Shooting Straight Radio
Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA Target Analyst), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

Roy's Bartlett, the keeper in the bearer of truth we know.
Only the facts about the Second Amendment. And never, ever forget that all gun
control laws are nothing less than overt acts of aggression against the American
people and their rights. Exercise your rights in a safe way. Stupidity to think that
someone hell -bent on violating the law against murder will magically be stopped by a
gun control law. Politicians that infringe on our God given rights,
he calls him out, he's not here to play.
So turn it on to the end, crank it up,
Roy's Bartlett, and the Shootin' Straight show.
Let's go! Let's go!
Yes, we are indeed, locked, loaded, and loud on the Shooting Straight Radio podcast.

Amendment, and all things pertaining there too. I am Royce, Royce, your cute,

gmail .com or Shooting Straight Radio Show at gmail .com and i will answer you
usually within a few minutes so i really appreciate all of you that reach out to
me now i enjoy conversing with you it's great to meet so many people who are like
-minded all over the country and i'm telling you what you guys rock uh you are the
backbone of america you really are yes the armed citizen You are the armed,
you are the backbone of this country. Hands down. I know I've said this before,
but I'm fixing to devote some time to it just to make you understand your
importance as an armed American citizen. And I know most of you already understand
this. I really want to drive it deep and drive it home. We,
the armed citizens, are literally the only thing keeping America as free as it
possibly can be right now. We are. Yes, not anybody else.
Not any government agency. No, it's not the judicial branch. It's not the executive
branch. It dang sure ain't the legislative branch. They're all corrupt to the core.
We the people are what's keeping this country free simply by them knowing that we
do have the armament and the will to put up one heck of a fight.
They know we outnumber them. They know we can make life very, very difficult for
them if they decide to just do one big tyrannical push and try to overwhelm us.
So They know this, and because they know this, they really haven't pushed too hard,
too much, too fast. They've been doing, like I said, one state at a time,
or even one county at a time. Whatever they can do to slowly and gradually disarm
the American people, that is what they're doing. Okay, take this to heart.
If they're going to such trouble is spending so much money to disarm us,
you must be pretty dead -gum important. So you arm up, you stay armed up, and you
get other people armed up. You make sure they understand the importance of their
Second Amendment right and the free exercise of it and also the responsible exercise
of it. It's their duty to keep in bare arms. We should all look at it as exactly
that. Because the corruption in this country just runs simply too deep for us not
to be armed. Unfortunately, I think we're at the place where we the people may have
to alter or abolish what's going on up there in Washington, especially with some of
the things that we're now hearing and that are now coming to light from members of
our own government. It's disgusting. It's sickening. It is flagrantly immoral.
It's satanic even. And we're not required. Nowhere in the writings of our founders
that they say, oh, well, if the Satanist and the Democrat communists decide to take
over the government, oh, well, they've got the reins. You just have to knuckle under
to it. That is not what they said. They made the provision for alter and abolish
for a reason, and we may find ourselves having to do that or at least put on a
major show of force. I hope we don't have to do either one of them. I honestly
do. But the entire system of government in this country was originally designed for
we the people, not for the government. But now that principle has been flipped onto
its head, And now the government fancies itself to be all -powerful over and
unaccountable to we the people. Well, why is that? Well,
because there have never been any penalties for their corruption. There's never been
any penalties for their insolence, their defiance against the Constitution,
their disobedience against the Constitution, purposeful violations of the Supreme Law.
They've never faced any consequences and they need to start facing consequences.
And no, I am not talking about vigilanteism. I'm talking about we need to get laws
passed up there that force retribution for every federal employee and every federal
agent and every member of Congress and every member of the judiciary that crosses
the line of the Constitution. I'm not talking about, oh, they need to be fired.
No, no, no. John, not just fired. Sentenced to 10 years minimum at hard labor.
And I'll tell you more about that and my idea about that in just a little bit.
But these people have openly defied our laws. They have totally waxed totalitarian
over us. They've imprisoned and even killed many innocent Americans and they face no
consequences for their actions and that needs to stop yesterday. Because how many
innocent Americans are in some gulag in New York or New Jersey or Illinois or
California or any other state simply because they ran afoul of some illegal gun
control law? What about people who are sitting in federal prison right now who broke
no law? Not even the federal law. Men like Patrick Adamiak, who was railroaded by
that filthy scumbag criminal piece of trash Agent Jeffrey Bodell. He's sitting in
prison today.
Having had evidence contrived and fabricated against him by that piece of worthless
trash, sitting in a federal prison for Pete's sake. How many people are sitting in
federal prisons over some unwitting violation of the NFA or the Gun Control Act or
any of that? How many? There's quite a few, people. There's quite a few. Why is it
that we are now, at this point in our history, reading about decades of horrific
satanic ungodly abuse of children, huh?
Because they felt that they were above all laws, even God's law.
They think they're above them all. They think they are the law, and their will is
therefore amount to law. That's what they think. Why is it they were having
ridiculous amounts of money taken from our paychecks, even before we see it? And
then they're using it to fund things that we find utterly abhorrent, like infanticide
and the ATF. And our money's used for flagrantly fraudulent expenditures like Somali
daycares, why is it that we're allowing this?
Because we have not punished any of them. Because there's really no statute other
than the one for treason that we can apply to them to send them to prison for 10
years or 20 years. There's, we haven't done it. It needs to start or there's going
to be an upheaval and it's going to be bloody. If people are not held accountable,
these things have a way of reckoning themselves. And unfortunately, I'm afraid that's
going to mean civil war. Because you think about what's going to happen if the
Democrat communist are able to assume power again. What do you think they're going
to do? Oh, you don't have to think. Just listen to them. Listen to what Susan Rice
recently said about they are going to be targeting us if they get power back, which
is why they should never, ever, ever get power back again. Because that to them,
that's what it's all about. Having power to persecute your enemies.
And those people work for us. People like Susan Rice have never been punished.
There's a lot of people in government in the FBI, the DEA, the NSA, the CIA,
and beyond that need to literally be marched up those stairs onto that scaffold,
stood upon the trap door, have that heavy hemp noose wrapped around their throat,
have the knot right behind the left ear, from what I hear, and dropped however many
feet is going to take to snap their worthless necks, because that's what it's going
to finally take people if we don't start seeing some accountability.
Royce, man, you're talking about doing, no, nope, nope, I'm talking about doing
everything morally and legally right, and we can do it. Listen,
we're facing the fact that every agency is corrupt. The CIA is corrupt. They're
infiltrated with communist, NSA too. The FBI, totally D -E -A,
totally corrupt, ATF, absolutely corrupt since they were spawned from the loins of
Satan. The Department of Homeland Security should have never been formed in the first
place. That was a boondoggle. Totally corrupt. Not to mention DCF, Department of
Children and Families, totally corrupt agency that had been used oftentimes to traffic
children. The DOJ is corrupt, and yes, I'm going to include Pammy Blondie in that.
The majority of Congress is corrupt, and many of them are actually just, sorry I'm
launching here. They are filthy pedophiles and worthy of a biblical sentence. They
all protect each other, and they refuse to hold themselves and each other accountable
to anybody, much less the Supreme law. So This is why, again, I say,
we, the armed citizens, are the only thing keeping America as free as it can
possibly be right now, because the government is not doing a darn thing to keep us
free. Matter of fact, quite the opposite is absolutely true.
So yes, free citizens with small arms are what's keeping this nation free,
not the government. Now, let me segue into my people. The ATF, oh yes,
my good friends there, without question, absolutely as corrupt as organized crime
itself. They know they'll never be held to account. The fact is,
the majority of all ATF agents belong in jail for life, but there's never going to
be any accountability for them because the rest of the government protects their
enforcers. Oh yeah, they like having the muscle if they need to use it. Jeffrey
Bodell, that scumbagged that framed Patrick Adamiak, he'll never be held to account.
The murderers of Brian Malinowski will never be held accountable. The swine
orchestrated and implemented the fast and furious crap will never be held to account.
And for that matter, why don't you just go ahead and name any agent, any ATF agent
that has ever been held to account for their crimes. Name one.
Oh, but we have to be accountable to them. Yes, we have to apply for a special
tax stamp just to own certain weapons, even if it's a muffler for our rifle. Yeah,
we have to get their permission, and we have to be smiled upon with their
benevolence before we freely exercise these these rights
and I have had me a blipity blank and belly full of this crap I'm telling you
right now I am sick of complying with tyranny I really am how about you where do
you think the information from all those NFA tax stamp applications Americans are
submitting right now in record numbers what do you think they're doing with all that
information they're compiling it by These enemies of the Constitution,
these ATF, they are compiling a registry, an AI -driven registry,
not just of guns, but of gun owners. And your faces and your fingerprints and all
of that is now part of their recognition software. AI -driven software,
which is, for some silly reason, showing all kinds of weaknesses and foibles with
people being arrested after being identified by this technology only to find out the
technology was wrong. What do you think is going to start happening now? Yeah. When
we come back, we're going to talk about that illegal registry. We've talked about it
be here.
Before here. I'm putting all my words together too quickly. We've talked about it
before here and talked about what they're doing in spite of the fact there are two
very definitive laws that forbid them from doing it and they're doing it anyway.
We'll talk more about that when we come back on Shooting Straight.

Been talking about how I have been saying, and I can prove it's true because if it
were up to the government, we'd have no freedom left. And that's why I say, we the
armed citizens. literally, we're over a hundred million strong in this country,
and I do believe it's a lot more than that, but those are the given numbers, as
far as I can tell. We grossly outnumber them, and they know it. Even with small
arms, we've got more than a good chance to defend ourselves handily against their
tyranny. And they know this. So, my friends, We,
the armed citizens, are the only thing keeping this country even remotely free right
now, and that's because we are indeed armed. But if the Alphatango Foxtrot has its
way, they will, well, they're already building a registry, and why do you think they
need a registry? Well, in case, they want to come take the guns that are
registered. Now, why would they want to do that? Well, so they can do things to we
the people that they know we'd have every right to shoot them for. That's what.
This is an article I'm going to reference heavily from Ammo Land from their editors
and staff, and the title is ATF's Hidden Gun Registry, how a tracing system became
a billion record database. Yes, that big.
A new report from confirms what ammo land has been warning American gun owners about
for years, and yes, they have. I've been following them. The Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and really, really big fires, has quietly built
what amounts to be a backdoor gun registry in direct violation of federal law,
and yet that's exactly why I say there needs to be consequences. They need to be
punished badly. It needs to hurt. Every agent involved needs to be sentenced to 20
years hard labor, stripped of all property and pensions and insurance plans, and any
other perks they've received over the years from the federal taxpayers for waging
their war against the security of our free state. How about we divide up their
assets among, you know, the victims that victims that they've created.
I just had to run off on that little tangent. But they're building a backdoor gun
registry. Why has not Congress completely shut down all of their funds and clawed
back any that had already been distributed because they should have done it? But
yet, they didn't. Yeah, this Second Amendment Preservation Task Force,
the Trump formed, doesn't seem to be doing their freaking job. And I'm not sure
that's Trump's fault or if it's their fault or whose fault, but something needs to
change real freaking quick. Back to the article. On February 3, Representative Michael
Cloud, a Republican from Texas, and 26 colleagues demanded answers from ATF about the
scale and legality of this database after being stonewalled for more than a year.
Okay, guys, if they're stonewalling, do you not have the power of the purse?
If they stonewall you, shut them down until they get the info to you that you
require. Why are you not doing that? If you call yourselves upholders and defenders
of the Constitution, that's what you should be doing every time they stonewall you
because that's all they do and they never face any freaking accountability for it.
Eric Holder held in contempt of Congress. Woo -hoo. Boy. Oh,
what a punishment he got, huh? Yeah, what punishment? Now you know what I'm talking
about.
They demanded answers from ATF about the scale and legality of this database after
being stonewalled for more than a year. The concern? A digital trove of hundreds of
millions, possibly over a billion, firearm transaction records that the agency has
digitized from former dealer files. Now, if you don't know,
when a dealer goes out of business, they're required to turn in all of their 44 -73
purchase forms that you filled out to the Alpha Tango Foxtrot, who now did exactly
what we said they were going to do, even though they said, no -uh, we're not going
to do that. And they've digitized it and now created a registry out of it. And
that's why many of them need to be hanged by their neck. The law,
it says the law forbids a national registry in the ATF built one anyway.
So what does that tell you? That they're lawless. If they're lawless, they need to
suffer repercussions. Federal law has banned the creation of National Firearms Registry
since 1986, actually since 1791. Under the Firearm Owners Protection Act.
It states clearly that no system of registration of firearms,
firearms owners, or firearms transactions, or dispositions may be established.
They have done exactly that, though. Does this really surprise anybody? I mean,
really? I mean, they already willingly violate the Supreme law. So why does it shock
anybody that they willingly violate congressional laws and congressional subpoenas and
everything else? They are lawless. They are criminals. They need to be shut down.
They need to have their buildings burnt down to the ground so they cannot ever be
used again. Yet the ATF using a Biden area, area,
come on Royce, a Biden era rule that requires FFLs to retain transaction records
indefinitely. Yeah, because prior to that, FFLs could destroy their records after 20
years. Then when Biden came along, they changed that. And they created a rule that
became law. That's right. They dictated law. What would happen if you get rid of
your records and didn't keep them indefinitely? You go to jail. That's what.
They've been digitizing form 4473s, the very forms that list your name,
address, and what firearm you bought, and storing them at its National Tracing Center
in Martinsburg, West Virginia. In 2021 alone, the ATF admitted processing more than
54 million out -of business dealer records. And by the way,
where'd they get those records from? Yeah, all the FFLs,
they shut down under Biden. Yeah, 2021.
Yep, that's when his fraudulency ascended the Oval office. How do you like that?
I said back when they were shutting these dealers down, that I had a feeling it
had a lot to do with them garnering all those 44 -73s, and now in one year alone,
they process more than $54 million out -of -business dealer records.
I want you to notice how quickly the ATF likes to leap aboard the train,
the tyranny train, so to speak, whenever there's a filthy communist in the Ophal
Office, whether it's Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or his fraudulency, Joey plugs the
child sniffer Biden. They have no problem doing anything they want as illegal as it
may be because they know what? They'll never Be held accountable.
Congress, you can go through the charade of calling them forth and making them stand
on the carpet and making them answer uncomfortable questions and putting all the
theater on. To make it look like you're really doing something, but then what do
you actually do? Nothing. They walk out of the room.
You guys meet out in the hall. When the cameras aren't on, you shake hands and pat
each other on the back and tell each other what a good acting job you did out
there. Yeah.
I tell you what, I want you to understand how speedily and effortlessly, the ATF
likes to transform itself back and forth from, oh, depending on who's in office,
like Trump, they're now the kinder, gentler ATF, you know, whenever there's someone
like Trump in office, and they'll go right back to their true nature as a freedom
-hating, violent, brutal, anti -American agency intent on disarming the entire populace
every time there's some filthy godless communist in the Oval Office. The article
continues, that database is in some tiny archive gathering dust. It contains details
from decades of gun sales, and while ATF claims it is currently not searchable by
name, that capability is simply temporarily disabled and not destroyed and could be
turned back on at any time, and now I add to that, you can count on it just as
sure the sun's going to rise tomorrow, they will turn it back on if it ain't
turned back on already. You think they care because, really, you think they care
when some Republicans get mad at them?
They played this game a long time, and they're still here.
MLN first sounded the alarm on this issue back in 2022. As a matter of fact, I
covered it when they first brought this out back then, and when they uncovered the
ATF systematic scanning of more than 920 million firearm record sales,
I'm sorry, a database that was searchable and stored digitally contrary to the plain
language of federal law. MLN continued to develop the story as it developed,
I'm sorry, to follow the story as it developed, including deep dives into how the
ATF receives and stores records long after dealers could legally destroy them,
effectively capturing a lifetime's worth of privately initiated firearms sales.
Second, reports revealing that the database's design makes it functionally
indistinguishable from a national registry, even if the ATF insists otherwise.
Of course, they will. Third, warnings that ATF maintained this system,
despite repeated protests from gun rights groups, that it violates both statute and
the Second Amendment. Well, why do they do that? Because they're lawless trash,
and they ignore laws, like all other lawless trash. Anything that runs counter to
their designs and their desires, they just simply ignore it. Oh,
they'll call you before Congress. They'll place upon you some non -binding resolution,
and it's going to hurt, and you're going to cry, Mr. Uh, nah, nothing like that.
None of this was a surprise to most gun owners, but it was ignored for too long
by the lamestream media and many in Congress. Why it matters to gun owners?
Because gun owners are not paranoid when there's a fear of a registry. They're
paying attention to the facts. A government database containing your name linked to
every firearm you ever bought is a privacy nightmare. Even the current no -name
search feature is just a toggle away from reactivation. It's also legislatively
banned. Congress never authorized it. Matter of fact, Congress authorized quite the
opposite, and that is, they said you may not create one, and the ATF is effectively
rewriting the law in practice. Yes. I mean,
do you think about it, though, the Constitution never authorized the NFA and the GCA
either, but that didn't stop Congress from violating that. But now they're surprised
when the federal agency does the exact same thing? Congress does? No,
it's a pre -confiscation tool. The article continues. History shows that registries are
often used as the first step towards restrictive policy or seizure,
even if officials deny that intent. And that's always the case. No, uh, we're not
going to take anybody's guns. Okay, we're going to take some some of, but not all
of them. You can keep these, these and these. We just want these. And then they
come along and say, okay, we want these too. Next week, those two. Pretty soon you
have nothing. And then they're kicking your door in in the middle of the night and
doing whatever they want to you. That's right. You know, why are they so emboldened
to do something like this? because they never will be held accountable,
and they know it. The only people that can and will ever hold them accountable is
the American people. And the American people have not started hunting them down yet.
If you think the American people aren't at that point, then I don't think anybody
out there really understands the American people except for the true American people.
everybody I'm talking to is ready to go scorched earth already, especially on all
the pedophiles.
Lawmakers are finally taking notice about this. A representative cloud,
he wrote a letter about this. It's now more than a year old. It's finally getting
widespread attention because this issue affects millions of law -abiding gun owners,
that lawmakers had to threaten oversight just to get answers underscores how far
outside congressional intent ATF has drifted. No, that shows it underscores just how
far outside the law that ATF has drifted.
Not congressional intent. These are laws that they are violating. Nothing will ever
happen to them. They won't be held to account. And you wonder why we're using the
two A words alter and abolish. This shouldn't surprise anybody,
by the way, because the ATF does not care about congressional intent, congressional
oversight. Why? One more time, because there have never been any penalties for their
disobedience. That's why. I'm in the process of authoring a declaration and a bill,
I'm sure it's probably going to go nowhere. I like sending bills to various
representatives, but this is a bill that will mandate a minimum of 10 years
imprisonment with no judicial discretion. In other words, the judge will not be able
to make it less than 10 years. It's a mandatory 10 years. No parole.
You serve all 3 ,650 days to the minute. 10 years for all elected officials and any
federal employees that violate any portion of the Constitution and any other
constitutional federal law. Yes, you guys need to start feeling the sting of
punishment. The accountability that needs to be had, I think their estate should be
sold off to recompense their victims if there are any, then there usually are.
But simply having Congress tell the ATF to stop being bad little bureaucrats and
behave themselves is obviously insufficient. It hasn't worked thus far.
Even after all the upheaval after Waco and Ruby Ridge and all that, nothing ever
happened. There must be a heavy price to pay, and we must demand that it be
implemented immediately for the sake of the security of the free state. This needs
to happen. Let me leave you with a quote from Tinch Cox. As civil rulers not
having their duty to the people before them may attempt to tyrannize, and as the
military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country might pervert
their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the
article in their right to keep and bear their private arms. My dear fellowkeepers
and bearers, that's you and I. And to you, I give a hearty and robust thank you
from the bottom of my heart for helping and being the primary thing keeping the
United States of America free, as free as it possibly can be right now.
That's you and me. That's us. We the people. Thank you to we the people.
