Season 1: Transferable Skills (Episode 6)

The beautiful thing about developing and refining skills is that they often can be applied in a variety of settings. Learn how to use a software program in an internship? Those software skills might come in handy in a future role. Have to deal with interpersonal conflict at a current role? It may be difficult now, but the skills you develop navigating that conflict will be useful as you manage relationships and expectations in a future job. In this episode, we talk with Morgan Dickey, a current UNO College of Business student about her experience transferring skills from one role to the next.
