David talks to Chris about the rich history of the estate and the inception of Northern Ireland's first Craft Distillery. Find out all about the distillery, the distilling processes, products and tours available. The award-winning Shortcross Gin was officially launched in April 2014. Chris even learns how to pronounce "Rademon" correctly!!
