Isioma Daniels is a well-being consultant and mental health awareness advocate.

Isioma is also into mentoring and counselling and is a dedicated Workplace 

Well-being Consultant, passionate about creating awareness around mental health. The decision to create awareness around Mental awareness was borne out of a realisation that people, especially Africans need to embrace the word ‘Mental Health’ and start taking intentional steps to ensure overall wellbeing 


Education/Certifications:

  • MA Education and International Development- University College London. 
  • Coaching and Mentoring Training Programme-University College London
  • BSc Banking and Finance- Imo State University
  • Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace.
  • Certificate in Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.


Isioma writes blogs to explain mental health in the simplest of terms. As a talking therapist, Isioma also runs an organization called Talk with Issy which aims at getting people to share their experiences, find ways to navigate life’s issues and help individuals understand that struggles are part of life, and help to build our resilience.

Talk with Issy is also into wellbeing events. So far, Talk with Issy has successfully carried out 2 major events; one in June 2023 for women only, and the other in November 2023 open to all.

Isioma is a Christian, proudly Nigerian, happily married and blessed with children.
