Newly married and on a flight to her honeymoon, Courtney decided that this new chapter in her life would not involve returning to her career in accounting and finance - she decided at this moment to turn her high school aspiration of being a florist into a fulfilling business.
In this episode our founder and director, Harry Kempler sits down with lifelong friend and founder of Daily Blooms, Courtney Ray. Two mates chat about Courtney’s journey - starting in a tiny self storage unit as a one woman show to moving into CLIK Collective and hiring almost every available florist in Melbourne. Courtney shares her passion for flowers and growing a business along with the challenges of finding the right balance between mum life and business life.
