What does it mean to abide in the realm of the Lord?
It is an act of faith.
Abide means that you have made a firm commitment of faith.
You are standing fast in your confession of faith.
The Bible tells us this in First John 4 verses 15 and 16: Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us.
God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
Abiding is an action word. You cannot abide in God without professing your faith in Jesus Christ.
