He advocates for the proliferation of welcoming, safe spaces for people to have conversations on how to be more cognizant of the various issues pertaining to the mind. Isaiah has a strong position of work-life balance or, simply put, he speaks about how one ought to find a way of integrating your passions, hobbies, and all things of sorts that make one happy into your life.
