Stevie Reneé is an Ayurvedic educator, embodiment facilitator, writer, and lifelong seeker of the unseen. For over 15 years, she has told stories about identity, healing, and liberation—long before she realized storytelling was her first medicine.

Rooted in years of shaping stories on identity and liberation—including her time as Deputy Director of Enterprise at Refinery29’s Unbothered—her work now lives where ritual, embodied practice, ancestral wisdom, and Vedic philosophy meet. She supports sensitive, purpose-led souls in reconnecting with their bodies, reclaiming their voice, and remembering the truth they carry.
