In this episode, I’m joined by Brent Bowers, an Army Officer who had a ‘freedom number’ of six grand a month; to be able to leave his position in service and dedicate his time to his family. By choosing to invest in vacant lots and smaller-scale suburban single-family and multi-family homes, Brent was able to achieve that and then some.

Now an entrepreneur, Brent has grown to become CEO of ZechBuysHouses LLC, and Land Coach at the Land Sharks Program. While he still invests greatly in real estate, he has moved more of his focus to coach clients on how buying and selling is such a hot market with incredible margins and relatively low competition.
