University of Miami football alum, Fred “The Hammer” Foster, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss, the qualities that athletes must develop on their journey to becoming a great teammate.  The “Hammer” shares why having a team-first attitude, making sacrifices, and eliminating excuses is critical in increasing a team’s opportunity to be successful.  A member of the 1984 team, Fred reveals how he and his teammates worked together to bring the ‘Canes their first National Football Championship in school history.
