Previously, Mark served as a senior Partner and executive committee team member at True Search, the fastest-growing & 7th largest search firm in North America. Prior to True, Mark founded Ignition Talent Group and spent his early career working at both large & boutique executive search firms. Mark earned a B.A from Tufts University.
