Many healers assume that if clients aren't coming, they need a better marketing strategy.

Sometimes that's true.

But often, there is something deeper asking for our attention.

In this episode, I explore some of the hidden reasons healers and intuitive business owners can struggle to attract clients, even when they're doing many of the "right" things.

We look at the role of clarity, self-trust, visibility, aligned messaging, and the fear that can arise when we're invited to step more fully into our work.

Because often, the thing keeping us stuck isn't a lack of information.

It's self-doubt.
Old protective patterns.
Fear of being seen.
Or the belief that we need to become someone else before we're ready.

This episode is an invitation to slow down and gently reflect on what might be sitting underneath the challenge.

Together, we explore:

• Why attracting clients isn't always a marketing problem
• The importance of clarity and self-trust
• How inconsistent messaging can create confusion
• Fear of visibility and stepping into a bigger role
• Connecting with the people you're truly here to help
• Why clarity matters more than certainty

I also leave you with a simple but powerful question:

What am I still hiding?

Sometimes the next step isn't learning another strategy.

Sometimes it's allowing yourself to be seen.

Welcome to the Healing Business Revolution, a podcast about meaningful work, healing, visibility, and building a life and business that works for you. Together, we'll explore what it means to create, lead, and grow in a way that feels sustainable and true to who you are. I'm Frida Cabo, and I'm so glad you're here Welcome back to the Healing Business Revolution podcast. My name is Frida Carbo, and in this episode, I'm gonna talk about the hidden reasons why many healers struggle to attract clients. A lot of clients come to me with the struggle of not having enough clients. Quite often, they go to the conclusion that it is a, a marketing problem, and sometimes, yes, th- it is, but usually there's something deeper behind that. And of course, there's many, many layers to this question. Being in business is really the best personal development that you can do, and being a parent, of course. But yeah, it's really, really, really having us looking at our- ourselves and looking at how we show up in the world, and this is one of the spaces where it really shows if we're doing an effective job or not, if we are kind of getting over ourselves a bit with attracting clients. Let's explore some of the layers in this episode, and one of them, a big one, is clarity. Clarity in who you are, what you're here to do, who your clients are, your bigger mission, and it, the strategy that works for you. So really tune into that clarity of, "Who am I really? How am I showing up? Who am I here to serve?" Another big one is self-trust, to really trust in ourselves. Not to chase the right strategy, but the, to, to find and explore and see what strategy actually works for us, what it is that we want to do. Trust that we have enough knowledge to be the, the relevant expert where we are right now. We are the way we are right here, right now, and we are growing. We are on our way to, to where we're going. But we really need to trust that in this moment, you can still help people. You can still do what you're here to do. No matter if you're at the beginning of your journey or, or have been in this for a long time and feel that there's something missing, just deepen that trust in yourself. And another one that goes into the marketing is the inconsistent messaging. Again, going back to clarity, what is it that you are saying to people? What is it that you're wanting to convey? What are you talking about when you describe your service? Who is it for? Like, really being consistent with the message that you stand behind and not jump from different strategies and try different things. Yes, it's good to try different things to figure out what works for us or not, but always with the integrity of staying in our own lane. And I know it's not easy, especially in the beginning. I've done a lot of that as well, just jumping from thing to thing, trying to figure out what works. But I really encourage you to take that step back and into the core of you and just trust yourself. Does this really feel like something that I should do, or does it feel like something that is aligned with me that I want to do? And- The next one is the fear of being fully seen, and this is where we have to be a dis- discerning with where does the fear come up and where am I not supposed to be? So really tuning into and learning when it's fear and learning when it's not meant for you. So how do we know the difference? Well, tuning in, does it feel like, "Oh, no," head-- very, very in your head? Or does tune into your heart and just feel like, "Oh, am I supposed to do this? Yes or no?" And there's quite a lot, lot of things around that fear of being fully seen, fear of fully acknowledging ourselves who we are with all of the layers that we have on ourselves. How can we step up into that new role that we are exploring and going into? And also knowing who we want to attract. Who is the ideal client? Who is it that you are talking to? And some of these things, like with the clarity and the, the aligned clients, can make us feel that we're trying to box ourselves in, in some ways. But it's not about that. It's really about who do you want to work with? Who do you enjoy working with? What do you love? What client have you been able to help the most? And really tuning into that. And just because we have an ideal client doesn't mean we-- that other clients that do- don't fit into that description are attracted to us. But the big thing I want you to see here is that people don't buy certainty. They respond to clarity. When you tell them what you can help them with, when they feel that you understand them, when you're talking about the problem that they have, and they can trust that you have the solution or you are someone that understands and someone that really wants to help them, someone that is on their side. And yeah, people are looking for an overnight solution. It's not about that. It's not about promising something that we can't keep or promising a quick fix. It's talking authentically from where we're at and being that relevant expert, not, not saying that we're something that we're not, just re- really aligning with ourselves. So one thing that I would like you to tune into, a question that I invite you

to reflect on is:

what am I still hiding? Just let that land and see what pops up in your head or what comes up for you. There's no right or wrong here. There might not come up anything, but if there's something coming up for you, just really tune into that and see. Yeah, see what is it that you're still hiding. And maybe let that come out a bit. I know for myself that when I stopped hiding, when I started to really talk about what I wanted to talk about and not waiting until I was ready, until I was enough of this and that, that's when my business started doing better. Hmm, funny that. So yeah, it might feel big and scary, but it's because it's important to you, right? The next small step that I would invite you to, to do right now is to journal or to think about, just reflect, to really get that clarity. Write one sentence describing who you help and why it matters.'Cause when we are anchored into that why, when we know who we are here to help, when we anchor into our why, it becomes so much easier because the how appears.'Cause usually people go into how and think, "Oh, how should I do this and that?" Without thinking about why. Why am I doing this? But when we have a strong enough why, when we know why and what it is that we want to do, the how will appear, and it might not come up in the way that you think. So yeah, write one sentence describing who you help and why it matters. And if you want to, I would love to hear it. Please share it with me. Thank you for listening, and remember, you're allowed to build differently. Thank you for being here.
