Roy's Bartlett, the keeper in the bearer of truth we know.
Only the facts about the Second Amendment. And never, ever forget that all gun
control laws are nothing less than overt acts of aggression against the American
people and their rights. Exercise your rights in a safe way. Stupidity to think that
someone hell -bent on violating the law against murder will magically be stopped by a
gun control law. Politicians that infringe on our God given rights,
he calls him out, he's not here to play.
So turn it on to the end, crank it up,
Roy's Bartlett, and the Street Street show.
Let's go! Let's go!
All right, now you heard the man, he said, let's go, so let's go. We are locked,
loaded, and loud on the Shooting Straight Radio podcast. This is all about firearms
with a heavy emphasis on the Second Amendment, and all things pertaining there too.
I am Royce, you're oh so gracious, cute, cuddly, huggable, lovable, squeezable,
squeezable host, still saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity,

right let's get her done uh we've been talking about how the communists are really
really having a heyday trying to flip virginia into a communist Muslim -occupied
territory, and I've told you before here on the program that the Muslims and the
Marxist, or what I call the Eminem Coalition, are trying to conquer us one state at
a time, and they are doing a pretty good job of it. They've already conquered many
territories in this country. They've totally consumed New York. They've totally
consumed California, California, Oregon, Washington State,
Illinois, and beyond, and also Minnesota now. But there's other states that are still
quasi -free, and that is one of them is Virginia. We've been talking about them a
lot lately. We've been talking about how the trifecta of totalitarianism swept the
election, and I do not believe for a minute. They did it without being fraudulent,
but they're in there anyway. And they have their plans to totally disarm the entire
populace and rule them with a rod of iron, because that's just with totalitarian
swine, like Lilamist or whatever her blippity -blanking name is,
the new governor. She is. She's a flaming Marxist,
and she's teamed up with the Muslims that are part of that state. And we'll talk
more about them in just a little bit. But I will tell you right now, all of you
citizens living in Virginia, I encourage you to inform,
not petition, to inform your governor, the lieutenant governor,
and the state attorney general, and you also inform all of your state legislators
and the ones you send to Washington. You inform them all, that they are on the
wrong side of things, that what they're doing is unlawful according to the
Constitution, and that you will not comply with any of it. This is the attitude you
all need to cultivate right now. Also, you people of New Mexico,
do the same thing. Start crafting your notices and resolutions of noncompliance with
anything that is repugnant to the Constitution. And you start also doing a PR blitz
to your local law enforcement and your state law enforcement and let them know that
they do not want to be on the wrong side of this. No, I'm not talking about
threatening them. I'm telling them, I'm telling you to tell them that they may not
illegally enforce any constitutionally repugnant laws. You have to let them know that
they are on notice. This is getting serious, people. We cannot comply our way out
from under the tyrannical thumbs of these scumbags, and you're not going to be able
to do it either. don't even think about trying to take them on in the courts
they've got the courts rigged your case will probably end up in one of the
communist courts and it'll get thrown out and anything you try to do through the
legal channels is going to get shut down they've got all that wired and wired tight
what they don't have wired and wired tight are the good citizens of virginia And
all of you need to band yourselves together and let them know all of them up
there. You can pass all the crap you want to, but if we decide it's null and
void, it will be null and void. And if you try to enforce anything constitutionally
repugnant like an assault weapons ban or hate speech for saying mean things about
bloody murdering, raping Muslims, you try to enforce that and we have the right to
defend ourselves with whatever force you deem necessary. That's where you need to be
with this. I cannot stress this enough. That good old -fashioned spirit of rebellion
needs to happen right now because there is a juggernaut designs for all of you.
First of all, there's a Virginia Democrat communist, and he's actually a filthy
Muslim too, and they are cooking up an Islamophobia bill, and this bill should alarm
you badly, okay? They've got a lawmaker there, a state lawmaker,
and he is proffering a bill to make quote -unquote, Islamophobia, and there's no such
thing.
they want to be able to charge you with, listen to me, assault and battery for
simple words. Yeah, they're not going to be content to just jack your taxes through
the roof. They're not going to be content just to try to do everything in their
power to keep illegal immigrants walking free among you and praying upon you.
They're not going to be content to just disarm you. No,
they want to totally rule you, control your thought, control your speech, and
everything else. Their Senate bill, number 624, was introduced back in January.
Yeah, it's already February. Can you believe it? By state senator Saddam. What a
name, right? Saddam Azlan Salim. He is a Democrat communist out of Virginia's
northern 37th district, and he is looking to, quote,
define and punish, end quote, cases of Islamophobia as it,
as it relates to the crime of assault and battery as malicious prejudice or hatred
towards Islam or Muslims. Well, I tell you what? I hate Islam.
Yeah, there you go. Here it is. Right here. Bold and beautiful right here. I hate
Islam. It is not a phobia to hate Islam. Islam has produced nothing but genocide,
terror, torment, torture, rape, and butchering.
You're welcome. Glad I can help you out.
They have 14 Democrat co -sponsors, fortunately. The Republicans in Virginia are not
of the same lack of spine as the ones in the federal legislature because none of
them signed on. But assault and battery, here they, I'm reading from an article
written by Terry Christoph, assault and battery, the definition of Islamophobia
penalty, it defines quote unquote Islamophobia as it relates to the crime of assault
and battery as malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam or Muslims.
How do you like like that?
the bill directs the Department of State Police in consultation with the office of
the Attorney General who's a flaming communist and the Office of Diversity, Equity
and Inclusion. There should be no such office in a state government but to include
the bill's definition of Islamophobia in its hate crime reporting central repository.
All right, all of you in the state police in Virginia have better let your
testicles drop, have better let straighten your spine, and you better grow some guts,
and you better stand up and tell them, you guys can't tell us to enforce this,
we're not going to do it. And if you try to enforce it on us, but maybe we'll
arrest you instead. You should be doing that anyway. They're woefully violating the
Constitution. But this is a very, for lack of a better way to put it,
a very real attempt to stifle free speech in Virginia.
They don't want to just gut the Second Amendment. They want to take your First
Amendment away, too. Oh, if you're a Muslim now and say evil things against Baptist.
And you're not a religion anyway. You're nothing but an ideology disguised as a
religion. And you're a bunch of murderous godless pigs. Your end is going to be the
lake of fire. Yeah, your God is a lie. You're going to find that out real quick.
So this senator, if he gets his way, and the bill was recently voted to be
considered by the Courts of Justice Committee in the next legislative session, and
I'm reading from the article, Virginia's hate crime provision would be expanded to
include bias against Islam and Muslims and could trigger enhanced penalties under hate
crimes laws. I'm allowed to have whatever blipity -blanking bias I want to have.
You filthy godless Muslims have a bias against everything that's not part of you in
your culture. So shut your piehole. I have every right to despise you and to not
like you and to not want to be under your particular ideological rule. But boy,
people in Virginia are fixed to get hit with hate crimes laws. You're going to be
charged with assault and battery. Yeah, because you think And they're because you
think wrong, you spoke wrong. So here's what's heading to Virginia.
Higher taxes, they've already said they're going to. And Ms. Spanberger and everything
she's threatened to do to disarm the entire populace. And now this filthy Muslim who
is trying to add hate crimes provisions to the entirety of the people of Virginia,
and you're not even allowed to think or speak anything against Muslims or Islam.
You guys are, you have a giant lawnmower headed your way,
and it's flying the hammer and sickle flag, not to mention the crescent moon and
star flag. The Marxist Muslim coalition is bearing down on you at warp speed,
and it aims to chew you up. Here's another issue going on in Virginia. Middle Miss
Abigail Spanberger recently signed a very radical redistricting referendum,
and she did it for the express purpose of flipping the House map from six
Democrats, which right now is six Democrats to five Republicans, she wants to switch
it to ten Democrats and one Republican. Yes.
that she does. It's almost a maniacal laugh as she signs it.
People of Virginia, you have bad things heading your way and you had better get
ready to defend yourselves possibly with deadly force. These people are coming for
you. They have bad things lined up for you. And if you don't stand up and point
your figures to them and every other government official in your state and every law
enforcement official in your state and tell them we the people are about to stand
up on you and you're not going to like it so you better back off do not enforce
these provisions if they pass you want to nullify that democrat power that lopsided
democrat power advantage you do that by you standing up. You stand up and you say,
we're not putting up with this crap. You can sign this gerrymandering crap all you
want. We know you're really hasty to seize power and what you want to wield it
over us. We know what you're trying to do and you can try to do it all you want,
but we're not going to comply with that. That's what you really need to do. This
is getting serious, people. This is about to happen in New Mexico also. And Little
Miss Lujan Grisham, that should be nice, that filthy little communist person.
Yeah, she'll be doing the same thing in New Mexico. You'd better believe it's going
to happen. All of these other hate crime provisions, you're going to see them pop
up. Mark my words right here right now. Oregon, Washington State, California,
Illinois, New York, you're going to see it. New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts,
on down the line. This is what you're going to see. They want to, they want to
totally wield power over you and the free exercise of your rights by passing
constitutionally repugnant laws, and it's time for we the people in these states to
stand the blipity blank up and point our fingers to them and point our fingers to
their enforcers also and tell them, we will resist with whatever force you make us
wield. Whatever situation you bring to us is going to dictate the level of force
with which we respond. Royce, man, you're talking about gunfighting,
law enforcement? No, I'm not. I'm talking about putting the fear of God in them.
And then if they decide to cross that line and align themselves with the
totalitarians, then you let them know, hey, we outnumber you, we outgun you, really
stupid idea. you do not enforce this stuff, period, end of story,
because that's where I'm at with all of this. I told you before, I think I said
it in the last program. Eventually, they'll win the legislation game.
Eventually, they'll win the judicial game. Eventually, they'll back us into a corner
to where they finally say, okay, hand all your guns over, and what's you going to
do then if you've got a history of complying with this garbage you're going to
glibly hand over your gun you'll be muttering things under your breath you'll be oh
this ain't right but you let it happen don't let it happen be the Americans our
founders shed their blood to be we need to be those same people.
We need to have that same spirit of resistance. This needs to be, Virginia,
your Lexington Green moment. If they decide to totally bypass everything there and
bypass the Constitution and make laws that are repugnant there too, this will be
your Lexington Green moment. And you had better stand up and you better say a few
things. We'll be right back with more shooting straight right after these brief
commercial messages. And we're going to be talking about President Donald Trump's pick
for ATF director. And so, yes, this is going to be fun.
Be right back with more Shooting Straight.

Let's create your musical identity. Thank you. Welcome back to the program.
We were talking in the first portion about the juggernaut that is heading for the
citizens of Virginia in the form of their government, their state government,
their state governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general, and also state
legislators that are trying to literally run roughshod over the entirety of the
Constitution and virtually enslave every Virginian citizen. That's,
of course, after they disarmed them all. But now we're going to be talking about
President Trump's new pick to run the ATF. And I tell you what, America seems to
be suffering Stockholm syndrome. because we've been in an abusive relationship with
the ATF, as well as many other federal agencies. And when we have members of the
Second Amendment community heralding the pick for ATF as being the right guy for the
job, this kind of enforces what I just said. We should be going,
no, there should be no director of the ATF because there should be no ATF. We've
complied ourselves right into tyranny, people, and it is tyranny for us to have to
buy a stamp to own a gun or a suppressor or anything like that, a short -barreled
rifle, short -barreled shotgun, you name it, fully automatic weapon. There should be
no ATF in the first place. So even reading this article pisses me off, it's an
article by Lee Williams, who is one of the most staunch Second Amendment advocates
and defenders out there, and a fine man, a fine writer, does a great job at
everything he does when he writes these articles in his attempt to uphold and defend
the Constitution. So here's an article from February 6th, and he posted this in Ammo
Land. It said President Trump's ATF pick clears Senate hearing easily.
New York State native turned Floridian. Robert Cicada spent just over two hours
Wednesday, along with four judicial candidates, testifying before the Senate Judiciary
Committee, which is chaired by Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley. By all
accounts, Cicada passed the test, and he will likely become the next director of the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and Really Big Fires. Mr.
Grassley said, Mr. Cicada has had an extensive career protecting Americans at the
state and federal level. Excuse me?
No, the ATF does not protect Americans. I don't know what you're talking about, sir.
He served a decade as a police officer receiving numerous awards. He has also spent
two decades at the ATF. Okay, keep that in mind as we go forward.
He has spent 20 years at the ATF. And Mr. Grassley said,
he knows how to lead the Bureau because he has worked tirelessly throughout the
chain of command. Yeah, well, to me, that's kind of a problem. And the reason
that's a problem for me,
20 years in the ATF working your way through the chain of command? Really?
Two decades. You understand that within those 20 years, listen to me?
That means he was there for the Fast and Furious debacle. Did he speak out about
it? Did he say anything? Hmm? That was a rhetorical question entirely.
He said nothing. He was also there for all this zero -tolerance crap against FFLs
under the Biden administration. Did he speak out about it? Did he blow the whistle?
did he say what we're doing is wrong and we shouldn't be doing it again that was
a rhetorical question he did no such thing he was there when brian malanowski was
murdered by his fellow agents did he speak out about that did he say anything did
he happen to come forward and say whatever happened here guys there was a total
boondoggle a we need to make things right and fixed. Nope, he didn't do any of
that. Nothing. None of that.
He was also at the ATF when one of his fellow agents, Jeffrey Bodell, willingly and
purposefully and illegally manufactured evidence and perjured himself under oath to
wrongly convict Patrick Adamiak. Did Mr. Cicada speak out?
Did he say anything was wrong? I don't recall one time that he ever spoke up to
denounce any of the foibles and wrongdoings of his federal agency that he was part
of for 20 years. Oh, come on, Royce, you know, he can't be in every little
apartment and doing it. Well, hold on. By his own words, I'm going to prove that
wrong. A little bit later in the article.
So, Mr. Grassley is lauding him as being the perfect choice to lead the ATF because
this guy, he's Mr. Second Amendment, and he really loves gun owners and guns. Just
don't even swallow that lie. The article News. Grassley noted that his committee had
received dozens of letters endorsing Cicada for the ATF leadership position.
I don't care. And that Mr. Cicado worked closely with his office after an ATF
whistleblower revealed ATF's misclassification scheme and other improper practices.
Really? What other improper practices? You mean like their illegal gun registry?
He said anything about that? How about their illegal registry that they've been
creating out of all of the gun owners who have tax stamps? Yes, they're creating an
AI -driven registry of tax stamp owners because they know tax stamp owners are also
gun owners and more than likely own more than one firearm. Mr.
Grassley also said, Mr. Cicada worked closely with my staff to bring this resolution
forward to make sure no more taxpayer dollars were wasted. Mr.
Grassley, as long as the ATF exists, American tax dollars are being wasted,
especially when funneled towards that agency. Mr. Grassley continued.
He says, I recommend his fine leadership and aggressive actions to find a solution
for this brave whistleblower. And I encourage him to allow more whistleblowers to
come forward, to help him understand what's going on in the Bureau. Boy,
there's so much to unpack right there, isn't there? First of all,
I want to know why he wasn't a whistleblower himself. He undoubtedly saw some of
the skullduggery going on there. Yep, obviously. He knew it was happening.
I don't know how he could have missed it. So I him to allow,
but they're already allowed to come forward. Oh, to help him understand what's going
on in the Bureau. I thought you said he'd been there for 20 years and was
perfectly suited to lead it. Since when do agents need to be allowed to come
forward? I mean, this statement obviates that everyone knows there are evil,
grave issues that need to be addressed in this agency. You're intimating it and the
things you're saying here, Mr. Grassley. And yet, you think, well, if we just
appoint someone good in this evil agency, that will become a good agency. It's not.
And what does he mean to help him understand what's going on in the Bureau? I
thought he already understood that. You claim he's so qualified to run the darn
thing.
Sikato started his law enforcement career.
detective assigned to the department's organized crime crime control bureau and he
obviously took notes because the ATF has absolutely run like a criminal gang he has
also worked as an officer in Florida until he joined the ATF in 2005 and as a
special agent in the Baltimore field division listen to this next part His rise up
ATF's chain of command was swift. Really?
Okay, I'm going to ask why. How? How and why his rise was so swift?
Ask yourself, why? You only advance in the ATF by kissing the right butts and
towing the agency line and dogma. Advancement also entails being all in with the
agency's very real purpose, and that is remaining irrelevant and justifying their
enormous budget by creating false cases and prosecuting them,
you know, like Patrick Adamiak and Brian Malinowski. this requires absolute deceit and
underhandedness and all the reporting that's done to Congress. It really does.
It says in May of last year, he became the ATF's deputy director. It's number two
position. You know, there's a bunch of other agents that have been there for 30
years, and none of them had this meteoric rise up the ranks. Something's going on.
He became the ATF's deputy director his number two position, and Mr.
Cicada's testimony after Mr. Jerry, Senator Jerry Moran from Kansas,
an alleged Republican, introduced Mr. Cicada to the committee, and Moran said,
I've had the opportunity to get to know, Rob, who is, in my view, the consummate
lawman. He's worked beats in New York City, rose through the ranks, and believes in
enforcement and public safety. Yep, he believes in enforcement of illegal laws also.
Yes, all gun control laws are illegal, the NFA, the GCA, in particular, which the
agency was formed to enforce. He follows them to the letter against innocent
Americans. Yeah, he's your consummate lawman, huh?
Moran testified that the ATF is now an agency that ensures violent criminals are
jailed. No, they're not. Where'd you get that crap from, Mr. Moran? How come Mr.
Adamiak is sitting in a jail cell with a 20 -year sentence based on false testimony
and contrived manufactured evidence by an ATF agent. He's not a violent criminal.
He had a great military career in front of him. He was headed to Buds to become a
Navy SEAL until this agency that you're lauding, Mr.
Moran, decided to interject itself into his life, particularly one Agent Jeffrey
Baudel, you scumbag. If you're listening, you're a scumbag.
Criminals, huh?
What do you mean the agency is now an agency that insured?
You know what you're saying there, sir? You are admitting that they have been doing
wrong things. You admitting that their past was rife with all manner of mistakes.
tyrannical agencies on on the planet today? Can do. Hey,
can you contrive evidence against innocent Americans and throw them in prison for 20
years? Can do. Hey, can you stage a massive raid on a compound full of religious
people out in Texas and burn it to the ground after you get shot up trying to
kill them? Can do. Hey, can you do a false raid on a little guy from a little
airport executive out of Little Rock, Arkansas who broke no federal laws and kill
him in the middle of the night in front of his wife and then abuse his wife for
five hours afterwards by making her stay at her nightgown out in a freezing cop car
and not even let her take a whiz
can do. Worthy of support? I'll tell you what kind of support you're worthy of,
and that's a rope around your bloody necks. That's really, excuse me, that's really
the only support you're worthy of. Moran said, Robert Cicada is a great nominee to
be the next director of the ATF. I hope you find him favorable to serve in this
capacity. We the people don't. Cicada testified that his parents fled from communist
Yugoslavia in 1966 and became American citizens in 1973.
Mr. Ciccada said, they are no longer with us. Excuse me, they are no longer with
us. They believed deeply in what this country represents.
Well, how come you don't? Huh? you don't? Huh? How can you, in good conscience,
sir, enforce the NFA and the GCA?
He told the Senate committee that his entire career has focused on keeping people
safe. I am so sick of hearing that phrase come out of the mouth of any law
enforcement officers. You don't keep anyone safe.
That should scare the crap out of every gun on or in America. We want to keep you
safe. Whenever they try to say, we want to keep you safe, what they're doing is
giving themselves a grand justification with a broad net to do whatever they want in
the name of public safety. And Mr. Cicada continued his testimony by saying,
the ATF's dire mission is public safety.
violent crime. Like Waco? Like Ruby Ridge? Can do.
Legitimate gun owners, Cicado stressed, can stop worrying about the ATF.
No, we sure as blipity blank cannot, sir. You exist to enforce a constitutionally
repugnant set
What do you mean stop worrying about them? We should have never had to worry about
you in the first place. And you think you're going to go in there and clean all
that trash up, huh? You're part of it, sir. You're part of the trash.
You're part of the abuse. You're part of the totalitarianism that your agency wields
against innocent Americans. Day in, day out.
ATF's mission is not a burden to lawful gun owners or to undermine the Second
Amendment. Excuse me?
You've worked at the ATF for 20 years and you make that false claim about your
mission? You obviously do not understand the first dad -gone thing about your own
agency. And then he continues with the right to keep keeping bear arms is a
constitutional guarantee. Sir, it's a lot more than that. It's a God -given right to
self -preservation. You know, same right that those people in Waco had.
Yeah, it's funny how you guys like to gloss over that crap. He says, the right to
keep and bear arms is a constitutional guarantee, and I am committed to protecting
and preserving it. How? How You say that when you work for the ATF, sir.
You guys arrest people for machine guns. We have a right to own machine guns
without paying a stamp for it, even getting a free stamp for it. We have a right
to suppressors. We have a right to short -barreled rifles and short -barreled shotguns.
We have a right to own mortars. I think there should be a Bradley -fighting vehicle
dealership in every city in America. We have a right to own those things, sir. You
don't even understand the word arms, do you? Yeah, how can you in good conscience
work for the ATF if you really say that? If you really believe what you just said
there, he said, effective law enforcement and respect for civil liberties are not
competing goals. Oh, they are the ATF, boy.
They are inseparable obligations. I am equally committed to supporting the men and
women of the ATF. No, no, no, no, I thought you're going to uphold and defend the
Constitution and support that.
They deserve clear mission, focus, and strong leadership. So you're admitting they've
not had either one of those, huh?
Yep.
Senators began to ask questions. Senator Grassley led the committee in questioning
Cicada. He said, what are your top priorities for the Bureau if you're confirmed? He
said, the top priorities for the ATF will remain violent crime, illegal use of
firearms. You better arrest your own agents then. Explosives and the illegal use of
arson. There's a legal use of arson? Wow.
We will modernize critical systems. That's scary enough. That means update all those
registries you guys have been illegally creating. We will modernize critical systems.
Forms and licensing systems.
Those aren't critical, sir.
Licensing is a system that infringes upon the right of the people to keep in bare
arms, but you want to modernize that. You want to streamline that. He said these
systems are over 25 years old and unnecessarily burdened people.
Well, so does the NFA and GCA, but you enforce those with glee. And we will follow
President Trump's Second Amendment order to review all of ATS rules to make sure we
don't infringe upon Americans unnecessarily. You say there's a necessary time to
infringe? You know, if you conduct an honest review,
then undoubtedly you'll be recommending that your agency be defunded and disbanded,
Mr. Cicada. That's the best thing you can do if you want public safety. Because the
public is not safe as long as there's an ATF. Democratic Senator Dick Durbin,
Durbin of Illinois, told Cicada that he had heard that two -thirds of ATF agents had
been assigned to enforce immigration. He said up to 2 ,500 of them. Cicada said the
actual number was around 75 to 100. And he said the remainder focus of fighting
violent crime through the country on a daily basis, I support using agents to fight
violent crime, specifically fighting gangs. But you don't do that,
sir. Jeffrey Baudel was not fighting gangs when he created and falsely contrived a
case against Patrick Adamiak, who is sitting falsely imprisoned after being falsely
charged and wrongly convicted. Yeah, he wasn't fighting gangs.
the boom on them. Yeah, you're not fighting gangs.
Republican Senator Mike Lee of Utah asked about restrictions in place on suppressors,
short -barreled rifles, and short -barreled shotguns. From the ATF's perspective, Mr.
Cicada said, the ATF is bound by law. Okay, what about the Supreme Law?
That supersedes all the other laws, but no, you choose which laws you want to
enforce. Yeah, you didn't, you are not upholding and defending the Constitution,
which is the Supreme Law. No, oh, we're bound by the law. More so than that,
sir, you're bound by the Supreme Law, but you disregard it and you violate it with
impunity, you and your fellow agents all the time. He said, if Congress moves
suppressors out of the Gun Control Act, the ATF would be supportive of that
decision.
What if they removed all the other things, too? The short -barreled rifles and short
-barreled shotguns and the mortars and the Gustav rockets and the AT -4 rockets and
other things that citizens have a right to own without the government's permission.
Senator Marsha Blackburn, an alleged Republican out of Tennessee, brought up the
Memphis Safe Task Force, which has cut crime in the city by 50 percent. And of
course, Cicada had to take a piece of that credit. He said, ATF is proud partner
with the Memphis Safe Task Force. Our small team is a significant contributor.
We have the ability to use crime gun intelligence. ATF is not driving around
neighborhoods or going through people's homes looking to burden families with our
enforcement actions.
Funny, you should have told that to Patrick Adamiak. Senator Cory Booker,
a filthy, godless perverted communists out of New Jersey, like Durbin, falsely
believed that Cicada's ATF agents were assigned to the Department of Homeland Security
to enforce immigration. But, of course, that was shot down to, and Mr.
Cicada corrected him. Mr. Cicada says, when he said,
oh, I'm sorry, California Democrat Senator Adam Schiff asked if ATF is seeing a
trend with ghost guns. You know, homemade guns really, really scare these people
Because those are something they can't ban and they can't control. And if they can't
control it, then we still have the ability to be out from under their control. And
they don't like that. But Cicada said the ATF now refers to them as privately made
firearms. Well, wait a minute. What caused that change besides a change of
administration? Uh -huh. And what are you going to do when the administration changes
again. You're going to read the tea leaves, you're going to stick your finger in
the wind, and you'll come down on the side of their ideology, just like you're
doing here, trying to land this job. Homemade guns are 100 % legal to build,
whether they come from a 3D printer or whatever the case may be. I don't care.
We have a right to build our own dadgum firearms. Zakeda said his agents have seen
privately made firearms and full auto seers, but they are primarily found, listen to
this part, this is very damning, they're primarily found in jurisdictions with strict
firearm restrictions. Shocking. ATF laboratory located in Maryland has found a way to
identify them based on their polymers. Pay attention.
Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley touted some of the country's strongest Second
Amendment protections found in his home state which came under fire during the Biden
administration. Mr. Hawley asked, he said, Biden's DOJ asked a sheriff for a list of
his CCW holders? Why do you need records on concealed carry permit holders in
Missouri? Can you commit that under your leadership, ATF will go in a different
direction than the last administration? I'll tell you what, Mr. Holly, if you have
to ask that question at all, that means the agency needs to be defunded and
disbanded. Listen, do you hear everything they're asking them? Well,
you guys have really sucked lately, but are you going to make things better? That's
really what this comes down to. You guys have been a bunch of murdering pigs, but
promise us that you're going to do the right thing and make the agency a kinder,
gentler agency for all of the people of America.
He said that you'll focus your law enforcement resources on criminals, as opposed to
law -abiding citizens who have rights under both the federal and state constitutions.
Criminals and law -abiding citizens aren't differentiated between at the ATF.
Just so you know, Mr. Holly. Cicada said, Senator, I can assure you that under my
watch, the ATF has been 100 % oh, I'm sorry, 1 ,000 % successful in going after
people who have committed violent crimes. What do you mean under your watch? You're
not at the top? What are you talking about? Well, this tells me you have been
involved with leadership decisions. Oops. He said,
we're not going to burden the American citizen who has a complete right to exercise
their Second Amendment right to bear arms. Look up the word arms first before you
make that statement, Mr. Cicada. And we will not do that in the future if I am so
confirmed. But you do and you will simply by enforcing the NFA and the GCA.
He said, unlike some prior ATF directors, I will be a sworn law enforcement officer.
I've done this job from the ground level police officer to a task force officer
with the attorney general. I'm not telling people to, listen, to go out and make
the cases. Okay, catch that? Did you catch that? If you listen to this line of
questioning, they're admitting that the agency is crap, that it has had and will
continue to have a reputation as something that runs roughshod over the rights of
the people, thumbs their nose at the Constitution, wipes their backside with it for
all intents and purposes, because he says, I am not telling people to go out and
make the cases. What does that mean to go out and make the cases?
Well, that means former ATF directors have commanded their underlings to go out and
create cases. You know, just like Jeffrey Bodell, who made the case against Patrick
Adamiak by falsifying evidence, falsely manufacturing evidence,
and committing perjury. Yeah, what do you mean go out and make the cases? How about
the one made by Brian Malinowski that led to his murder by your filthy criminal
agents. You're talking like you have been at the top all this time, Mr. Cicada.
Wow. He says, I've made the cases myself. I bet you have.
I know what it takes. Now listen to this next part and this is what makes me cast
a light of condemnation all over, Mr. Cicada. He says, I know what it takes because
we're a small agency, I have worked with every ATF agent that's out there making
cases.
That means, sir, that you have worked with Jeffrey Bodell. You have worked with the
agents who murdered Brian Malinowski. You have worked with the agents who prosecuted,
not prosecuted, but implemented, fast and furious. And because of you and those
agents, sir, people are still being butchered south of the border. You had a part
than that. He said, we all know each other. Oh, I bet you do.
We know to stay focused on violent criminals. No, you don't. That's what you pay us
for, and we will continue to do that. But you haven't been doing it, Mr. Cicada,
and you have been in the ATF for 20 years.
understands the abuse his agency commits on a daily basis already.
He's part of the machine. They want to install him into director's chair. He's
putting on a false front that he is Mr. Second Amendment. He is Mr. Constitution.
He's Mr. anti -criminal and pro -citizen. And I say bull fertilizer.
I don't believe it for a second, and I don't think any of you my listeners should
believe it either. He's part of that ungodly, totalitarian,
tyrannical machine known as the Alpha Tango Foxtrot, which should be disbanded,
it should be defunded, it should be burnt down and scattered to the four winds,
because that agency exists for one reason and one reason only, and that is to be
the arm of infringement for the federal government. That's all it is. That's all it
will ever be. Just like you people in Virginia that I addressed at the first part
of the program, and I tell you, it's time for you to stand up and point your
finger to everybody in authority above you. All officers on the state and local
level, all of the legislators, the governor, the lieutenant governor, and the AG,
and you point your finger and say, we know what you're doing, you're not going to
do it to us, we have the right to resist, and we damn sure will. Because that's
what we also need to do to the ATF when it comes to the NFA and the GCA and
every other bloody thing under the sun. Mr. Cicada is not some savior who's going
to come in and make everything right that has been wrong. He's been part of the
wrong for 20 years. He ain't going to fix nothing to put it in the Georgia
vernacular. Time to stand up, people. Time to stay in contact with your reps.
Time to arm up. Time to train up. And never forget, incoming rounds always have the
right of way.
Royce out.
