Speaker 5

Hey, hey, let's go, let's go, hey.

Speaker 1

Tap in in the comments.

Speaker 5

Let go.

Speaker 1

Let go. Come on, man, let's go. Throwback future. Hey. Hey, there you go, hey. Let go. Let go.

Speaker 5

Hey. Let go. Hey Man.

Speaker 1

Welcome to the No Shages Palm Trees podcast. Everybody, i'm your host, mr Royce, aka Royce Belafonte, aka my beard. Don't connect but bitch. I know somebody who likes it And I'm sitting across from the lovely, the beautiful, the episode, talented, bonita Sunshine. Hi guys, how are you this wonderful week?

Speaker 7

Oh good, How are you doing?

Speaker 1

Fantastic, as always.

Speaker 7

I see you got the first three twists.

Speaker 1

Yes, yes, yes, found me a lot tissue.

Speaker 7

I was going to ask did you find you somebody down there that you like?

Speaker 1

Yes, yes, yes, very nice, very nice. Yeah, you know so what you went up to.

Speaker 7

Not that much. Friday we went to Kingsman Manion, so that was cool, that was hot.

Speaker 1

There's a thing park in Virginia.

Speaker 7

We went to the theme park and when I tell you be, i haven't been to Kingsman Manion probably in probably over 10 years, like it's been a very long time, so it was cool to go. You know, i was the mama holding everybody's bag, sitting with the baby Go ahead.

Speaker 1

So you don't ride, you don't ride.

Speaker 7

Not really. but I'm going to go back and ride stuff Like I'm not like roller coaster, thrill seeker, but I have ridden them before. So when I'm going to go back when there's no kids and actually ride the rides and, you know, do all of that.

Speaker 3

Okay okay.

Speaker 7

Yes, so it was. it was hot out there. We ended up getting rained on at the end of the night, so that was the whole situation. Yeah, it was cool, it was fun. Micah, that was her. She hadn't been since. She was like maybe two or three when she went with daycare. Oh, okay. And let me tell you she takes after her father because she got on her first. She got on a big girl like an adult roller coaster and had a ball Yeah. Yes.

Speaker 1

Where she ride.

Speaker 7

Oh it was. I think he used to be called a rebel yell, but now it's like a racer. So it's like the two coasters going but they're racing each other. Yeah, when I tell you I was like proud mama, because this girl is scared of bugs, don't do thunderstorms was totally fine on the roller coaster.

Speaker 1

That's dope, that's dope Yeah.

Speaker 7

That was cool. On Friday Jerome and I had a date night and we went and did a sip and paint, or paint and sip, whatever you want to call it. Okay, so we did a couple's picture, so the picture comes together to make one picture, so that was fun. He had never done that before, so that was good.

Speaker 1

Oh, that was sweet.

Speaker 7

How's your weekend been? How's the job going? So I got too fast into that, Let's.

Speaker 1

you found something here. So date night what's the importance of date night as far as couples?

Speaker 7

Oh my gosh, it's very, it's, it's very important. Um, you know we have to find now how to get in back into date night because you know Nova is a cry baby and I don't feel right Like leaving that with someone else. Um, but my parents, they come here the date night that we've had. They come here and watch the girls. Um, and ironically, my mom said y'all can go out once or twice a month, i don't mind watching them. So I was like, okay, So so that's very important.

Speaker 7

I think it's. You should never stop dating. I think that's part of the secret to having you know, a successful relationship and marriage.

Speaker 1

So once, once or twice is is significant, is enough.

Speaker 7

Um, i think once you started incorporating kids, i think to start, yeah, until they get a little bit older, yeah, i think once, at least once or twice a month is is a good start. You know, when you got kids and you got to get people to watch your kids and all of that jazz.

Speaker 1

So did y'all end it with a nightcap, Like what y'all? how did it end? How did night hand?

Speaker 7

No, so the place. So we painted and they actually have food and drinks there, so they had food and drinks. We had a couple of drinks, um, and then we just came home and chill and and let and sent them, said thank you and let them go home Okay. Okay, so it is different if they spent the night somewhere. You know we, we could, you know, really be adults and don't have to rush home. But you know I try not to wear out my. My babysitter passes, so got you, i try to be respectful of people's time.

Speaker 1

Okay, which I eat? the charcuterie.

Speaker 7

No, we had like. they had like appetizers, so they had the phone. the food wasn't that great, so that's that's noted for next time. But they had like mini corn dogs, flatbread pizza, mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, things like that. boneless wings, okay, but I had a really good. it was called like a Shirley's. No, what was it called? I took a screenshot in my phone. It was Moscato and ginger ale with a dash of grenadine.

Speaker 1

Mmm Felt fancy It was good.

Speaker 7

I said let me take a picture of this. So I it was called a Shirley's spritzer, okay. Okay, i took a little snapshot of that because I'm a big daddy home. That little Drake was good. That's what's up. Good shit.

Speaker 1

I'm glad to hear the date night was a success.

Speaker 7

It was, it was we had, we had a good time. Um, you know, jerome, he's like I said, he's never done that. So it's kind of funny because the pictures, i wanted to keep putting them beside each other to make sure that like everything's connected, And he's like no, let's see, let's see how good we are, let's see how well we know each other and if we can get it together without like putting the picture together. So a couple of times we didn't put it together. He kind of just played off of my canvas where to make his line so that they line up.

Speaker 3

So he's got to love it. It was cool though.

Speaker 1

Come on. Salute to black love. Yes, you look rejuvenated.

Speaker 7

You look excited.

Speaker 1

I am, that's cool. I was off Friday.

Speaker 7

Um, yeah, i've had a good weekend. Okay, now Keep it up, jerome Come on now.

Speaker 5

Take some notes, fellas, crazy self.

Speaker 1

That's what's up, though. Yeah, but how you?

Speaker 7

what's new with?

Speaker 1

you Same old, same man.

Speaker 7

It was a good weekend work regular.

Speaker 1

You know, but uh, yesterday we had the show with the DJ. Yes, that shit was fucking lit Check that out. It's coming out on today. Okay, we, it was just a good time. It was a good time.

Speaker 7

Good, good, good. That's what's up, but without further ado. People, you know, let's get into it.

Speaker 1

Uh, this week I don't know how you, where you want to start. You want to start with political, you want to start with gossip, which? you want to start with music? It don't matter.

Speaker 7

Let's put the political at the end, that's we'll put the serious stuff at the end. We go, we go, start out too serious.

Speaker 1

So you want to start with some gossip? Yeah, okay.

Speaker 7

All right.

Speaker 1

Well, uh, you know the topic you. we had discussed last episode with Suki and um, her being sexually assaulted, and it seems to be that she's going on like a uh, not a I'm sorry, but like a feel sorry for me campaign, and that's what people have been saying on the internet. Um, but I don't know if you're familiar with Tasha Kay. you know who she is.

Speaker 7

Yes, i noticed she owes Cardi B a lot of money.

Speaker 1

So Tasha Kay is a uh is kind of like a podcast or influencer. Uh she deals mainly with uh gossip, celebrity gossip, uh spreading rumors and all that type of stuff. Kind of like a Jason Lee Um, what's another one? that's like that. academics kind of like that in that realm. So anyway, tasha Kay decides to. Uh, she, she has this hashtag called whole culture music. I wasn't too familiar with this, but apparently sexy red is in that, that whole culture. The AK Avis Brown booty, my booty, her brown girl.

The Future of Whole Culture Music

Speaker 1

And um, suki is also in there, but she has made the claim that Suki is falling off because sexy red has a feature with Nicki Minaj. So here's the thing. I don't really. I'm not too familiar with Tasha Kay, i don't really know her work like that, but it always seems like she you would, you would be quiet in these instances because you already owe somebody a lot of money. That's one.

Speaker 7

Right A whole lot. A whole lot And can we get into how she's still talking about Cardi B, even though she she owes her money.

Speaker 1

I have not seen her mention Cardi B. I have not seen that myself, but it seems like her new target is Nicki and just mentioning Nicki Minaj. And Nicki Minaj has a new album coming, a pink print too. It's supposed to be coming. But yeah, she, she said Suki is falling off And this is what the tweet said. I can't believe that in whole culture music, sexy red, whatever outsells Suki, who's been drinking bodily fluids on camera way longer than red. Is Suki too old, out of touch? A Nicki Minaj feature is a big deal. Y'all think if she didn't do that cameo with fly like a bird, that is, that is Cardi actually. And she would. She would be more, much more further. And why? So she's saying that Nicki is more popping and Cardi? She is saying Suki is falling off. Where do you stand? and whole culture music because you follow JT.

Speaker 7

I do not follow JT, you follow. I follow young Miami.

Speaker 1

JT, young Miami, the same squad. You follow them.

Speaker 7

I'll follow one of them.

Speaker 1

What's the show?

Speaker 7

Carisha, please You follow all this, so you follow this.

Speaker 1

So what? how do you feel about whole culture, music? Who's at the top of this?

Speaker 7

I don't know who's at the top, but it's definitely taken off. I the sexy. What's her name? Sexy red She's. She's definitely hitting the ground running with it for sure. Yeah, that song, it just, it just makes me giggle. But I don't know, i don't, i don't. You know, in this day and age, like why are we still comparing Nicki and Cardi And I'm referencing Tasha Kaye, like both of them can exist, like now? for me it's like okay, can we just stop comparing? It's getting old. But yeah, i think whole whole culture music is is coming and hitting us fast on for sure.

Speaker 1

So so do you think Suki is falling off, or do you?

Speaker 7

I don't really follow her enough to really know. I don't know or I don't even think I've ever heard. I've heard maybe one of her songs where she had it had all the twerking and everything in the video. I can't remember what the name of it was, but other than that I've never heard any of her music to be honest with you, okay, so I yeah, I can't even speak to her. I've not heard not other than that song, I don't know anything any music by her.

Speaker 1

So you think whole culture music is going to die soon, or is do you think it's just getting started?

Speaker 7

I think it's just getting started. I think I think we got some, some, some time of it, especially like how popular Sexy Red song has become. I don't think it's going away anytime soon because people like people like that catchy you know the things that she's saying like that's, that's getting people's attention. So I don't, i don't foresee. I think we got a while of it Really. I'm not saying years, years and years, but I think I think we got a good amount of time with it. Okay.

Speaker 1

Okay, so she'll be a pioneer in your eyes.

Speaker 7

That's what made me so mad.

Speaker 1

Whole culture pioneer.

Speaker 7

I mean because I've been here, people, I'm out of town, talking with my rails, like I mean you, just, you just keep hearing it Like it doesn't go away. And I think if she keeps putting that music like that, people are going to keep pushing it. We're going to keep hearing it, it's going to keep being on TikTok and it's just. It's just going to keep going, okay.

Speaker 3

I want to see what Krisha has to say about this?

Speaker 1

I don't know. I think she has some ill will towards it. It's, it's yeah, cause it's a lot of people that are profiting off of this And I feel like a whole culture is just. I don't like the term, i don't like the phrase, but it's I guess it's empowering when you're talking about girls. I don't think it's going to be around for too much longer. I think I think it's going to be dead by the end of this year. I think it's a wrap, because I mean especially what, what, what Buster has?

Speaker 1

said at the BET award. She was like I don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know, i don't know. So, as as I was listening to the music, as I was listening to the music, i was trying to get back to the creative thing, cause I'm, i'm, you know, there's this weird stage of the music I was like I don't want to get. At the BET award, t was like, you know, we got to get back to the creative, even by a while. By a while was talking some real shit.

Speaker 1

Like you know, all the music sounds the same. Nobody wants to step outside and do anything different And I believe that we're, as far as rap music, cause nothing. Billboard came out with something like you know nothing has.

Speaker 7

I kind of touched on that last week about how the music today is just not what rap was back in the day, like the rap today is just. I spend most of my time saying what are they saying, because I don't even understand what they're saying or what they're rapping about.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I feel like it's a changing of the guard. I don't know what's coming. I think people are really scared of AI because we just don't know what it is.

Speaker 1

There was like a Patrick star, like he was rapping. They made an AI video of him rapping or singing some song, popular song. So it's a lot of things that come into play. But I agree with Bow Wow, i think, shockingly, i think there is some shit that's going on in the industry where there is just no creativity, there's nothing different, like ah shit, what was that chick's name? She came out Shit, i can't think of her name, but she was. She was a dope lyricist, but she just fell off. I forget that chick's name right now, but it's just.

Speaker 7

Hmm, Do you think should we blame the artist or should we blame the record companies that are pushing these artists?

Speaker 1

It's. I mean, it's supposed to be a reflection of both, I mean the artist is putting out what they feel. So it's not so much that it's, it's much more of. Of course the record company is going to push it because that's what they do, but I don't know why it's not charting. I don't know why it's not really selling.

Speaker 7

It's popular but it's not charting, and I think that's the issue. Okay.

Speaker 1

Like I don't know what it is anymore. I think hip hop is morphed into something completely different now, completely different Now.

Speaker 7

The streaming and charting. They don't go hand in hand, right.

Speaker 1

No no.

Speaker 7

So could it be that that people are just streaming music instead of actually purchasing the album?

Speaker 1

Yeah, and that's what Billboard is going back to. They're going back to hard copies, physical copies. They're going to start counting those, so that should help the artists a lot. That should put hip hop back on the charts, because Right.

Speaker 1

I don't know, man. This shit is like These women are giving they heart and soul out here. They pretty much butt, booty, ass naked and they ain't getting no type of love, no type of respect, right? So I don't know what is to come of it. I don't like how Tasha Kay is always in the middle of something, always saying something.

Speaker 7

Yeah, you would have thought that she would learn her lesson when she got to pay out like $4 million to Cardi B, but apparently not. Yeah, and I did see it's funny because I did see that Nicki Minaj had reposted someone that said something false about her and basically alluded to the fact that she's going to start suing all of these blog sites that continue to spread lies about her. I think they have put that she had bought her husband's chain or something To me. When I read it I was just like okay, i didn't think it was something that sounded out late.

Speaker 1

We have a technical difficulty.

Speaker 7

I'm going to start suing y'all that continue to lie on me and spread these false narratives and everything. So you know, i think some of the celebrities are getting sick of you know, these lies being put in the tabloids about them and we may start seeing more action being taken by them.

Speaker 1

Rightfully so, though. Yeah, i feel like I mean, i've seen the argument of like oh, we shouldn't be pit against each other and da da, da, da da. but if you're spreading blatant lies, things that are not true, and it's hurting my brand, it's hurting my music, it's hurting any opportunities that I can possibly get. Now, when it refers to like buying your husband's chain, i don't think that hurts anything.

Speaker 7

When I read it I was like okay, but yeah.

Speaker 1

In regards to Cardi B, you're telling people she has a STD that is incurable. That's a violation of HIPAA laws. Like you can't do shit like that, like it's doctors that can't disclose that type of information, but yet, and still, you're on here, just saying it, because you heard You heard.

Speaker 1

Like, and it goes back to you doing your homework. Like you, you have to cite your work. You can't just be out here saying random shit and then expect people to be okay with it, especially the person that you're talking about. That shit is just wild to me. I wish much success to Suki. I like Suki, i think she's amazing. She's a great energy, she seems like a lovable person and I just I don't like that whole. academics. Tasha K, jason Levi, that that's just. I don't like the shade room. I don't like Hollywood unlocked. I don't like none of them shits because it's just pure. They just pump negativity all day, every day. It's just negative. shit is never anything positive And if it is positive it's because somebody bought a slot and they're advertising for it Advertising.

Speaker 7

It's never anything positive. And you know we saw um well, i saw when Jackie O pass, like literally hours later after that news drop I think it was Hollywood unlocked had an ad for like cosmetic surgery and people all in the comments.

Speaker 7

Like yo read the room. Like you know, you just dropped the news of her passing and now you're putting an ad out there about cosmetic surgery. So a lot of people were in the comments saying how it was just poor taste, bad time and just it just left a bad taste in them. Out that they actually did that.

Speaker 1

For sure, cause like it's all about the money, like when it's when you're all about a bag or getting money, there is no morals tied to that, right. So it gives two shits about how somebody else is, uh, what they're feeling or what they're going through. I'm trying to find, um, the, the video where DC was given a warning to, to those ladies that get cosmetic surgery. I'm trying to find that.

Speaker 7

Oh wow, it was from recently.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 7

Okay, i did say I did see um he was talking to. um, who was he talking to? I forgot who he was talking to and he was just saying you know how he cries every day over her passing, you know, but having to be strong for his kids and and all of that um, just a sad situation.

Speaker 1

I could only imagine what what he's experiencing and what he's going through. The loss of a loved one is is never easy.

Speaker 7

It's never easy, and the doctor that did her surgery, he he came out with a statement. He won't directly address, um her passing, but he was just saying how, you know, all of his patients go through a physical screening, um, they go through blood work, et cetera, et cetera. So he's kind of speaking on it without speaking on it. Basically, you know it was given. He's very much. You know. Let me clear my name. Um, i follow protocol. You know she had a physical, we did blood work and everything appeared to be fine. It just unfortunately led to these circumstances.

Speaker 1

For sure And and legally binding, he can't say anything. He can't say I'm sorry, uh, you know she passed, or anything like that, because then that's a mission of guilt and court. So yeah, he can't. He can't say anything And I don't expect him to say anything. Um, that'd be kind of kind of wild for him to do that. Uh, i know, i just seen that thing all along. He says oh, here it goes Boom, i knew I had found it, or whatever. Um, let's see, yeah, tmz, hi DC.

Speaker 7

I just want to say, you know, i'm sincerely sorry for your loss And I just want to know, like you know, we've watched you be so strong, right? How are you holding up, like what's going?

Speaker 2

on.

Speaker 7

You're still working, obviously.

Speaker 8

Yeah, you know I'm being with my brothers. you know great love, great energy. you know God is the greatest. He's, he's granting me the strength to keep going. You feel what I'm saying And I got to take care of my babies, you know, and that's just the, that's the key to life. You just got to keep going, stay brave up and never let the tragedies and stuff that you're going through, you know, bring you down. I mean, we human, we emotional, i mean that's the point. I think people want to see me cry. I'm just not going to record myself crying and show you I'm crying, i cry all the time. You feel what I'm saying. I'm just not crying, but I rather show positivity and let people know that God is the greatest.

Speaker 2

I like your videos.

Speaker 8

I want to continue to show that God is keeping me uplifted and he keep granting me the strength, and that's the message that I want to continue to put out there in the world, because there's a lot of stuff out there and they want to desensitize the enemy and what the enemy is doing. No, the enemy is still working.

Speaker 1

Yeah. So I just wanted to put that out there, just because it's it's a lot of negativity out there and people love, yeah, to cry on camera and to get that type of attention and to be like, oh, what was me? Like, we get it, we're human, we all cry, we all go through things. It hurts, um, the same way I still do this show. It hurts every day, you know, but it's never. I'm never going to come on here and be like, oh, just so you can get sympathy and and and it's unwarranted sympathy Like I don't, i don't care about y'all, i just like I don't want to talk to y'all, i don't want to be friends with y'all, i don't care. So why would I cry in front of y'all? I don't want your likes, i don't want your hearts, i don't want none of that shit. I'm a deal, what I got to deal with and God got me like in the privacy of your own home.

Speaker 7

Yeah, god, that's it.

Speaker 1

That's all you can do is God, but keep it on God. Point hub is blocked in Virginia.

Speaker 7

Yes, i saw people on Facebook speaking on that.

Speaker 1

And I think this is the work of the devil. I feel sorry for my brothers in the state of Virginia. I'm sorry.

Speaker 7

What is the backstory with that?

Speaker 1

happening to y'all.

Speaker 7

This is somewhat legislative, or?

Speaker 1

wait, wait, wait. This is tragic. This is not something to take lightly. My brothers in the struggle, they are going through it at this point in time And to have porn hub stripped away from you in the very neat. I'm so glad we're not going through COVID, no more. I'm so good. Whoa boy, you talk about them, some niggas going nuts. Unintended Man, oh man. But yeah, it's a law that was passed, like we talked about a, probably a few months ago.

Speaker 1

There are a few states that are passing laws to verify your identity to watch porn, and this falls into that realm, and states are starting to clamp down. Lay down the hammer, put in that work. They're going to cancel the clapping of cheeks. There will be no, no more fapping on their watch on this Beyonce's internet. There'll be none of that. You disgusting, vile animals. How could you sit there in front of your phone, in front of your computer and your iPad and touch yourself? The government is watching And Virginia is the most conservative state on the East Coast next to about Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania is the North, considered the North and Virginia, i'm starting to think they're the North. They're the North, they're very conservative. Yeah.

Speaker 1

They don't even want to connect themselves to the Bible Belt, which is weird to me. I think it's very weird, but Pornhub is no more in Virginia than. DC. Yes, virginia, now where the law is coming from is your state and local legislators, your mayors, your senators, your councilmen, all the people you don't pay no fucking mind to have canceled your joy And Virginia.

Speaker 7

And if there are other things to worry about and they're worried about this.

Speaker 1

I don't know what eight. Listen, i'm a firm believer. I've said this before. I think porn, sex and all those things are very important. I think they would stop a lot of mass shootings. I think a lot of mass shootings stem from being rejected. I don't think it has anything to do. Yes, it, it, it. It. It's someone. What is that? What's that? Say borderline personality disorder.

Speaker 7

Yes.

Speaker 1

Those are those. Things do exist And I think a lot of people who have friends, i think people who, who, who want their friends to be around 24 seven, like come, come, talk to me, come. I think they're borderline, excuse me, personality disorder.

Speaker 7

I think something is wrong with you when you want to be around somebody 24 seven, something that's absolutely wrong with you, Do you feel that way with like not just I know you said friends, but people in relationships, You would say the same thing that they got some kind of there's something else.

Speaker 1

There's a difference between clingy.

Speaker 3

Mm, hmm.

Speaker 1

And overly weird, like overly just over the top. I need to know where you are. I want to be in in your skin, like it's not low key, like that. I like that. You know. I want to be in your skin type shit, that should be low key fire, i ain't going to. I do like that. But there has to be a healthy balance of it. It has to be, you know, some time where not so much that you take to yourself, but it's some time like where we're just kicking it on a couch and we're not really paying each other attention, we're just around each other. That's cool too. But the whole I need to know where you are. I want to be everywhere you are and all that stuff is kind of excessive.

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 5

I don't know about that.

Speaker 1

I think you should go away. You know what I'm saying. It's a little bit weird, but yeah, i don't, i don't. I like it when a girl is clingy, really. Yeah, i really like that shit.

Speaker 7

That's shocking to hear you say that.

Speaker 1

Yeah, i like it when girls are clingy. It's a slow, key, attractive. Okay, it's like oh, i like it when she don't need me, she wants to be around me. So I like I just want to kick it with you, i just want to be around you. I just come here, turn on this Netflix, rub on your little booty like that shit, especially with a West name, like a chick. Like what's this chick name? Who is like that? Steve Urkel's girlfriend, or RIP? Yeah, i love that She was adorable.

Speaker 7

She was Myra. she was definitely obsessed with Steve. I love that shit She was. she was obsessed with that man.

Speaker 1

Like get away from me, come here, that shit fire man, i fuck with it, i fuck with that heavy. But at the same time I'm pushing for her to go on a girls trip.

Speaker 7

Yeah.

Speaker 1

Like I would.

Speaker 7

That's that healthy balance that you're sticking up. Like you'll pay if she's in your skin, but you also are encouraging that go be with go, go hang with your girl.

Speaker 1

Yeah Yeah, get out of here, get out of my face. I'm trying to play 2k. Go away, you know, and don't let her be on her period. Oh my God, and you going on a girls trip? Double whammy. I love it. I'm winning, i am, i don't have to worry about shit. Okay, a fuck thing. You, ma'am, enjoy yourself. I live in Georgia now so I can fap away. Horn hub is not blocked for me. Sorry, virginia.

Speaker 3

Eat a dick. Oh my God.

Speaker 1

I love it, man, but yeah, i like it when my woman is clean. That shit's fired.

Speaker 7

Okay.

Speaker 1

Do you bring your? you bring your man to plate when you cook Or you just kind of like I go get going and get it It depends Foods in there and get it yourself.

Speaker 7

I mean, like, if it's for, okay, if we have, like tacos, you know I'll put the, i'll put the shell and put the meat in. but like, we'll have like the lettuce, the cheese, the sour cream that's on the table And you know here's your meat and taco, the toppings are here too. But like, if I cook a meal, i have no problem with. you know, sometimes I ask your room do you want me to fix your plate? And he'll be like no, i got it. He'll be like, yeah, that's cool. It just it depends.

Speaker 1

So if you're at a, I'm not opposed to to fixing a plate. So is it more? do you do it more so in social settings, or do you just not do it, So like if you're out at a cookout, are you like I'm going to fix your plate?

Speaker 7

No, we don't. We don't really do it in social settings.

Speaker 1

What Really?

Speaker 7

Mm-mm. Really. It's more so like when we're at home, like social settings, we kind of just spend for ourselves.

Speaker 3

Okay.

Speaker 7

Unless, like unless I have the baby or something. Jerome actually asks do you want me to fix your plate more than I? probably asked him when he and he're talking shit. Now, okay, he'll offer in public more than I will, but for the most part, like we don't really fix each other's plate in public, I mean he said I got him sounding like a soap.

Speaker 1

I just asked a question.

Speaker 7

You about to make us have some marital issues.

Speaker 1

I just thought it was, I thought it was natural. I thought it was like natural, like women, just uh, how come fix your plate type deal. I mean, I've always had that in, in, in experience.

Speaker 7

I'm not opposed to it, um, but it's just. I'm with me and, depending on your, hands. We're very different though, And it's funny you sing that song, but I think, like I always go back to, I think it's because we did such a long amount of time long distance that we kind of like you know, I have no issues doing that, but we kind of do our own thing And it like, it like works for us.

Speaker 1

So um, so we have a lot of. When y'all go out to eat, who paying Like? if it's your turn to pay, right, do you slide him the card or do you?

Speaker 7

I'm going to take out the card and pay. Why am I supposed to be? This is.

Speaker 1

Twitter.

Speaker 7

Am I supposed to be sliding him the card? Twitter has limits. What they say.

Speaker 1

Twitter has many posts that I unverified, posts that you can't see. now They have limited it. We're going to move along. So, um, twitter, now you have to pay to see posts on Twitter.

Speaker 7

Yes.

Speaker 1

So do you think that's going to be the natural natural progressing, like subscription based social media? I think everything is really going to subscription based, but do you think social media is gonna move towards that?

Speaker 7

I think what Elon Musk over Twitter now, i think, specifically talking to Twitter, yes, i'd be interested to see how far he takes it and the reaction of the users to see if he, like, dows it back, like, if Twitter takes a hit because you're putting in these ridiculous features and rules, i wonder if he'll come back around and say all right, let me put it back to how it was. But I don't know with him, because this is the same guy that feels like no one should work from home. So I don't know. I feel like he's starting to run Twitter into the ground And I feel like it's not gonna be what it was. Obviously, with these changes coming into place, to me he's just doing too much Like why are you doing all that?

Speaker 7

Because, you got the power to do so. The power and the money Like why are you doing that?

Speaker 1

Yeah, I run shit, yeah, yeah. I don't know. I'm nervous because I feel like everything is going to go to subscription based, Like I got. My butthole got tight when I opened up Netflix and it was like, yo, you got to change your password because your internet is not in the same IP address And I was like, oh my God.

Speaker 7

And then on different TV. It's just the most.

Speaker 1

I said wait a minute.

Speaker 7

So let me ask you, because you've always been a fan of Black Twitter if Twitter goes to subscription, are you staying or are you leaving?

Speaker 1

No, i don't pay any subscriptions, like I'm not doing that. And then it was a subscription for I think it was Mercedes or BMW, where there's a subscription for like amenities, like heated seats for to get your for them to come pick up your car for the music, like they come pick up your car for like repairs and shit. It's subscriptions, like the car is subscription based for shit that you would think naturally coming to car.

Speaker 7

Well, coming to car right.

Speaker 1

But now everything is turning to subscription base. So if cars are turning that way, i believe it's only natural for social media. They've already done the music, they've done the streaming, so social media is the place, cause they can't get you with the ads. Not too many people are buying the shit. So what else? what other way can we force you and force our ways into our way, into your lives? Subscription based social media. Now you can only see some of your friends Like it's not gonna hurt my feelings. I don't like having them. I don't like virtual friends. I like my friends are my friends. I don't give a shit about what they think. I haven't seen these niggas for like 13, 14, 15 years.

Speaker 2

I don't give a shit.

Speaker 1

All right, come on man, i don't even recognize these niggas when I see them in the street. Like, who are you? Like God damn life has been lifeing on your ass This awkward moment when you're out.

Speaker 7

Are you the person like, were you asked? if somebody speaks to you and you sitting there like what the fuck is this? Are you gonna ask what their name is? Are you gonna continue to speak like you don't even keep it moving?

Speaker 1

Man, listen. I went to the store This one I was in Virginia just before I was probably a week before And I went into a ride aid and there was a lady in the cashier. As soon as the lady was the cashier, as soon as I walked in, i locked eyes with her and I was just like I don't know where I know her from, but I feel like I know her from somewhere. And she's looking at me the same way. I've never spoken to this lady a day in my life, even when we were in school. So I go get me what I was gonna get and I go to the register and she's like don't I know you? And I was like I don't know. I guess I do a podcast, so I don't know if you know me. And she was like no, i don't think I know you.

Speaker 1

I was like listen, if you do, you do I don't know who you are. And I was like what school would you go to? She said the school. I was like yes, i went to that school. She was like oh, okay, that's where I know you from. Still didn't know this lady's name. She knew my name, didn't know hers.

Speaker 1

I was just like hmm, She was very different from what I remember her from, very different, and I'm just like hmm, You like?

Speaker 7

is this the same person?

Speaker 1

Okay, if you're Cesar if you're Cesar, this is awkward. I just want to. Can you ring me up? I just want to. She's asking me like, oh, how you been.

Speaker 7

Cause you don't do small talk anyway, so I know it was already awkward in itself.

Speaker 1

Well, it's not even small talk. It's like why do you care? You don't care how I've been. Before I walked in this store, you never knew I existed. So why are we talking? Just ring my shit up so we can, I can go. Clearly, you got seven more hours to do. You just got here, so I don't really fucking know what's going on, but it's the weirdest thing. So when I don't know who you are, i'm not going to chit chat with you. Who are you? You know me from? oh, okay, hey, cool.

Speaker 7

I feel for me like I feel awkward saying what should I? So I just will leave it Why? I don't know Cause, it's like I don't know. It just feels awkward, like they clearly know me sitting having this conversation and I'm like in my mind like trying to put together like who the hell is this?

Speaker 1

So you don't think it's worse when the conversation is over And then we're like this nigga don't even know who the fuck I am, Didn't even ask me, had the decency to ask me who.

Speaker 7

Yeah, that's good girl. Yeah, All right now, see you later. I'm going to tell you. It happened years ago. I was at Red Lobster and this guy started talking to me and I was like Cali, i know his face, but like I can't put, like I can't connect them dots, like where the? so I just kept talking. I never asked his name, i guess I didn't have the confused look on my face, so we just chit-chatted. Then I went on Facebook like okay, i got to find this guy. I know who his, i think I know who his friends are.

Speaker 1

Hold on, i got a spider and keep talking. Hold on, got a spider.

Speaker 7

You got a spider, oh no.

Speaker 1

Big ass spider. Hold on people.

Speaker 7

So I went ahead and, just you know, tried to figure out via Facebook who this was that I sat in front of the Red Lobster and talked to, because I definitely, I don't do spiders.

Speaker 1

Sorry y'all.

Speaker 7

I do do not do spider So yeah, that shit was biggest fuck.

Speaker 1

I can't sit up here and scream on live Shit.

Speaker 5

Motherfucker biggest of fuck.

Speaker 1

See, I keep checking over here. I stopped on it but I just want to make sure Listen to it, Yeah.

Speaker 7

Make sure they, i don't know if you can, toilet paper at the bathroom and pick it up and flush it. So I know for sure that they ain't coming back.

Speaker 1

Oh, zombie spiders and shit. They could be walking with one leg. What?

Speaker 7

No, i don't fool. Without um-mm, i don't do no buds like that. Especially now, spiders. That's probably the biggest fear I have is. I don't know what it is about spiders, but They don't make sounds.

Speaker 1

They don't make noises, they just like. He was just sitting right there Didn't say a fuck thing. How the?

Speaker 7

heck, did you notice him?

Speaker 1

He started moving Now there's something out there side of my peripheral. I was like what the fuck is that over there Talk about people? I don't know. I know this fucking spiders over. Fuck that nigga. I think we're gonna die. I don't give a two shit. I don't care if they eat insects or not. You are out of here, sir.

Speaker 7

Look.

Speaker 1

Fucking ninja, i would tell you Mm-mm.

Speaker 7

But yeah, i just feel awkward asking people who are you.

Speaker 1

Oh, i say it in a heartbeat. Hey, where'd I know you from, because I'm never going to see you again.

Speaker 7

This is true, and I've never seen that guy again. So I'm at the Red Lobster Right, never ran into him again And he was just having this full fledged conversation that the whole time. I'm looking at him like Ali, i know you. Yeah, i know him from somewhere, but I'm gonna just keep talking and act like I know exactly who I'm talking to.

Speaker 1

No, Because I'm quick. I'm quick to be like this. Nigga don't even know me. Fuck me, bro, get out of my face. I like it when I see old classmates and coworkers And they just wave hey, what up, what up? No, that's it, don't stop. Don't stop where you going. Don't be lying to me.

Speaker 7

Wave and keep it moving.

Speaker 1

Yeah, i get it. It's cool. We all got shit to do, and that's what I was I'm referring to with friends. Like we got shit to do, man, like everybody has a life now. So and I feel like when you, when y'all do finally link up, that should be the time to cherish it. Like it should be lit as fuck because we can only do this one time this year. It shouldn't be like, oh, you know, guilt tripping people, oh, we should do this more often, like no, no, we're good.

Speaker 7

You say that and it usually doesn't happen Like in that moment you're like, oh my gosh, this is so fun. We should do this more often. And then, once you go back home, you still think about how much fun you have, but you never sit and make plans for the next outing.

Speaker 1

No, because people are terrible at making plans. People do not hold plans, people are not good at plans.

Speaker 7

Let me tell you. So it's funny. You say that I was supposed to go have dinner with two friends last Wednesday. Look, if I don't write it down or put it in a calendar or something, i'll just say it out of mind. So my friend texted me like that evening or the next day And she was like weren't the three of us supposed to have dinner? And I was like, oh, i am the worst with that. Like if I make plans for somebody, if I don't write it down or put it somewhere, i'm going to forget that we even made plans to go to dinner And that's what happened. And I was just like, oh, my gosh, i'm so sorry And I actually could have went that day. Jerome was here, but I forgot we had even talked about it instead of day.

Speaker 1

What should we think about? What are we going on?

Speaker 7

There could be so much going on in my head. Like work has been very what is the word? I'm not going to say stressful, but it's been very like consuming of my energy dealing with a whole lot of like personnel issues. It's not even the work, It's the freaking people, It's the people complaining about this. They upset about that, That after a while that stuff just drains you.

Speaker 1

Oh you, HR supervisor.

Speaker 7

Right, that's the true thing. So lately, that's what's been. That has been like draining my entire soul, because every every day when I log on to my computer it's like someone else is complaining about something and you know like having to deal with that. Then if it's not work, it's the key is, it's just it just be a lot going on in here. It just be a lot of, a lot of always feeling like I got stuff to do around the house, just always a lot of things.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, so you got to write it down.

Speaker 7

Totally forgot about the dinner. So, yes, i'm going to have to put it in the phone. I'm going to have to put it on a calendar. I'm going to have to get a whiteboard, because don't make plans with me, because they're probably going to fall. Third, at least some audience about it, right, yeah?

Speaker 5

That's fucking wow. How old are you? 37?.

Speaker 1

You ain't even 50, nothing yet Like.

Speaker 7

I've been sitting here living my life, dad, even thinking about the fact we're supposed to go to dinner. Oh, it's just amazing. Oh yeah, we weren't working.

Speaker 1

Friends. I have those like eating. I'm supposed to do that with friends. I made those plans Like what I need a whiteboard.

Speaker 7

I'm telling you. They written down somewhere out of sight, out of bad. Now it's funny because I brought it up to So go to dinner somewhere and I was like so you remember that you ain't even asked to get? like you remember that I told you about this but you didn't revisit it with me. Ok, got it. So no one tried to help me. Remember, over here I got pregnancy Bernie. Oh man, Look, I'm a work in progress.

Speaker 7

Oh man, so two kids, so juvenile performed on a tiny desk. I saw that social media was so excited, oh my gosh. And the crazy thing about it is I read that back in April someone had tweeted him and said oh, juvenile on a tiny desk. And he was like what is a tiny desk? And you know, he ended up saying if I get 10,000 retweets or whatever else, i do it. So here we are.

Speaker 1

When he did it and he did it. Was it five.

Speaker 7

It was cool. I mean I spent most of my time just laughing because they just look at it. He did slow motion back that thing up 400 degrees. What else did he do That?

Speaker 3

was rodeo rodeo.

Speaker 7

You did about five or six songs 400 degrees is classic.

Speaker 1

It's an album I can listen to beginning to end. OK that that shit is purifier. So I fuck with you. I'm going to watch this. I haven't watched this yet.

Speaker 4

Um, you know, I Oh yeah, this is my shit, what do you call that?

Speaker 1

Mm? hmm, let go. Yeah, that was fucking classic, bro, like I got to check, yeah.

Speaker 7

I do like like for me, like I'm a sucker for like live bands like this. you know like I like that when an artist has a live band and they perform their songs, so it was cool.

Speaker 1

Yeah, it was cool. That shit looks like a moment, it was.

Speaker 7

I'm sure it was. It was a moment for him. I know Tiny Desk has been celebrated in Black Music Month, so we've seen a lot of Tiny Desk come about with a lot of black artists. Charlie Wilson was that was great. Babyface was good, tank has one which I have not yet watched Juvenile. So yeah, they've been. They've been throwing together some really dope tiny deaths.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that's fire, and it's 50 year anniversary of hip hop, so that's, that's fire.

Speaker 7

Yeah, i'm going to check it out.

Speaker 1

I'm going to check that out after the pot because that that 400 degrees album is that shit. Fire man from beginning to end, like especially the skits back the line up, back the line up. I feel sorry for your mother. Like that shit, fucking fired up. Hey, salute to Juvie Manny Fresh is great to see stood Manny Fresh out here looking like a lesbian Mom. Hey, let go. Oh, this sound good.

Speaker 7

Speaker 5

Oh, bling, bling. Ok, this is a good snack.

Speaker 1

I'm going to watch this shit. That's your heart. That's your heart checking out.

Speaker 7

you know everybody was giving juvenile his flowers, So that's always, that's always great.

Speaker 1

First show, you deserve it.

Speaker 7

Yeah, keeping it on music. So, rihanna, we know that people keep saying where's the album When we get it? get it, abel. Everybody has been itching, but Rihanna has now hit a milestone of becoming the first female in history to have 10 songs with one billion streams each on Spotify. So she has 10 songs, they have a billion streams each, and she basically came out and said let me talk my shit, i did it all without an apple.

Speaker 1

So So top number one Rihanna song for you.

Speaker 7

Speaker 1

Speaker 7

Okay, i don't want to be in this song. You think it's mostly the song that she performed at the Super Bowl.

Speaker 1

I don't know that playlist. A rude boy, rude boy. Yes for sure. I don't know, didn't really. I don't know if the it probably did, cuz it got Drake, cuz it got Drake, yeah, man.

Speaker 7

What else is she?

Speaker 1

that's funny, cuz I wouldn't pick any of these songs. Like these aren't my favorite Rihanna songs.

Speaker 7

Like I don't check for these shits, i really don't know what about wild thoughts, even though she was featured on that fucking.

Speaker 1

I can't stand that song.

Speaker 7

You know, I swear to God.

Speaker 1

That she's just on the hook.

Speaker 7

Pour it up.

Speaker 1

Pour it up as fire. That shit, that's sexy. I like it when Rihanna sexy.

Speaker 7

What about bitch? better have my money that shit was hard.

Speaker 1

It was too gangster for me, though I don't really. I don't really fuck with it like I The Rihanna people love. It's not the real. I like to be size of Rihanna.

I'm not listening to this. Come on, man. Not listening to that, bro. This, this my shit.

Speaker 5

Shout out Riri man, come on, let go.

Speaker 1

Come on, man, this the shit. That should have been a billion streams. I'm not. I'm not listening to that.

Speaker 7

So do you think we're gonna get a Rihanna album?

Speaker 1

Oh, of course it's not gonna be up to the anti caliber, it's not. But we're gonna get one, cuz she stepped down from Fenty, you know she ain't got shit else to do after this baby pop, i'm pretty sure I'm gonna pop out that shit. Finn is gonna be fire, but it's not gonna be.

Speaker 7

Anti oh my god it's not my favorite album by her.

Speaker 1

Let me hit it. Let me hear the first line no, hey, hey, what's your favorite?

Speaker 7

Speaker 1

What's the what's the top song from talk that talk for you all the ones you don't like.

Speaker 7

Speaker 5

Impression And affection, and I hope I'm not sounding too desperate. Hit him with it That nigga snap. Come on bro. How he said me, how he said.

Speaker 1

That nigga snap Man, come on, come on. Maybe, That's how she got ASAP.

Speaker 7

If we never get had another album from her I think we have Her catalog has enough great hits that we could die For sure, And she put out amazing music.

Speaker 1

What we did get from her- First of all, i'm not dying And we'll be okay. And I respect the gangster. I do respect the gangster, tammy, i do, it's just. I don't like gangster Rihanna. It's not, it doesn't do it for me, it's just not. It's not believable. How many gangster tracks does she have? That hard shit is. It was hard when it came out, but I don't know. I don't think she got too many gangster tracks.

Speaker 7

No, what about?

Speaker 1

That nigga singing this hard.

Speaker 3

And on me.

Speaker 1

That nigga can you? see No. Okay, so that nigga I can't sing, but I do. I do know, like you're supposed to sing from your diaphragm, that nigga is singing from his throat. That, oh my gosh.

Speaker 7

So yeah, congrats to her. That's a big old milestone. I guess That's a lot of strings.

Speaker 1

But it's a lot, that's a lot.

Speaker 7

I think, I think probably the the Superbowl is what did it.

Speaker 1

Honestly, Oh yeah, yeah, they ran it up. After that, they ran it up.

Speaker 7

All those songs she performed.

Speaker 1

What's my name? Oh yeah, This, this one up. Yeah, I just I don't know. Yeah, i didn't really like the the pop, the poppy, rihanna. This is not this. This is like running, running away, running away music I get it. Drunk on love, like I don't know. We got enough, though, but if she does one more, it's a wrap If she can provide another. If she just gets in her fucking bag, like with all these great writers, what kind of sound should?

Speaker 7

she give us. Should she go to? her should she go to her roots and give us, i don't know, island's down or R&D? No idea.

Speaker 1

But what I do know, if, if she gets all these great writers that she's been getting, i would say from unapologetically, i would say from unapologetically, i would say from unapologetic, to anti those, those writers she worked with the dream future, that just top notch writers, like she did that Tim song. Even though people don't like it, that song is beautifully written. It's an amazing song. It just I just oh, she just goes. And just one more She can give us like five or six, five or six songs I'll be, I'll be fine.

Speaker 1

Not just Wakanda, bullshit.

Speaker 7

I didn't, I couldn't, I couldn't get down with it.

Speaker 1

Even though I hear her, i feel it, but it's just, 2016 was the last time and that shit still thaw, still thaw. That's amazing, yeah.

Speaker 7

So we'll see. We'll see after she drops this baby what's the next move for her Cause we know, like you said, she's no longer over what Savage X Fenty.

Speaker 1

Yeah, we need to find out what ASAP Rocky doing, cause, quite as it kept that nigga ain't put out shit and not that he has to, but you kind of have to brother Like I ain't heard shit that I liked since long live ASAP. And I don't know what's going on with you. Yeah, Testing was like, but long live ASAP at. long live ASAP was good. I need some more music, bro. I need you to stop playing. stop playing right now. Yeah.

Speaker 7

But yeah, salute to. Rihanna Yeah, keeping it on music Grand jury has decided not to file charges against Travis Scott for the deaths at his Astro world festival Straight up. So yeah, he's, he's not going to face any charges for the deaths at his Astro world festival. So yeah, he's, he's not going to face any charges for those. Salute to Travis.

Speaker 1

Scott, yeah, i want to. I want to take this time out to salute Janelle Monae. She was at Essence festival and she pulled out the most prettiest titty I've ever seen. That's the top ball, like you can just palm it. It's like we was talking about grapefruit last night and they did to. They, the two ill chicks, do this thing with the grapefruit. They do a rain toss with donuts and then they're great through. The meat Demands me. So that's, that's lit. But Janelle Monae had grapefruit And he just perfect. And she said you cannot police me, look at my teddy.

Speaker 7

Get off my areola.

Speaker 1

I'm all on that motherfucker. That thing was supple It was. It was. Now I'm on a boy.

Speaker 7

It's funny you talk about boobs because my story time was dealing with some boobs.

Speaker 1

That shit. Shit is amazing. You like that segue, tammy. You like, where did that? Hey shout out to two ill chicks. They was talking about grapefruit, but Janelle Monay put out a teddy And it looked like grapefruits. It's amazing. You see how I did that. The worst insane face. Yeah, you know, but America is about to end affirmative action, or they're trying to.

Speaker 7

Yes.

Speaker 1

How do you feel? Because affirmative action does not, does not affect us, just only us. It goes to other cultures as well. How do you feel about affirmative action, especially mixed race babies?

Speaker 7

It just goes back to for me, like the decisions that the government is making us, like we have other things to worry about And this is what you choose to do. Are you OK over there?

Speaker 1

Yeah, you did. Did you hear what? that shit is fucking funny.

Speaker 7

What the grapefruit?

Speaker 1

How do you feel about affirmative action and mixed race babies?

Speaker 7

Something's wrong with you. No, i just think it's other stuff to worry about, and the Supreme Court and everybody else is just focusing on all the wrong things. That's just how I see it.

Speaker 1

I don't know. So you think affirmative action still should be in place?

Speaker 7

Yeah.

Speaker 1

On both sides, because you know white people are claiming to be the minority now. So when that happens, what do you think should happen? Do you think they should just infiltrate all HBCUs and have Toga parties?

Speaker 7

Have to Toga.

Speaker 1

That's white people shit.

Speaker 7

That is, i don't ever see them on TV.

Speaker 1

What ass. Naked with a bed sheet on. I don't know why she said it was sexual assault. Bro, it was like I don't get it. I was only in a sheet. She wanted my dick Like come on, She loves my cock.

Speaker 7

Yeah, it's just too much Like they're just doing the most, like they are really doing the most, like focus on the problem, the gun problem in America, or something. You focusing on affirmative action, where we keep having these mass shootings and you're not worried about that. It's just stupid to me.

Speaker 1

Do you think they're profiting off of the mass shootings?

Speaker 7

Probably.

Speaker 1

They being the government.

Speaker 7

Yeah, probably.

Speaker 5

I see you, my sister.

Speaker 7

Probably We. Just we focus on all the wrong things. You trying to fix all the things. That ain't broken.

Speaker 1

If you were president? what would you do If you had all the power, if you had absolute power of an Aligarchy and you would just on the throne, queen Benita of America, even though we know this would never happen because America is a democracy.

Speaker 7

Yeah.

Speaker 1

What would you? what would be the first thing? Or give me a list of three things you would. You would fix.

Speaker 7

First off, there would be free health insurance.

Speaker 1

OK, shout out Canada.

Speaker 7

Free health insurance. Gun control, because it's getting out of control literally every time you turn around as a mass shooting. It's got to be, it's got to be. Something has to be done about that. And then I think, probably something with tuition, like college tuition Okay, probably free school and to some extent, I think.

Speaker 1

And your first, what is it? 100 days or something That's the 120 days or something. Yeah, six months.

Speaker 7

Yeah, that's what you're doing.

Speaker 1

100 days yeah.

Speaker 7

Okay, I think for me, especially with healthcare, I think insurance is a scam. You pay this money into insurance and then you come at me and I still got this big ass bill. It just doesn't set right with my soul. It's very bothersome to me, the whole insurance and healthcare And I would probably loop all of that together like free, better healthcare and free insurance, Like anything related to healthcare, fixing all of that and making it a whole lot better than what it is.

Speaker 1

Okay, you just want to say fuck Obamacare. This is Bonita care. Okay, all right, i'm with it.

Speaker 7

I'm gonna give you all free healthcare, okay.

Speaker 1

I'll fuck with that. I think they'll go with it. I think they'll go with it.

Speaker 7

Yeah, i just look at situations like you know, just the extreme situations where people you know say they get cancer and they're stuck in the hospital and they're getting chemo and they're getting all these treatments. Number one you're not working, so you have no income to pay for these massive bills that are accumulated from your healthcare. Like, how do you survive after that? How do you get back on your feet after you've survived you've battled cancer, you've survived. Now you got to figure out how to pay all these bills that helped you live.

Speaker 1

Just do door dash, it'll be okay, you know what. That's what America says. No, you got cancer, great, you beat it. go do door, dash.

Speaker 7

Take our loans, you know, just no big deal Yeah.

Speaker 1

It's fine, you'll be okay. That's what I was thinking. Your kids will survive, it's okay.

Speaker 7

It's right.

Speaker 1

Go do door dash.

Speaker 7

Right right.

Speaker 1

And pass it around. you know it's okay, america's one fucked up place. America's one fucked up place, I swear.

Speaker 7

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1

There was a mass shooting in Baltimore, so it's like 30 people shot and two people died. It's weird.

Speaker 7

A house party right.

Speaker 1

Black party.

Speaker 7

Black party.

Speaker 1

yeah, Fucking weird.

Speaker 7

It's never, ever ending.

Speaker 1

If I see niggas crying on the internet one more time, I'm done. I'm gonna just start flaming niggas.

Speaker 7

Who cried on the internet name?

Speaker 1

I'm not saying anybody's name. I'm just saying If you point that camera at your face and start crying, it's a fucking wrap. I'm gonna just start flaming. Like look at this, niggas, oh, oh, oh, bitch has niggas crying and shit over shit. Oh no, oh my gosh, i'm done with them. niggas, hey man.

Speaker 7

Are you gonna check out Jada Pinkett's memoir I?

Speaker 1

don't support anything Jada Pinkett does, so no. Not, I'm not reading a red table talk. I don't wanna read. That's a shit baby a fan.

Speaker 7

She has a memoir dropping in October and she's gonna talk about her life, marriage, all of that stuff.

Speaker 1

And how she gave her kids, introduced her kids to psychedelics. And oh, i don't give two shits about Jada Pinkett Smith. I don't give a fuck about celebrities. I don't really care about them. They're the most uninteresting people I have ever met or ever seen in my life. I don't fuck with them. Celebrities are trash, trinidad James trash. I don't fuck with it. Jada Pinkett hasn't been in a movie since Shane Like.

Speaker 7

And, speaking of red table talk, she just announced that it's coming out.

Speaker 1

She is the strangest woman I've ever seen. Like I don't understand her. I don't and I don't want to. I don't want to understand her. It's just, she's just a weird woman. I feel like she's very money centric and she doesn't give two shits about who she's with, who she hurts, and it's all about, really all about me, like, me, me, me, it's. I'm crying in a bathroom. Shout out to Gregory, i'm crying in a bathroom type. Deal Like I'm not. No, bro.

Speaker 7

She apparently not that you care, but for anyone that does care. She alleges that the book will cover everything. I think people have made a lot of assumptions, and you know what rightfully so. I have to take ownership of that. In regards to the narrative that I've participated in the falsehoods about myself, I think of a lot of people, not even just women, but a lot of us lose ourselves in narratives that are not necessarily or completely forthright. This fall, with deep humility and respect, I will take back my narrative. My memoir starts at the beginning, offering an unvarnished and revealing account from my challenge in upbringing in Baltimore into a controversial life in Hollywood. It's a harrowing ride of reclaiming my self-worth while unraveling unspoken truths.

Speaker 1

Hey, do a movie. How about that? Just find a movie and act in it, and act very well in it. That would be. That would regain your narrative. You are an actress, you're an. You are an entertainment. I don't want to read about how you came up because you are not interesting. I don't care. You fucked up Will Smith. That was Black America's golden child. You fucked that nigga up Like and it's definitely gonna be, it's gonna be poems about to back, Hey y'all ain't see this poem.

Speaker 5

Right.

Speaker 1

And you know, dear mama, was like it's a love letter to me, like cause I was, i had this kid and then, you know, i didn't, spiritually I had this baby, what I don't. She fucked up Will Smith royally So and I just and I don't like Will Smith played a hand in it. He was contributing to it. But Jada Pinkett, i feel like had he not met her, i still think he would have been on the trajectory to be as successful as he is now, and that's my problem. I feel like Will Smith could have been with anybody and still been Will Smith. Could that be said about Jada?

Speaker 7

Probably not.

Speaker 1

I don't think so. I don't think so. I don't think. I just I don't. nobody was checking, she was fine, she was fine, but that whole I'm in a bind. she was on her way, but then after that it was just like.

Speaker 7

I quit So I don't know.

Speaker 1

I don't think she would have been as successful. She legit riding the coattails of Will Smith And I don't know. I don't know her business, but it just seems. that's what I feel, like I feel like Jada is just, i don't think Jada would be. Jada, yeah, you can do without her.

Speaker 7

Yeah, i don't think we'd be talking about her without that last night, yeah, and that's what.

Speaker 3

I feel like Yeah.

Speaker 1

I think, that's fine. It's just oh yeah, i do need to read his book. I really do. I have not. Yeah that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 7

I'm here in his book, I think.

Speaker 1

I still think he would have been Will Smith. He would have been him. He still would have been famous. He still would have been nuts. He still would have been Will Smith. But I don't think Jada Pinkett would be a factor. I don't think she would have turned out to be Viola Davis or just a great actress. All of a sudden, red Table Talk has done what.

Speaker 7

True. It's only popping because Because to the word entanglement.

Speaker 1

That's it. You've invented that, you are associated with that and GI chain Super cool.

Speaker 7

Yeah.

Speaker 1

Super cool, awesome time. Great job, Jada, let's go.

Speaker 7

So yeah, those of you that are interested, I hope it's everything.

Speaker 1

Yes.

Speaker 5

There you go. Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah, one time, for the one time. Story time beneath the sunshine hey, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, let's go, hey. So, forgive me, forgive me. Love Story time, story time To help the child remember. Lego, lego, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, i'll let you do remember, ah.

Speaker 7

Sing along, sing along. Am I the asshole For thinking about ending my relationship after my boyfriend honestly told me he found me unattractive for the first two years of our relationship? I've always been extremely insecure about my small boobs, even before my boyfriend To the point I had to seek therapy for it as it affected me so much. I had B cups and they always made me feel less than and less womanly. When I met my boyfriend, i felt shit about my body and he uplifted me so much and told me he loved my body and my boobs. Anytime I expressed getting a boob job in the beginning of us dating and he told me not to, as he loved my body. This made me feel better at first and improve my self-esteem so much. But over a couple of years I decided to go ahead with the boob job to feel better in clothes and to finally be seen as good enough in society.

Speaker 7

I am two weeks post op and now my boyfriend tells me that he can finally reveal the truth and that he wasn't really attracted to me before the procedure. He tells me my boobs before made me look not like a woman and that a girl without boobs can't be attractive. He said men only say they like small boobs to get laid or to make their partner feel better. They'll put up with it, but they always wish she had bigger boobs. No man found small boobs sexually attractive. He says now I'm perfect, i look so beautiful and attractive. But I don't know if I can ever believe his compliments anymore. This means that everything he told me before was a lie. For two years he kept lying to me. I am strongly considering breaking up with him because I feel like a lot of our relationship wasn't real. But outside of this we have a great relationship and I don't want to punish him for being honest with me, because communication and honesty are obviously key for a healthy relationship. Is she the asshole for wanting to end her relationship because of this?

Speaker 1

So, like submissive Tammy said, the first two years so long time.

Speaker 7

Let me ask you, as a man Do you agree with what her boyfriend said for you? Men only say they like small boobs to get laid or to make their partner feel better.

Speaker 1

I'm not a boo man, so you can't ask me that.

Speaker 7

Okay, okay.

Speaker 1

But the first two years It's a long time to be with someone you're not attracted to physically. To kiss someone for two years and you're just like peh.

Speaker 5

Rubbish.

Speaker 7

How dare you Looking like that picture you posted this week? How?

Speaker 1

dare you Put your lips to mine? You ingrate. That's just nasty, and I said this before. I said booed men only are concerned about big titties, that's it. They don't give a fuck about small titties. Any man that says I'm a tit man, it's always big titties. So that's, why you have to be careful when you're dealing with titties, man, and it's just like what After all these years? Yeah, and then you actually go and do it. You get the boob job and you still feel like shit.

Speaker 5

So now what?

Speaker 1

Because I thought this was for you. I thought because you didn't feel womanly, you didn't feel like dot dot dot. But it just added on that your boyfriend was like small titties did not attract you. Listen, man, i'm a E, e, o, t, equal opportunity titties. I love all tits. Tits are beautiful, they are fantastic, especially little bee sting, because I'm an ass man. So the little bee sting titties that you got a fat ass. Now, if you got both of them, so you got two mangos and fucking ham hocks in the back Boy. That's why you gotta keep your mouth shut, man. You gotta keep your mouth shut.

Speaker 7

So what you think? Should she stay or I?

Speaker 1

don't know what the fuck.

Speaker 7

Would you think that would be grounds for breaking up with them?

Speaker 1

I feel like no, i mean, you can. Of course you can break up with anybody for anything, but I don't know what her just she actually got the boob job, so it can't, you can't break up. I just feel like she's trying to glow up, so to speak, and that's like a popular thing. You get something done to you. Now you want to go experiment and test it out with somebody else, and that references the picture I was talking that I posted the other day. That references that, because that's what them chicks be looking like. They get a BBL, they go get a breast lift, they get some lipo and they go and fuck a little rat looking thing to go test it out on. And I don't like that shit. I don't like it.

Speaker 7

Yeah, I think he probably should have just took that to his grave. I mean, it really was no need to tell her that.

Speaker 1

Damn for real.

Speaker 7

Me. You said that to me.

Speaker 1

Yeah, you don't think he should have told her that. No, that's when they go and fuck, when they get a BBL, they get their body done.

Speaker 7

Like at this point, what is he? what's his intentions of? even telling her that now He got the titties? He should have just kept it to himself, like at this point, he would have never got the titties. He want the titties? No, no, no, i'm saying she did it, and then you tell her the first two years.

Speaker 2

Oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah.

Speaker 7

I'm saying he should have, just never. Yeah, I agree You should have just took that to the grave. You got what you like, Yeah that's everyone should be happy now. Why is there need to even tell her? Let me tell you you were ugly duckling With the B cups. Ugly The first two years, like what was the reason? He should have just took it to the grave and everyone would have been happy. She would have been happy with her boobs and he would have been happy with her boobs and everyone's happy with the boobs.

Speaker 1

Yeah a tittie party.

Speaker 7

Yeah.

Speaker 1

The big tits With the waist size she go up to.

Speaker 7

She didn't say, she just said she had B cups.

Speaker 1

And that's the other problem. Like you know what I really don't like when big girls have like small titties, That shit is weird. That's the one thing I don't like. Like Lizzo and then like she got B cups, Like what's happening Like how did this happen? Like why does it?

Speaker 7

I know all my weight goes to my boobs.

Speaker 1

It looks like it's like a cut off point, it's like stops right here, and then it's like a boob, like oh my God, what is that? Another little bag. She put the produce in at the grocery store.

Speaker 7

Man Babber, you love her more than her boobs, right, right. So I say anything Exactly take that shit to the grave. Don't tell me, don't tell me that.

Speaker 1

Tammy, you know exactly what type of titties I'm talking about. This is like the wildest I don't know what to call them things, but I don't like it when big girls got they just big as hell and then it's just like a small ass. I know they can't help it, nobody can help it. I get it, but I don't have to.

Speaker 7

You don't have to prefer it. That's your preferred Woo boy titties. Oh yeah, that's that story time for this week.

Speaker 1

I just feel, i feel like titties are wonderful. They can make anybody happy, they can lift up your day And I just, i hope she is in a better space than she was prior to. It sucks that. this dude said that to her And I don't know if she should leave him. She probably. I mean, if that's grounds to leave somebody, then Then what do they really have? Yeah, you know you're going to leave that? Yeah, i can understand.

Speaker 7

It's hurtful, but I mean.

Speaker 1

I mean get over it, Build a bridge, get over it.

Speaker 7

Yeah, I think.

Speaker 1

Got new to figure out how to make it work A big, big new titties, Yeah, yeah, put it on the bikini and you know, let them let a motorboat motorboat Just did. Yeah, i don't think she should leave. No no, yeah, right, right, they don't, and that's another conversation. I don't think women really like the truth And it's very few and far between. I've shared on here before where I've told the truth and been not not mean. I've just been honest and I tried to sprinkle sugar and honey on top of it.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 1

And it just backfires every time, like when Tammy. Tammy shared her story yesterday about her not being able to cook And she was very transparent about it And she was glad that that person had told her that she couldn't cook, because now she's a better cook. She actually took classes and she's like a one cook now, whereas when I said it, whenever I say something is either.

Speaker 3

They never got. I'm being.

Speaker 1

I'm being vindictive, i'm being in mean, i'm trying to tear down. They're right, and I learned that. I learned how to lie honestly And and I it's not. It's not to a point like You're, you're, you're trying to deceive the, the woman is like you're trying to help, so it's. it's not so much what you say is how you say it.

Speaker 1

How you say it And you got to say it very, very like with white gloves, Just be like baby, you know, maybe, like suggest it, Maybe we should do X, Y and Z instead of you. Actually I had to learn versus. You know a woman saying, oh, do I look fat in this? And I'm like well, you put it on Like, I think you do, Like you asked me the question, but I'm not being mean, I'm like babe, yeah, you look big.

Speaker 7

I think we ask questions, we know the answer to.

Speaker 1

Yeah, and that's that.

Speaker 7

But you don't watch out to answer Yes.

Speaker 1

The tone matters a whole lot, but also a lot of women. I will say our tone deaf. It doesn't matter how sweet. you can have a voice like Maxwell. You can have a voice like Charlie Wilson. You can sing it, hum it. You can sing like usher and glue and you will get flamed the fuck up. It doesn't matter what you say.

Speaker 7

Right, right right.

Speaker 1

It does not matter, like if she, if you said it like, because I'm telling you I had this girl and she was like do? I look fat. I'm like baby, you know. I love the way I'm trying to wiggle my way out of it. I love the way I'm with you. That's why I love, i love your curves. I love the no baby, just tell me the truth. Oh, baby, you know, maybe I guess everybody can stand and lose some weight.

Speaker 5

Oh you, think you're calling me fat nigga.

Speaker 1

You, i'm like, oh shit, like what just happened. Like you, just we was chilling, like you, all right, it don't matter what you say is, you can't win, for losing Is it is just, it's right, it's true.

Speaker 1

And then, and then it goes into the glow up, and I've meant to talk about this last night with the glow up. I don't like the glow up. I don't like the term glow up. I don't like how it's perceived in today's society. Like women think the glow up is to shit on the X, and that's what you know. It's been for the most part. Why are you hustling backwards? So? so you glow up, you lose weight, you start hitting the gym, you start your business, you start making money And it's all to shit on somebody who doesn't care about you to begin with.

Speaker 7

Why is so much energy and time for somebody that doesn't even could care less.

Speaker 1

Yes, that that's exactly the glow up. Is you get you do something to improve yourself? Yeah, and it's supposed to be for self, but it's really to get back at the X is really to. The whole reason why I got my LLC is to shit on my X. The whole reason why I go back to school is to get a higher education so I can be up here over my X. It's not like a personal and I'm not saying to every woman, but the majority of them is like that. That's what they do. They is. It's never. It's never a glow up for myself because they still be insecure, they still be, you know, petty, it's still toxic, like it don't change a fuck thing. So this girl get the new titties She grew up and she still feels the way she feels because she didn't necessarily glow up for real, it's just in the physical sense.

Speaker 7

Exactly.

Speaker 1

Like oh, look at my titties. She's like my titties I feel like a woman and that and I don't know, i don't know, i don't, i don't think And this is me because I'm a man and I've never had breasts But I don't think that constitutes a woman Like to the feeling of feminine. I get the idea behind it And because there's so many women that have battle breast cancer my mom included- right.

Speaker 1

I don't, i get it. I get it, just like hair. Hair for women is a big thing And you go through chemo and you lose your hair, and but I don't think I think femininity is something that's within you. I just I don't like that She. She went and did this because she felt like society was pushing this, this idea, on her, like breast or women are what you need to be to feel like a woman Right.

Speaker 1

I don't like that And I hope she's not a black woman, and that would be terrible because the black women have so much shit on their shoulders already. Mm-hmm, i hate them with the. You look at my titties, that's how they do it. I swear. If a woman ever did that to me I'd be like come here, girl, come here, let me in, go ahead and show the shimmy them titties Show the shimmy, the titties Show the shimmy I like that, but yeah, that's all I got for this week.

Speaker 7

Yeah, me too.

Speaker 1

Let me see What's your music pick. What's your music pick I?

Speaker 7

am going with Keanu Leade. Okay, he turned Bryson Tiller.

Speaker 1

Oh, Mr Don't Himself.

Speaker 7

Yes, the song is called Gone. It's off of her new album entitled Grudges. Okay, All right, Bryson.

Speaker 1

Yep.

Speaker 7

Gianna and Bryson Tiller.

Speaker 1

Did you? did you? have you seen the Super Mario movie?

Speaker 7

I have not.

Speaker 1

That shit is purifier.

Speaker 7

It's good.

Speaker 1

Purifier. I want to walk back.

Speaker 7

I'm a Mario fan, so I would. I would see that.

Speaker 1

I want to walk back everything I was saying about this movie. The accent is not important, it's just with a great fucking movie, they did a great job. I want to see part two. That shit is amazing to me. I love No, i do want to.

Speaker 7

I do want to see it, though I've always been a fan of like Mario.

Speaker 1

Yeah, mario is fucking fire And Yoshi is coming in in part two. It's just, it's just a great fucking movie It's I'm sorry to the Mario. At first, just seeing the previews, like a few months ago, i was like man, this shit, finna be ass. I don't want to see none of this shit.

Speaker 7

I was wrong You got to take that back. I was wrong.

Speaker 1

That is amazing.

Speaker 7

You teach me things I never do A crush, don't have to leave a bruise. My soul is shining. Change my life with perfect timing. Oh, didn't know what love is till I found my place. Came about the blue like that is. Downstairs my apartment. Met you, not falling no big through the gauntlet.

Speaker 3

At times I've been heartless. Maybe. Over my hardships I still listen to heart, me, me and the garden Right back when we started. All I really want to do is stop. I'm not gonna give up. I'm not gonna give up. I'm not gonna give up. I'm not gonna give up. I'm not gonna give up. I'm not gonna give up. I do it sometimes. I'm not really done getting this high. My soul is shining. Changed my life with perfect timing.

Speaker 3

Oh, didn't know what love is till I found my place. Came about the blue like that is. Oh, didn't know what love is. Still I found my breath. Came about the blue light That hit. Convinced she said attention, taking me to new dimensions Out of space nights at my place. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Did no one love this? Oh, did no one love this Till I found my breath, didn't know. Came about the blue light That hit. Oh, didn't know what love is. Till I found my breath Came about the blue light That hit. Oh, didn't know what love is Till I found my breath Came about the blue light That hit.

Speaker 7

No changes.

Speaker 2

Yes, it's all gone, said we was like goodbyes. Think it's about that time. This shit is cutting too deep, can't handle too many strings Starting up for the better, me, no less. No touch Something to be between us Now it's too much. You're coming back to it Over and over again. Run out of love, so we can't be in love. And it's so good until it's gone, so we can't tell what page we are on. We got no choice but to move on. It's so good until it's gone. Getting too tired to trip, and now we all had a trip. Either we ride or we die. We can't keep living this way And wait for something to change How we so close but so far away, no less. No touch Something to be between us Now it's too much. You're coming back to it Over and over again. Run out of love, so we don't have enough, even though it's all bad, baby, i'm not tripping, telling all the business money Five time in it.

Speaker 2

Why your friends giving you the high five? Let me tell my side with it, girl, i tried, but I'm finished. Mouth wide, full of grime. I'm a high tennis. I lost. I'm tryna start, but it what cost? Boughts won't. Let me take no more days off, then it's paid off.

Speaker 2

You feel like it's a given, but it ain't like pearl that's in pain. She be switchin' in the rain. Girl, let the tears drain. Strange how you think they're giving you my name. It's feeding my ego. Put you on this plane. Let me get you out of heat though, taking you to Spain. Now we here without the S9, feeling our best. Blessings to the kids. Yeah, they keep us in the mesh.
