Today we are talking about, and that's gonna be for all the videos, including rumble. This is a shown, just as a reminder. What is up conscious monkeys? Welcome back to another episode of traveling to consciousness. As always, I'm your host Clayton Q. Dairy. Today we are talking about probably the most important question in the entire world. Heaven or hell? How do you know where you're going to go when you die? Is it somewhere that you even go when you die? And we're going to discuss how you can use that, that framework, that mental framework that has been created by all of the world's religions. to help you in your life today. Because I feel as though that's one of the biggest questions that we are always trying to figure out for ourselves. Am I in heaven? Am I in hell? Where are we going? So to start this off, we need to bring in a real world example. So I want you to picture yourself running on a hamster wheel and that hamster wheel, the thing you're chasing is money, status, security, love, all of these things and you're chasing it and you feel as though once you grab them you'll be happy. Everything will fall into place. This is what your mind is telling you. However, your body is just getting tired. And it's that tiredness that's causing problems. So in order to shift your reality, in order to shift yourself, to be happy, to be calm, to enjoy life, we're going to use some analogies throughout this podcast for you to fully step into who you are, to the divine nature of you so that you can enter heaven so that you know you will. enter heaven. And maybe by the end of this podcast, I'll be able to convince you that you can enter heaven in this life. So the question I have for you is what if chasing that money is trapping you in stress? What if the chase for these external things is what is stressing you? But if you decided to choose happiness, don't chase it, just choose. You'd get everything you want. Well, let's find out. So the very first base level human emotion that pretty much everyone agrees upon is survival. And if you're in the state of survival, you are going to be in a stressful state consistently. The perfect example that I've ever been described is picture tiny ant, a picture, an ant that is looking for food. Highly stressed about survival. I mean, think about it ants. Honestly, I don't even know if ants sleep they probably do but I'd have to look that up But anytime you see ants, they're moving they're always going They're never waiting. It's not like a spider right spiders are patient creatures. They'll make their web and sit there But ants are always going they're doing something. They have a job to do they got to move move move Because they need money. Or, I'm sorry. They need food. They need food to survive. And if they're so small, imagine them looking up at humans, thinking how easy their life must be. They have food at an instant notice. They don't have to worry about food whatsoever. But ants always have to worry. They always have to keep moving. They need to find a new source of energy. Many ants actually die looking for food because they'll go out on these little mission trips and they don't find anything. So they think when I become a human, I'll have everything I want. I'll be happy. I'll be off the hamster wheel. And then they become a human. Your soul incarnates as a human. And then humans are just as stressed. You're just as stressed as your bills, your jobs, your status. You think once I have enough money to pay off my bills, I'll be happy. Once I have the right job, I'll be happy. Once I have the right status, I'll be happy. Once I have the right boyfriend or girlfriend, I'll be happy. But it's the same exact trap. It's just on a different scale. So the first thing we have to realize is that getting caught in this survival illusion, chasing money, security, relationships, all of it fuels our stress and our blocks and it blocks our success. Not to get political, but that's essentially what's happening in Gaza right now. And they know what they're doing. They're creating a survival state in the people there to create stress, to create anxiety, which creates health. creates hell on earth because they have created the survival need for food in all these people. And so not to make it political, because I think the extremes in these situations will take us in the wrong path. But it's important to note because this illusion and it makes you think. But it's good. Hold on. Let's take a step back because I think that is good to point out, right? Is that they're in the survival illusion deeply. Deeply. with with like, let me get, don't get me wrong. Like it's completely valid. But then look at your life. I assume 99 % of the people who listen to this podcast are not in a place like Gaza. Definitely not in North Korea, which would be like the second equivalent to this. And even though you have food at your fingertips, there are people who care about you. You still feel as though you need more stuff. Like the more stuff is going to make you more happy. But again, this thought process only keeps you stuck. So ask yourself, and this will be helpful. So make sure you jot down the answer to this, because this will be helpful later in our podcast, in our video, in our transmission. What is your, let's call it ant moment, your ant energy, your ant thought process. What are you chasing right now that's stressing you out? What's the thing that you keep saying to yourself? Once I have blank, once I have more blank, then I'll be happy. Okay, now that you have it written down, and maybe if you're watching this video, you leave a comment of what your amp moment is. Now want you to think that unlike that ant, us being humans... We don't have to be stuck in survival mode. Ants due to their nature are going to forever be chasing the crumbs of humans to find it, to find food source, to find water. But we have a superpower. Humans have a superpower compared to pretty much all of their animals on this planet. And that's our ability to choose a different path. We can choose, you can actively choose. And I know this might sound triggering to some people, but you can actively choose a path that is rooted in joy instead of stress. That is a choice that you have. That is a choice that is available to you. And I understand if that causes some stress or anxiety or triggers you, but it likely does that because no one ever told you that you have that choice. And I'm not saying it's easy. We're going to get into it I'm going to give you some techniques or things you can try or think about. in order to break this down. But we have the ability to break free from the survival illusion by choosing happiness, over stress in the present moment, by shifting our mindset into thrive, thriving instead of surviving. For example, Think about one moment, and here's something you can do. Think about one moment today, maybe in the past, where you could choose joy over stress. and ask yourself what would that look like? Maybe you got up this morning and you're like, ah, I have to go to work, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I can't believe I have to go to work. What if you could have been happy to go to work? Okay, this is the next step, getting to work. This is gonna be exciting. I'm gonna be able to see so and so today. That coffee downstairs, I can't wait to have that first sip. Maybe it's different for everyone. What would that look like for you? If there was one moment that you had that was stressful? I'm sure you have 500 coming to your mind right now. What if there was one moment where you felt stress and instead You could be happy. You could choose happiness. The next layer to this, and this is kind of where it gets into financial literacy a little bit, a little crossover here. And this is something that no, nobody understands at a fundamental energetic level. I'm starting to understand it. Imagine you get your paycheck, right? You're chasing money. You get that paycheck. Or maybe you have a girlfriend or boyfriend. You have that boyfriend or girlfriend. This is that thing that you finally got and you want to save it. You want to hold on to it, but you're still in stress. So imagine you trying to save money or save a relationship when you're in stress. What you're doing is, is you're trying to build a house, build a temple, build something beautiful that you can preserve in a tornado. One gust, one sweep, one unexpected bill, one emergency. one bad moment. and the entire thing will blow away. You'll lose your money. You'll lose your relationships. You'll lose everything. That's how powerful stress is. That's how powerful fear is and anxiety. However, if you choose that money to spend it on a joyful moment. If you choose to embrace your relationships in joyful moments, You'll start building things that will last. You'll build financial stability that will last. You'll buy, you'll build relationships that will last. And so this is the importance of when you use money, these things, any of these things, whether it's money, relationships, food, survival bills. If you're paying bills out of stress, if you're fostering your relationships out of stress, if you're saving money out of stress, that stress energy gets created and it'll find a way because it is very intelligent, far more intelligent than any of us humans and more intelligent than me. It will find a way to sweep it out, to remove it, to create more stress. And the point I'm trying to make here is that relationships and money do not bring happiness. happiness brings money and relationships. Living happily attracts wealth. It attracts opportunities. It attracts women or men. It attracts people who see that power. Because it's, it's, it's flipping the script on everything humanity has been taught. So to find one person who is happy, who every time you run into him lights up your day, you want them more in your life. You want good things to happen to them. So you intrinsically will do more things that will make them more happy. So what I encourage you to do and for my Indigo education listeners, you probably know this about the whole soap thing. If you don't go listen to my soap podcast because it's even more in depth than what we're going to get into here. But what I would encourage you to do is try to make a joyful purchase this week. One purchase that's a little bit stretching you, but you can still enjoy. Maybe it's with soap. Maybe normally you buy $2 soap, but today, today you're happy. bought that. So you think about it this way is you always bought that $2 soap because you were afraid of spending too much money. It's cheap. It's easy. does the job, whatever that stress. You don't believe the money's coming back. So what I would encourage you to do, go buy a $20 piece of soap. Maybe if it causes you too much stress, go for 10. But you should be happy when you buy it. You should be seeing it as treating yourself that you get to bathe yourself in the gold essence of soap that has been created because you're worth it. Because you know that it's going to bring back and attract money. And maybe you don't know that, but at least it makes you happy. So one thing you can do in the next week is try making purchase that stretches your money a little but that you can be happy about. That's the key is you have to be joyful. You have be happy when you're purchasing these things and when you're using it. And if you've listened to that other podcast, you'll know that it actually raises your quantum for success. Let me explain in case you haven't cases. This is your first Indigo education podcast. Let me explain. So picture this, instead of going towards the tornado of stress to build your house, instead you're avoiding that tornado because you're going to spend that money and invest it on joyful lane, on peaceful lane. You're going to spend a night in a luxury hotel. That's another good way to spend your money. Go stay a night in one of the most beautiful hotels in your city and just feel the difference in the energy between that hotel room and your, your house, your bedroom. Now at a quantum level there are things that are happening. when you're in that room, when you're surrounded by those energies. But the key is, and the most important thing is, is that the moment that you're in there, the time you're in there, if you're enjoying it, you'll become connected to those are luxury energies, those rich energies that are surrounding you. It'll create this spark that draws in more abundance. and draws in more people, draws in more beauty, more wealth, more happiness, all of it. It all happens. and it will push out the stress. It will destroy stress energies you have. It will destroy poor energies that you and you'll be able to create something beautiful with your life and everyone who comes in. And so whenever we say, quote, raising your quantum. The best way for the human mind to perceive it, in essence, just means feeling like you're already successful, aligning with the positive energy and abundance and finding ways to spend money, to spend your time in those energies. You should really go listen to, did an Indigo education podcast at this point. If you're really interested in me going deeper into this, I did a podcast called something to the extent of it was called how milk will, how the history of milk will make you rich. That's a good podcast if you want to go deep into this, but I'm just keeping it high level right now. And the point I'm trying to get at is that you'll see how buying nicer shirts, it'll, it'll shift your mindset to this like rich vibe, this rich energy that will counterpult you up into the next upper echelon and upper tax bracket. And now you can do one of two things at this point. You can turn off the podcast. can say, wow, Clayton's dumb. He's insane. Or you can ask yourself what's one small way that you could act rich today that you could feel rich today. And you don't even need to spend any money. You can spending money helps, right? You go to some sort of luxury store like Gucci or Louis Vuitton and buy something or Chanel or coach any of these things and buy you buy yourself something expensive. If you have the money, I say do it. And enjoy it. Don't be stressed. Enjoy it. Or it can be as small as maybe treating yourself to a coffee that's more expensive, more luxurious. Ask yourself when you buy that coffee, do you really want coffee with more cream, with more pizzazz? And have you been just convincing yourself to buy the cheaper one because it's cheaper? You know the answer to this question. And if you don't even want to spend money, Go to a mall, a luxury mall, you can walk into the different stores and see how they make you feel. Walk into a luxury store, walk into Louis Vuitton Gucci. Don't buy anything. Just tell them, I'm window shopping. I don't know what I'm doing here. I probably won't buy anything. They'll say, okay, let me know if you need help. Feel the energies, feel how different it is to be inside those luxury stores in these Rolexes and these Brooks brothers. Just feel the difference. compared to the normal places you go like Gap or Marshall's. And you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. And so I'm getting a little bit carried away here on the money and the energies there. But there is let's get back to our main thing of trying to, you know, show you the difference between heaven and hell because that was the whole point of this podcast. So this is the point, get the ball rolling in that direction, get the ball rolling in the happiness direction. And a reason you need to think about getting the ball going in this direction is because you got to think about happiness and your emotional state like going to the gym. It's a mental workout. It's a soul workout. It's something you gotta do all the time. Because if you skip a few days... of going to the gym, your mind will say, don't bother. It's okay. You've been doing so well. Don't worry about it. And you stop going to the gym because you're like, well, yeah, I have been doing well. And then a whole month goes by you're like, what happened? You created momentum in that direction, which again, I have an integral education podcast on momentum. So I highly recommend you look at that if you want to go more in depth there. But the point is, is you create momentum in that direction. So You need to create momentum in the direction of happiness. You have to do it in order to build a powerful mindset. You go to the gym for your muscles. What do you do for your brain? How do you exercise your brain to focus on happiness, to become acutely aware of whenever stress enters you, to realize that it's a trap. It's an illusion. It's hell. So there are consistent ways that you're able to do it. And to push that energy in that direction to create that momentum. And there's a lot of exercises and techniques that I have shared on this podcast search up indigo education. You'll find a few of them, such as the touching the grass technique is one of them. And it will push the ball in that direction. So once you start being happy consistently, like a daily habit, it's going to lay that foundation for success. By focusing on the present moment, as if we've ever talked about that, you will create this energetic pivot point. That's the beginning of everything. The beginning of how you are going to. Enter heaven. So here's another thought experiment for you. And this one, if you're watching the video, if you're on Spotify, you really should leave a comment on this one because this will be very helpful, not just for me, but for other people watching. Ask yourself, what's one daily habit that you feel like you could start to stay happy consistently? Is there a way you could remind yourself? Maybe there's a gratitude practice. Maybe it's you know, touching the grass, being grateful for something. I really want you to comment that because it's not going to just help you, but it will help other people who are listening to this. and the place that this comes and where you will get to. and hopefully that gauze is an example of this, is you'll get to a place where you realize that stress is hell. that happiness and joy is heaven. Stress will drag you into a miserable reality if you let it. And you have been letting it. And it's not your fault. We've been taught in our, we've never been taught in our entire life how to deal with stress, how to actually be happy. That's why I'm here. I'm going to guide you out of it, doing the best I can. And so we've been slowly being dragged down the hell. but you'll find that there are times when you are happy and you're in paradise and it's heaven. Maybe there's vacations you've gone on. Maybe there are certain days, maybe certain people said certain things. You know the energy of happiness and joy. And what that will do is unlock a heavenly life for you right now. So the question you have to ask yourself is why wait for joy when you can create it right now, today? And so what I would challenge you to do is try to create a challenge for yourself. Maybe we'll make it a four day challenge to see if you can live psychologically like a rich person for four days. If you, that feels like too much. See if you can do one day. Go on a special outing, buy a small luxury, nice piece of clothing, buy some luxury soap, just go to these stores and make a commitment to ban stress from your mind, from your being, from your energy. Create happy memories. Anytime you get a thought of, well, maybe, maybe I shouldn't buy that. That's more expensive. I normally buy the cheaper one. Let me buy the cheaper one. For the next four days, I want you to pay. Ruthless attention to your mind, understanding when you make sacrifices outside of your divine harmony of wanting to treat yourself, to take care of yourself, to realize that you are special and you deserve the best. I know you have some amount of money saved up for something random. You didn't know what it was going to be for. This is it for the next four days. Dive into your savings and treat yourself. Enjoy treating yourself. Stop being stressed about if I don't have money for this or I don't have money for that when you are happy, when you are enjoying it. If you're enjoying buying these things, you're enjoying a nice hotel room. Money will effortlessly come to you. You don't have to do anything. People will naturally give you pay raises. I've had a couple of my disciples, my mentees who have, this has worked out perfectly for them within two, three weeks. They've gotten pay raises. There's one kid who he's gotten three pay raises within a month. And to quote him, he has said, I've done nothing different except enjoy the present moment more and listen to what you've taught me. I can't spell it out for you guys any easier way. And the fact of the matter is, all you have to do is try it for yourself. And what you'll see is, going back to momentum. I'll explain what will happen after those four days. So maybe after the four days you can come back. But I do think this is important to understand what will happen after the four days. I want you to imagine or picture. A chain being connected to everybody in your family, everybody who's close to you, right? Imagine the person who's in your life the most. Maybe it's a husband, a wife, a girlfriend, and you're standing there and you're holding a chain and it's connected to your girlfriend. And she's holding a chain that's connected to her family. And you're holding another chain that's connected to your family and other people who you interact with. The way a chain reaction works is by one happy link, you, one happy individual, one powerful individual, one person who's feeling rich. It sparks a reaction, a wave that propagates through that chain and lifts everybody up. It's like a wave of energy. Imagine like a wave in the notion. Once it starts going, it keeps going. But one stressful link, one person in fear and shame and doubt and guilt, it will weaken the link and can even break links. So the only thing that you can do is become happy. And maybe your happiness will break links because if you're connected to people who are stressed and unhappy and they don't want to accept that energy coming into their life, it'll break a chain. But the point is you can only work on yourself. The point is, is that happiness is contagious. And the point is, is that you will become successful monetarily, physically, abundantly, abundantly in every aspect of your life. If you start focusing on being happy now, treating yourself like you're rich now, thinking like you're rich now, you need the mind, you need the conscious, the physical action, and you need the subconscious, the sub mind. So you need to be constantly thinking that you're rich. And then you also need the conscious of going into these luxury stores, buying the soap. And then there's a physical component to it. Again, I would recommend you go check out like the soap podcast, raising your quantums. There's a whole bunch of content that I've done out there. And you need to understand that this will start a ripple effect that will create a positive change in your life and the people around you. Because I have created it using my life. I've created that. And now I'm helping other people. devotees, mentees, whatever you want to call them. Their lives are becoming better. They're starting to see and pick up on these frequencies and energies that I've taught them. And that's where it gets fascinating is because now that I've created my own life, you think you sit back and say, well, there's all these problems in the world. How can I fix them? And the only way to fix them is by fixing yourself. And I know it sounds ridiculous. And trust me, I've had my moments of not believing it, but the more that I have done that, the more I've seen it propagate out and it takes a little bit of time. It's not going to happen overnight. You don't get to just be happy for 24 hours and then you get devotees and mentees. It doesn't work like that. Why would it? It doesn't make sense. Everything in this planet takes time. It takes consistent effort. So every single day, every single moment that you feel a little bit of stress, tell it to leave, tell it to go away, act like it's a boyfriend or girlfriend, tell it to say no, not now. I'm busy. I'm busy being happy. I'm busy being with my girlfriend of happiness or of stress. Not of stress. I'm happy. I'm busy with my girlfriend of being calm and joyful and rich. So the poor, the stressful energies, it's okay. Not now. Maybe later, but not now. So don't worry about anyone else. Everyone else will either get on board or they'll get off the ship. And that's fine. You should be happy either way. That'll be a challenge for you. I'm sure. So what I want you to remember is this. You're not an ant that is stuck in hell, continuously searching for food. You're a creator, a divine creator of being that's able to build your own paradise. You can build heaven in every single choice that you make. It's your choice. Stress will trap you. in a survival illusion in hell and happiness will unlock success and and beauty and heaven.
