play The facts about the Second Amendment And never ever Forget that all gun control
balls are nothing less than overt acts of aggression against the American people and
their rights. Exercise your rights in a safe way. Stupidity to think that someone
hell -bent on violating the law against murder will magically be stopped by a gun
control law. Politicians that infringe on our God given rights,
he calls them out, he's not here to play.
So turn it on to the end, cranky,
This is the program all about firearms with a heavy emphasis on the Second Amendment
and all things pertaining there too. I am Royce, you're also cute,
cuddly, hugable, lovable, squeezable host. Yes, I'm still reeking of gunshot residue,
toxic masculinity, and a faint yet oh so wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of
my people, that would be hops number nine. You'd better believe it. If you'd like

A lot of times when you hear me tripping over my words on the program, I know
that's the explanation that I give and that I'm just wound up. To be brutally
honest, that's usually when I'm getting hit and zapped with my neurological condition
that I've spoken spoken about, trigeminal neuralgia. It affects my speech when it
hits me. And I can be in the middle of a word and it will light me up. And
sometimes I have to, you'll hear me repeat the word even before I'm finished with
the word. And that's because I feel that it's coming out wrong. So it sounds kind
of weird and I appreciate your understanding and forgiveness in advance. advance. It's
no fun to deal with this mess and it can hit me any time. There's no control over
it. Sometimes atmospheric conditions have a, you know, come into play and they are
what initiates some of the electrical zaps to my brain and my orbital and all
around my upper right jaw line. And sometimes it's just, it just happens.
I really don't know what triggers it.
He apparently penned yesterday, February 17th, 2026. The title is,
statewide carry ban bill, just when Virginians thought things couldn't get much worse.
While with, I'm sorry, already it's happening. Good grief. I just started talking
about it and I'm getting lit up. With Democrat legislators pushing the most anti -gun
bills in recent history through the Virginia General Assembly, by the way,
they can expect them to get signed very hastily by the governor and the lieutenant
governor and the AG, the communist AG there, Jay Jones. He,
it's Jones or Johnson? I don't remember. Anyway, his name is Jay, and he is a
communist, and he will certainly uphold those illegal laws. But it says,
including a very restrictive ban on semi -auto firearms and gun magazines, many gun
owners in the state thought things couldn't get much worse. Well, time to think
again. House Bill 1542 would prohibit carrying,
quote, unquote, assault firearms in public places,
including streets, sidewalks, and parks. In other words, the entire state,
yeah. Oh, you
HB1524 effectively criminalizes carrying any center -fire, semi -automatic firearm in the
Commonwealth. And that's pretty much the way this reads. According to the bill
summary, the measure, quote, prohibits the carrying of certain semi -automatic center
-fire rifles, pistols, and shotguns, or any firearm modified to be operable as an
assault firearm. In other words, with those evil accessories on them, yeah,
pistol grips and such, on any public street road alley sidewalk or public right -of
-way or in any public park or any other place, whatever nature that is open to the
public with certain exceptions. Now, do you know why they're wanting to do this?
Because the Virginia people, the good people, the taxpaying citizens,
the ones who uphold and defend the Constitution in spite of their filthy, godless
communist government, not upholding and defending it. And apparently some of the law
enforcement agencies in the state, too,
they, oh, goodness, I lost my train of thought. That's very embarrassing. But in
spite of what they don't like is Those people in Virginia there have a terrible
habit of scaring the life out of public officials by making an armed open show of
their presence. And they don't like that. They don't like being intimidated. They
like being the ones doing the intimidating. They like being the ones who can command
police officers to go be intimidating to these armed citizens, but they don't like
it when the armed citizens show up and sport the same kind of rifles and the same
kind of hardware as law enforcement. And they take it personally.
Well, you didn't know this, but you're supposed to grovel and cower before these
elitist communists. They're above you. Didn't you know that? Good citizens of
Virginia? Yes, you're beneath them. You're supposed to grovel and thank them for the
few crumbs of your rights they let you keep. Well, you just don't understand.
It's all for your own personal safety, didn't you know? Of particular concern is
what the bill actually outlaws, according to the measure's language it bans, quote, A
semi -automatic center -fire rifle or pistol that expels single or multiple projectiles
by action of an explosion of a combustible material with a fixed magazine capacity
in excess of 10 rounds. Yes, they think we should only have magazines with 10
rounds. That's part of that global initiative crap that they're aiming at guns and
the free exercise of our rights. Of course, that definition takes in the vast
majority of concealed carry pistols. For instance, the Springfield Hellcat, by the
way, that thing holds, I think, 13 plus one. So that's a 14 round,
little compact piece. Very nice little ergonomic piece. I know a few people that
carry them. I'm a Glock guy. It says Springfield Hellcat, a favorite of many
concealed carriers, and the pistol that he himself carries, Mr. Chestnut,
obviously expels a single projectile by an explosion of combustible material and holds
more than 10 rounds of ammo. So do most Glock pistols, which are popular for
concealed carry. I got a question for you filthy communist. Who are any of you to
say how many rounds any firearm should or should not hold?
Who are you? Who are any of you? Most of you are very ignorant of firearms. You're
very, very ignorant of the Second Amendment and its purpose, its scope and its
import. You're woefully ignorant of the law because you're lawless scumbags anyway so
who the blipity blank or any of you to tell us how many rounds our guns are
supposed to hold who are you none of you have had any tactical training none of
you shoot for as far as I know and if you do you don't shoot enough to know what
the heck you're talking about who are you you don't study the dynamics of defensive
shootings. None of you. So who are you? What expertise do you hold that you think
you have the right to tell us you only need 10 rounds to do what you've got to
do? How many rounds do your cops carry? Probably 17 at a minimum in each magazine.
Aren't the police officers? Don't they have to defend themselves against basically the
same criminals that the people do? So why do the people only get 10? Yeah,
good question. The Virginia Citizens Defense League, VCDL, great organization from what
I hear, never talked to any of the guys up there, but I'd sure love to, is also
speaking out against the measure, warning members about its danger. And they made
this member alert, the statement in a member alert, concealed handgun permit holders
and licensed security guards are no longer exempt from this code section, even though
neither one has caused any legal issues by carrying such loaded firearms publicly for
over a decade. Of course, the government, our servant, oh, that's a great,
great addendum to the, I mean, not addendum, but a great portion to add to this.
The government Thank you.
Why? Because we said so, peasant. The U .S.
Supreme Court, the memo continues, has already ruled that citizens have every right
to carry firearms outside their homes and in public, so this bill is unconstitutional
on its face. Okay, my comment there is, which means the good citizens of Virginia
should absolutely ignore it with extreme prejudice and inform all the law enforcement
agencies throughout the entire state that they will resist any and all enforcement
thereof. How about you start there? Royce, man, you're trying to start a
confrontation. No, I'm trying to keep there from being a major confrontation.
And if the citizens of Virginia simply all stood up, like many of them already do,
and they have a great history of doing that, and said, you better be. You better
And we are telling you, we don't care what your courtroom say, we don't care what
law enforcement agencies say, this is unconstitutional, and we are going to ignore it
with extreme prejudice and defend ourselves against any enforcement thereof.
That's what needs to happen in every state of the union and not just Virginia.
Now, The meat and taters of this program, this particular episode,
episode 767, by the way, is going up. We're coming up on the 12th year of this
program.
This meet, the meat and taters of the program is about defensive shooting, which I
haven't covered enough of recently. I used to cover a lot of it. But I take
stories and I talk about some of the dynamics of it and we take lessons from it
and that's where we're going to start now with this story from my home state and
from Daytona Beach literally an hour from where I live. I can get to Daytona Beach
in one hour.
So this is close to home. And this is an article from Gateway Pundit by Christine
Layla, a great author. And the title of it is
Anything at any time can happen. I get flabbergasted and frustrated beyond measure
when I talk to people who have a concealed carry permit, they own a concealed carry
weapon, and I ask him, you carry in it now? Well, no. Why not? Well,
I just didn't think I would need it. So you're able to tell when and when you
won't need it? Well, good night. If you're able to do that, me and you're going to
make some money. Come on. Oh, you.
The Clark family was walking down the boardwalk in Daytona Beach on Saturday when 44
-year -old Germain Long approached 13 -year -old Sullivan Clark and intentionally sliced
his throat. The boy's mother, Lori Clark, said, I thought he was stealing Sully's
phone. As soon as he slashed him, I yelled out and I said, hey, um wow now i'm
not being mean here i can't help but want to ask her how impotent did you feel
right there at that moment where all you could do is yell hey what were you going
to do against the man she said i can see his neck gashed wide open i can see all
the way down to the meat the boy's father told a local Fox affiliate. The boy
recalled how he miraculously turned his head and at the last second, which is why
the injury was not fatal. The boy said, I turned at the perfect time.
I happened to be looking up and I turned, and that's what he got the side of my
neck. Doctors said that if the gash was just one millimeter deeper,
the boy would have died, so he They got real close to the carotid. Long is being
held in jail without bond. Well, how many times has he been in that jail before?
Probably quite a few. Police said they don't know the reason for the unprovoked
attack. Well, here's my point. It doesn't matter what his freaking reason is. He
should have been shot dead right there. He should have been shot dead a long time
ago by one of his victims. Well, you ask me, how do you defend against such
violence? Well, number one, be armed at all times. Start there. Be armed at all
times and be ready to fight at all times. Having the equipment to defend yourself
with is paramount. If you don't have skill with your hands, your feet, fist, knees,
and elbows, carry weapons. The minimum I carry in spite of the fact that I,
I, no, I'm not trying toot my horn here, but I do have lots of hard fighting
skills. Yeah, I could do really mean things to people barehanded. But I still carry
a gun. I carry pepper spray, and I carry a blade. Because swarm attacks,
which are very common these days, oh, let's just say jujitsu doesn't work too good
against, oh, two, and three opponents. Yeah, they, Yeah, your face will be hosting a
boot party real quick, but not if I'm armed with other weapons. Even if I got a
blade in my hand, I tell you what, you're not, number one, if I get my back
against the wall, yeah, come on in on me. If I got a blade, lots of people going
to get cut. If I got pepper spray, people going to get sprayed. If I don't have
either one of them and I've got a gun, people are going to get scraped up in a
bag. That's just the way it needs to be, people. That's how you need to be
thinking, too. Now, here's some questions.
Why was dad and even mom unarmed?
No gun, no pepper spray, not even a stick. Why were they not armed?
Daytona
uh is nice if you're on the beach but violent crime can happen to you anywhere
yeah anywhere at any time you can be out on the beach you can be up on the
boardwalk you can be in one of the stores and evil people will do evil things to
you so why are you not armed well i just didn't think anything was going to happen
like that. Well, of course, no one thinks it will, but wouldn't it be nice to have
a gun and not need it, that to need a gun and not have it? Why not have
something to defend yourself and your family with? I'm not trying to beat the crap
out of the mom and dad in the wake of this, but I'm trying to make a point for
all of us here, be armed. Heck, I mean, if you're already at the beach,
a handful of sand is a good weapon. It's a great blinding agent. That's a trick I
used to use going into one of the worst places in Palm Bay, Florida. If you wanted
to go get in a brawl, there was one place down there, and I'm not going to name
it, because I don't have permission to necessarily. And I know the owners,
and I still, you know, running them every long now and then. But anyway, one of
the things I would do, if I was wearing a jacket, on the way into the place, I
would scoop up a handful of sand in each hand and put it inside my pocket.
If I needed a blinding agent to maybe take care of multiple people to get them
away from me, or the blind the singular attacker and then beat the snout out of
them, well, that's what I did. So if you're at the beach, grab a handful of sand.
There's lots of nice rocks that can make good weapons too. I'm not going to be
without a weapon. If they tell me I can't bring a gun or whatever, I'm going to
have rocks in my freaking pocket. I'm going to have something. I'm probably going to
have one of my canes with me, and I can use that too. But I'm not going to be
unarmed. I'm going to be able to defend myself and my family.
Now, I don't think that I'm not even sure they even had time to scoop up sand in
a case like this, but my admonition is to be at all times armed,
and secondly, to be at all times aware.
Situational awareness.
These people's situational awareness was woefully inadequate. They allowed this man to
get within danger range of them and bad things happened.
I don't allow anybody within danger range of my family. I will begin to bark at
you until you back up. I don't care if I offend you. I don't care if I hurt your
freaking feelings. The safety of my family is far more important than your little
precious feelings. I can always apologize later and say, I'm sorry, man, the way you
were walking up on us, things didn't look right, all right? I'm sorry, I'm hyper
-vigilant, and I really protect my family. Please forgive me. Here, here's five bucks,
go have yourself a beer on me, whatever. But I have a 30 -20 -10 rule. Number one,
first of all, the beach, being wide open, offers great situational awareness
capabilities. You've got a wide range of vision all around.
I'm going to be looking at everybody else. Any able -bodied person, male or female,
that gets close to me and my family, I have got hard eyes on them.
They're all threats until I say that they are no longer threats. I've already
assessed most people within 100 feet if I'm in an open area like that. I know who
and what's around me. I'll move myself and my family away from different types and
crowds of people because you just don't know what they might have in mind. Once
they start closing that distance, I'm watching them closer. As soon as they break
that 30 -foot outer perimeter that I draw in my mind, my brain has already been
made up that they are a very possible, not potential, but very possible threat.
and I'm keying on their hands.
that they're focusing on me or if they got their head down and they're moving
because I usually repositioned myself if I think I'm in a danger zone if that
person repositions themselves and keeps coming in my direction, the next step is very
loud verbal commands while my right hand is gripping my Glock 19 and while my left
hand is holding a can of pepper spray and I'm telling him you better step back
from me and I say it really really nice and loud, much louder to what you just
heard. And I tell them, back up. Do not approach me. Back up. Do not come closer.
And if I have to, if they don't get their hands out of their pocket or if they
start moving towards me hard, well, they're not going to hear verbal commands at
that point. They're going to hear the sound of my Glock 19 sliding out of that
Kidex holster or mine, and it's going to come out hot and bad things are going to
happen. Again, don't be afraid of offending people by commanding them to back their
butts up and move away from you and your family, because you and your family's
safety is far more important than some stranger's feeling. So, let's take some
lessons home from this particular instance, and we're going to take just a little
break and be right back with a couple of more instances as we talk about The
owner -in -combat veteran, plus AK -47s, handguns, ammo, tactical rifle accessories,
and much more. So stop in and see us, 1008, Strawbridge Avenue, and visit the best
little gun store in Melbourne. Or give us a call, 321 -499 -49.

We've been talking about defending ourselves against any and all potential threats.
We referenced the situation in Daytona beach Florida down here in my neck of the
woods and where a young man had his throat slashed fortunately survived it but we
questioned or at least i questioned why the mom and or the dad and or mom were
not armed why not always be armed yet don't think that i don't care if you are
brusely good with wing chune or a jeek cundo or whatever i don't care if you're a
an eighth degree Blackbell.
doing here is dealing with this particular type of threat that I'm about to talk
about here because I think we're going to start seeing more and more of it,
unfortunately. Here's the article by Dara Tuggle from February 14th,
yep, Valentine's Day, where a homeowner shoots and subdues armed intruder in limestone
county home invasion. This is out of Alabama, Athens, Alabama,
by the way.
Deputies with the Limestone County Sheriff's Office are investigating an overnight home
invasion that ended with a suspect shot and later arrested. According to the
Limestone County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called around midnight, Wednesday,
February 11th, to the 18 ,000 block of Highway 99 after a report of a home invasion
with shots fired by the time the deputies arrived the suspected intruder was no
longer at the property a short time later authorities learned that a man with
multiple gunshot wounds had shown up at Decatur Morgan Hospital the suspect was
identified as Tanner Stewart of heart cell. According to authorities,
Phillips allegedly broke into a car at the victim's home. The homeowner confronted
him, and Phillips allegedly pointed a rifle at the homeowner and chased him into the
home. Excuse me.
By the way, the apparently unarmed homeowner is very lucky the man didn't shoot them
right there. Yeah, I mean, if the guy pointed a rifle at them, all he had to do
is press the trigger and that do would have been toast. All right, first of all,
never go outside your home to confront anybody, all right? You never know if they're
alone or if they have a cohort with them just waiting for you to come outside and
they're going to take you. This was after midnight, or around midnight, apparently,
it's dark out. Don't go outside your home. Call the cops.
Keep the lights on outside your home. Keep the lights off inside your home. Give
yourself tactical advantage visually.
If they can't see in, but you can see out, you know where they're at all times
and keep eyes on them. Hey, even raise a window and tell them you're about to be
shot or whatever, but Don't go outside your home. Second, if you walk outside the
door, your home, do you think you're going to turn around and lock it behind you?
Because you're not. Well, now you have an unlocked door and evil people outside your
home who, if they wax you, they walk right in through that unlocked door, and now
your family's done. And once they have your family sequestered like that,
guess what they're going to do?
Whatever they want. Don't go outside your freaking home.
By the way, when I first started this program back in 2014, I remember referencing
an article where a man saw flashlights buzzing around,
you know, flickering around outside his house. and he walked out the door of his
home into the garage area. His garage door was up, the outside garage door,
which it should not have been. He walked outside his garage door and suddenly had
flashlights in his face. Two police officers yelling him, drop the gun, drop the
gun, drop. Of course, when two people are talking, and This guy was like 70 years
old, and if you're like me, two people start talking. I cannot understand the dadgum
thing you're saying. One of you cancels out the other, and now I have, now I'm
really visually impaired, and now I can't see because you're flashlights in my face.
So this 70 -year -old man did what anybody else would have done. He raised his gun.
Unfortunately, the two cops did what every other cop would have done and raise their
gun. Because guess what they were doing?
They were looking for a prowler in the neighborhood. And this guy walks out with a
gun. That's just a recipe for disaster. He should never have done that.
Had he simply called the cops and said there's flashlights flickering around outside
my home, they'd have said, yes, we have officers in your area looking for someone.
Please stay inside your home. Gentlemen, I know we have egos the size of Texas,
and we feel like we're required to go out and confront evil. We are also required
to be smart so we don't harm our families in the process, okay? Anyway,
back to the article. From there, a resident, obviously another resident within the
home, fired a gun, hitting Phillips multiple times before he fled the scene.
According to law enforcement, Phillips was wearing a ski mask and a bulletproof vest
and armed with a handgun and a rifle, both.
Mr. Phillips was arrested and actually he was treated for non -life -threatening
injuries at the hospital, and once he was released, he was arrested and charged with
unlawful breaking an
body armor? Well, first of all, how can you even tell they're wearing body armor?
If it's dark out, you might not be able to tell. All right? If not,
well, first of all, don't be outside the freaking house. But if they come inside
the home, you may not have time to make that visual assessment. Well,
actually, you probably won't have it at all. The armor may not be readily
observable, depending on how it's being worn on the outside of their shirt or under
their shirt. Or maybe if you're taking shots at him and you know you're hitting
center mass and there's no discernible effect on your assailant,
well, that's a good indication they might be wearing some sort of body armor, in
which case your point of aim needs to adjust rapidly. This is why I trained my
students
the center mass. If there's no visible effect, immediately adjust your aim upward and
shoot them in the face. If you don't feel like you're skilled enough to shoot them
in the face, aim for the belt line. Armour doesn't usually extend below the belly
button. If you're aiming for the belt line or either just above it or just below
it, well, that's a good thing to do. You might shatter the pelvis,
you might shatter the hip or whatever the case may be. Certainly,
you could definitely cut that main femoral artery that bifurcates down into the legs
for the deep femurals. But if you want to train for a trunk shot,
this is what I do.
Excuse me. Get but eight and a half by 11th sheet of regular paper and position it
horizontally because that's roughly the same size as the target you'll be aiming at
under the armor, okay? Again, this can break hips,
the pelvis. It's probably going to hit that big femoral and which if you do hit
that, they're going to have 15 to 18 seconds of oxygenated blood I'm
use a good home defense shotgun because maybe rounds from your 22 or your 9mm might
hit them down below the belt
because we're going on the assumption you don't feel comfortable aiming for the head
because you don't think you're that good of a shot. No one's going to take a load
of double -a -buck shot below the belt and still be wanting to fight. I don't care
who you are. Not only that, you might feel more comfortable using a headshot with
An article by Jim Hofft with the Gateway Pundit. Illegal aliens break into North
Carolina man's home, tie him up, beat him, and then rape him. A quiet suburban
neighborhood in Greenville was shattered in the early morning hours on Wednesday after
two illegal aliens allegedly broke into a man's home, tied him up, beat him with a
weapon, and then sexually assaulted him and what authorities are calling a targeted
attack, okay? This implies that they had been scoping out the victim.
They assessed his weaknesses. They'd followed him home at some point, and they
planned their crimes based on their intel that they gathered.
They're both illegal Billions, by the way. Yeah, isn't that comforting? Yeah,
some of Biden's voters. Here we go.
According to the Pitt County Sheriff's Office, 21 -year -old Zaid Mayen and 20 -year
-old Jonathan David Garcia -Larios have been arrested in charge in connection with the
brutal home invasion. Arrest warrants list the following charges. First -degree sexual
offense, first -degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill,
inflicting serious injury, first -degree burglary. Authorities say the suspects forcibly
entered the home at 200 Lotus Street with the intent to assault the victim.
According to the publication called The Reflector, the warrants state the men injured
the man with an edged weapon, restrained him against his will,
that is, they tied him up, they zip tied him or they handcuffed him, and moved him
from one place to another in order to inflict serious bodily injury and commit a
forcible sexual offense. The victim, identified in the warrant as a male resident of
the home, was transported by EMS to ECU Health Medical Center with injuries.
Officials have not released further information regarding his medical status. I tell
you one thing, he's going to have emotional complications the rest of his life.
Sergeant Lee Darnel of the sheriff's office described the case as complex and
evolving, emphasizing that it was a targeted crime and not random. Okay,
Again, you hear this twice. It was a targeted attack. When you're at the grocery
store, ladies, listen to me. When you're at the grocery store,
be aware of who is around you. If they seem to follow you through the store,
take note of it. If they seem to follow you out of the store, Be very cautious.
Yeah, if so, if possible, turn around like you forgot something and go back into
the store. And once you're inside the store, turn around and see what they do. If
necessary, you look at them boldly and look at them hard and say, what is your
problem? Are you following me? Say it nice and loud. So everybody else is watching
too. Once they realize everybody else is watching too maybe that'll diffuse the
situation but watch who follows you when you're driving if you see the same vehicle
following you turn after turn after turn do not go home to your house you get on
the phone and you call the police and you put the phone on speaker and you talk
to them as you are driving away from your home and you explain and you give a
good description of the vehicle that you believe is following you and then especially
if you see it's the same people or person that's followed you around the grocery
store or the mall or whatever and then once the police make contact then you circle
back around and you present yourself as the person who called stay in contact with
911 the whole time and you tell them I'm going back to the scene I'm in such and
such a colored vehicle blah blah so the officers know who you are when you come up
on scene and then you describe to them what happened okay
but don't go home if you think they're following you and you hope they're just
going to drive on by. They probably will drive by after they make a note of your
address. Yeah, this is not the first time something like this happened. There's other
stories I've talked about on this program where such incidents have happened because
somebody got followed home. Yeah, one of the worst crimes in Connecticut history,
Dr. Pettett And his family, yeah, just, yeah,
Google that. It's horrific. Anyway,
authorities confirmed that both Garcilarios and Mayen are in the United States
illegally.
Isn't that something? You want to do the right thing here? You put those punks in
general population in the state prison. How about you do that. Probably one of the
best things you could do. Give them a taste of their own medicine. Yeah. Better
yet, be armed at all times. Be always ready to defend yourself.
Never assume you're safe even in your own freaking home because you're not. That
door could splinter in any second and they'll be on you and if you're not
immediately ready to fight, You're in deep doo -doo. Always be armed,
always be ready. And never forget, incoming rounds always have the right of way.
Royce out.
