Lisa: We will introduce you to new guests this season as we continue our conversations about parenting and mental health.

Lisa: And I am both a parent and a  psychologist who supports families in their journey.   We are looking forward to recording a new podcast every month, starting the week of September 19th. Tune in as we continue our conversations around the challenges of parenting and connecting with  our kids.
