he said this bill doesn't go after criminals it
just puts the burden on law -abiding citizens. I know that sir and that's their plan
that's what you don't understand. You think you're arguing arguing with somebody who
has some sensibility about them and will understand if you simply put the facts in
front of them. The facts be damned to them, sir. They don't care about the facts.
They care about disarming the people of Rhode Island, namely the conservative people
of Rhode Island. Republican Representative Michael Chippendale,
what a name, House Minority Leader predicted that if the legislation were to become
law, well it's going to, sir, the governor said he's going to sign it, The U .S.
Supreme Court would eventually deem it unconstitutional. Well, yeah, if you can get
Brett Kavanaugh to actually take a look at it with the other justices, he said we
might take it up in the next year or so.
Maybe he said, we're throwing away money on this. Mr. Chip and Dale said, uh,
they don't care. Mr. Chip and Dale, it's not their money, sir. It's our money.
And that's why they spend it freely. I was gonna say spend it like a drunken
sailor, but that's an insult to drunken sailors everywhere because drunken sailors at
least stop spending money when they run out of it. The article continues,
"It wasn't just Republicans who opposed the legislation. Little Davey Hogg, a anti
-rights activist, who Survived allegedly the 2018 shooting in Parkland,
Florida, school shooting, and the Rhode Island Coalition Against Gun Violence described
the proposed ban as the weakest assault weapon ban in the country. Oh,
you should be happy with your baby steps, punk. Hog said in a statement, "I know
that Rhode Islanders deserve a strong bill that not only bans the sale,
but also the possession of assault weapons. It is this combination that equals public
safety. Really? Well, didn't you claim to survive a mass shooting in a zone that
had banned assault weapons for all intents and purposes, little Davey? Oh,
You mean gun laws that told that little snot nose. He couldn't walk in there with
a gun and kill people were ignored and didn't stop him.
Wow. I don't understand how this little communist piglet named Davy Hogg is even
relevant at all anymore. Elizabeth Ryan, policy counsel at every town for gun safety,
rejected claims that the proposed law is weak. Oh, she got her dander up. You know,
my law is not weak. She said the weakest law is what Rhode Island has now.
No ban on assault weapons. This would create a real enforceable ban on the sale and
manufacture of assault weapons, just like the law already working in Washington state,
it is? How is it working? And to what end? She said getting them off the shelves
of Rhode Island gun stores once and for all. There it is right there. That is
drying up the supply to the people. That's an act of treason. Everybody involved
with the passage of this law, and if the governor signs it tomorrow, all of them
need to go to prison for 20 years at hard labor, and they need this forfeit any
money they earned while in office.
Nationally assault weapons bands have been challenged in court by gun rights groups.
I'm sick of that term too. We are constitutional rights groups. Guns don't have any
freaking rights. Okay. Gun rights groups that argue the bands violate the Second
Amendment because they do. AR -15 -style firearms are among the best -selling rifles in
the country. The conservative majority Supreme Court may soon take up the issue.
Yeah, I doubt it. The justices declined to hear a challenge to Maryland's assault
weapons ban in early June, and we talked about it here on the program. But three
conservative justices, Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas, publicly noted their disagreement.
A fourth, little Brett Kavanaugh indicated he was skeptical that the bans are
constitutional and predicted the court would hear a case, quote, in the next term or
two. Which term? You mean the next term of presidency? The next term of the Supreme
Court? What are you referring to there, Brett? Yeah. A leadership change helped
propel momentum of this assault weapons ban. In other words, Democrat -communist
domestic enemies got elected. The assault weapons ban got a much -needed boost from
State President Valerie Lawson, who secured the Senate's top spot in the middle of
session after her predecessor, Senator Dominic Rugerio, died in April. Lawson turned
to the bill's sponsors and offer, and I'm sorry, and others, to find common ground
between lawmakers and the House and Senate who remained split on how far the law
should go. Well, the law should never have been proffered at all. It shouldn't go
anywhere. It should have died. It should have died in their imaginations.
Lawson's endorsement was seen as critical to securing the bill's passage. She said
there are issues at certain points that meet the moment. I think it was time for
this. Of course you do, you filthy little godless communist. Anti -rights advocates
also acknowledged that banning assault weapons in Rhode Island hadn't previously been
a top priority. Well, probably 'cause it wasn't necessary. Given that the state has
largely been spared from national high profile shootings that sometimes help propel
legislative change. Yes, when they're exploited for political gain,
yes. Assault weapons bands consistently face court challenges as they should.
They should actually be faced with angry armed citizens telling them try to enforce
this and we'll shoot you. That's what they should be faced with. That would nip all
of this crap in the bud. You get half the state appearing under arms at the state
capitol and telling them flat out, "We don't care if you sign this law. We're not
obeying it, and if you try to enforce it, we have the right to defend ourselves,
to defend our rights, and use deadly force if necessary to shut you down." You
start doing that, you'll negate all of their garbage literally overnight.
Certain state legal battles are on hold until others make their way through lower
federal courts. To date, none of the lawsuits have been completely thrown out, but
the U .S. Supreme Court is expected to have the final say, and they definitely will.
Other states They're also going on and jumping on this bandwagon, attempts to expand
Democratic -nominated or dominated Hawaii's assault weapons ban to rifles in addition
to pistols stalled this year. In New Mexico, Democratic lawmakers who control the
General Assembly adjourned without taking up an assault weapons ban.
In Rhode Island, anti -rights advocates say their work isn't Over, well,
I know that. Melissa Cardin, Executive Director of Rhode Island Coalition Against Gun
Violence, she said, "It's progress." Well, honey, that's what termites call what they
do too. Progress. And listen carefully here, because they are announcing their next
move. She said that we know that a A assault weapons ban includes an enforceable
ban on possession as well. Did you catch that E word? An enforceable ban.
Let me translate that for you. A ban that has armed state agents,
armed enforcers of the state and municipalities. Going forward and ripping these guns
from the hands of citizens is really the only true assault weapons ban.
This is why I'm telling you if every police officer in the state of Rhode Island
knew that their life might end by them simply knocking on someone's door and
demanding their assault weapon so -called how happen, so -called. How many doors you
think they would knock on? Hmm? Royce, man, you're being anti -cop.
Shut your piehole. I'm being pro -liberty. I'm being pro -defense of liberty.
I'm sick to death of all these states doing this kind of crap, and we just try to
fight it in the courts. If all of us in Our respective states simply stood up and
said, if you enforce this, we have the right to shoot you. As American citizens, we
have the right to defend our rights with deadly force. I mean, after all, don't the
people in our military take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution? How do
militaries defend under arms? And that's how We should defend our rights under arms.
After all, the founders did view we the people as a military fighting force.
If you don't believe me, read Federalist Paper Number 46. Yeah,
they just can't trust we the people with arms. Hmm,
We can't do that in Senate, uh, Senator Louis De Palma, uh, Senate sponsor of the
statute, he said, some of my constituents have already called me and made comments
about bad, bad, bad. I'm going out and buying three or four of them now. You know,
in mocking tone, of course he said that he said, okay, become July 1st next year,
you won't be able to do that anymore. Really? If I was living in Rhode Island,
I would go buy 20 of these things, and a matter of fact, I would probably goad
the rest of my keepers and bearers into doing the same thing and becoming their own
little individual, uh, 20 gun stocked gun store and sell to people that wanted one
and try to come stop me. - Yeah, you're a scumbag,
Mr. Dupalma, just like your fellow communists. You cannot trust the people with arms,
and therefore they should not trust you with legislative power. You cannot be trusted
with it. None of you legislators there in Rhode Island should be trusted with power
because you have used it to assault the rights of the people and to assault the
Constitution, the supreme law of the land and that puts you in a position of
insurrection against the Constitution.
That's right. And you know, frankly, Mr. De Palma,
I think that by July 1st of next year, you and your fellow filthy communists there
on Rhode Island should be awaiting your date with the gallows for your treasonous
assaults on the security of the free state. That's how I see it.
And that's how anybody with any constitutional acumen whatsoever sees it as the same.
You people have continually overstepped your bounds. You have set dangerous precedents.
You continually tried to disarm we the people and we the people have had enough of
your crap. We have the right to defend our rights with deadly force whether you
like that or not. And it's about time we started doing that. Come on,
Royce, you're calling for violence. No, I'm not. There'll be no violence if you
don't come and try to violate our rights. It is that freaking simple. It's kind of
like I say to criminals, don't attack me. I won't kill you. How about that? Royce,
you're just violent. You want to kill criminals? No, I don't. I don't want to kill
anybody. I'm just telling you, if you you try to harm me and or my family, you're
probably going to end up in a big black bag with a zipper on the side of it and
on the coroner's gurney. And you're going to end up on a nice cold silver table
there as they wrench down your dead body and perform an autopsy on it.
And they're going to find two shots in the center of your chest and one in the
center of your face. Because that's what needs to happen if we're going to defend
our rights like we should. Oh, Royce, come on, man, we got to fight it in the
courts. Okay, that's great. Fight it in the courts all you want. I've said this
one, the last podcast, my line is drawn at confiscation. You're not taking anything
from me, not without prying it from my cold, dead hand. And that is not an idle
boast. You ask anybody that knows me and they will tell you, yep, what Roy says is
true. He will shoot you over his rights.
Stay in contact with your reps and let them know they should be shot if they
violate your rights too or hanged for treason. Either one. They can pick it. Firing
squad, hanging. I don't care. As long as you're no longer a threat to this country
and you are as long as people like you are in office and stay trained up people.
They armed up, stay trained up, carry a firearm of sufficient capacity and caliber
to defend yourself and others because we have bad crap coming down the pike. And
