Shauna’s culinary philosophy involved exploring new flavors and embracing a “global approach” on her journey. It operates as an “eco-conscious space”. The market is inspired by Queens, NY with strong Caribbean influences. All products are crafted from local ingredients by a Guyanese American Woman Executive Chef.

- Tasting Queens Market collaborates with various “Farm Partners” to source its products such as In Good Heart Farm, Heartsong Farm, Granite Springs Farm, Zephyr Family Farm, and Good Seeds Farm.
- Hosts community events such as Bingo Night! And “Poetry & Spoken Word Night”.
