Jesus divine nature did not exempt Him from experiencing the full reality of human suffering, but Jesus willingly submitted to the Father’s will. Jesus therefore became the perfect mediator between God and mankind. Yet many people do not understand this fundamental concept in scripture. The author of Hebrews commands us to become spiritually mature and no longer be a spiritual infant.
